So I have been waiting for comments on the BTC price today - but it is quiet! Sure is amazing how it bounces around. Anyway, looks like another sale to increase my portfolio.
Bitcoin be like...  We just gotta figure out how low and wait for that big ass jump at the end baby! |

Just noticed that Canaan distributor minerwarez just put the new avalon 821 for sale on their site. MOQ is 10 units though @ $3500 ea.
There is no way I'll be paying that much when BTC is down into the 8000 area. Pricing themselves out of the market in my opinion, which is my opinion, doesn't mean anyone has to believe it or like it  |

There will be a lot of cheaper miners on the market soon with the price getting back down to less bubbly levels.

I had to turn my miners off for a couple of days (parents came to visit and it would be too loud) but my miners are back online now! That's 40 THs more help towards cracking the next block.

Yup...'fraid so. I've been with Canaan since the A6 came out, but have not bought anything since the 741s when they were selling direct. MOQs are also crap. At the margins they have to be making, they can afford the overhead of servicing small miners fairly...IMHO...methinks, that is.  |
To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)
