Hey, there are some issues with your password system

Sign up and the popup login page both have max character limit of 30 (despite this not being mentioned anywhere).
The homepage has a limit of 50 (the issue with my first password) as does the account settings password page.
And your recovery page has no password limit at all.

It doesn't actually accept passwords 30 characters long anyway but the limit is at least 25.


You should probably fix all that and truncate all incoming passwords to whatever length is accepted.

Is anybosy else experiencing withdrawal delays?

I put in a withdrawal request of 0.02btc a few hours ago and its still just showing as pending.
I have had this happen once before and all got sorted so I'm not too worried but if this is kind of normal for most users then it's not good for the players experience at the casino.

If still not in my wallet tomorrow morning I'll contact support.

I would say it is one of the better casinos out, great player interface and heaps of games to choose from.
Withdrawals have been very slow last couple of days but apart from that i always trust them to pay out.

An attractive promotion are important I think to make players did not feel like do looping activity gamble at fortunejack.

Wish the withdraw delays were not so long for me, i am still waiting for my last withdrawal request to be sent, it has not even been broadcast to the network yet and it has been about 2 hours or more, support still just says they are having problems and hey have always sent payouts in the past so fingers crossed it will work out.

If something is going on in FJ then you can rest assured that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible

Yep i noticed that it is still not working either.
The whole site was very slow to load and yesterday it took probably over 8hrs for my withdrawal to be processed, might be a good idea to stay away fir a little while as it seem they have experiencing quite a few different problems.

what do you mean by negative profit? As in you gamble and manage to win but they show that you have lesser coins? I hope that is not the case as it can create some panicked.
