Sorry guys. We’ve only found one block since I’ve joined. It’s clear who the problem is.

Are we leading up to the part where we draw lots and throw someone overboard?

I assume no cell phones at work?
You are correct. In this case, you will need to set up the mining facility at your work location. Don't I wish I could lol If you mine through MRR you add latency to your shares. This means higher rejects and an equivalent higher chance of any blocks you find being stale. As I've mentioned before, I block Rentals for a number of reasons. I've managed to hit MRR in those blocks recently. There's a thread I created about the risk of rentals a few years ago also: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1002086.0To be blunt, I do understand how to very easily withhold blocks and never be detected on any pool ... ... so yeah I'm sure I'm not the only person on the planet who understands that ... As I said in IRC the other day, on this subject: it's to the financial advantage of people renting out their hardware to withhold blocks - they get paid no matter what happens altcoins are scams and most people are involved with them, so it makes no sense to think that rentals would not do something to their own financial advantage renting risks a loss to everyone mining on the pool - so I block it

Hes implying that the pool can find a block, he claims it and no one knows. 100k plus.
No one can do this. Please understand what block withholding means before making stupid comments.

Because it was what I thought it might mean when you first posted it, you didn't read what I typed and then responded with what you wrote. The word is "withhold" not redirect. Edit: so I just deleted all the posts about it except one and my reply.

Par Avion - I don't know how many people I speak for on this pool/forum Please leave. You have been nothing but an idiot complaining. I read posts quickly, and I come across general questions answers and opinions, then I read a really stupid negative one, and just for fun, because I really never look to see who posted it, on the negative ones, I see your name... ALL THE TIME Maybe it was you that brought bad luck? When did you join? Others, please Register your vote - to Kick or not to kick :-)

UGG. I just did the calculation for electrical usage at my new floating rate for Feb. will be close to 670.00 cnd to run 7 S9's and 1 big fan to extract heat.. Think of all the natural gas I am saving on though.
looks like it will be 7810 kWh and also the 600 or so I use for the other stuff in the house. So yeah, I think a jump from 600 kWh to 8400kWh will probably end up with a phone call or a ring of the door bell :-)

If I am doing the math correctly, that is like 7 cents USD per kWh? That is incredible! Which province are you in?

If I am doing the math correctly, that is like 7 cents USD per kWh? That is incredible! Which province are you in? Alberta .05183 cents for electricity, .010047 Distribution, .019463 Transmission plus tax 5%, Total is .085407 cnd I assume 1100 kWh per S9 and 110 kWh for the fan I have extracting the heat. These are per month. ( I used a meter for a while and calculated the monthly /30 day rate ) EDIT: There is fixed fees of like 0.47 per day for local access fee maybe some toher fixed fee, but those are constant even if I dont use any power, the above is what is extra becuase of the miners. These are residential rates, the distribution and transmission fees go down on commercial rates, probably by 1 cent total, and get a bit more on the higher commercial plans. Although the daily fees go up a bit, you will still pay less if you use enough electricity though. Easy in this business. Back in December the rate was .03996 for the electrical portion. Distribution and Transmission was the same.

That's really incredible. I am paying 16 cents USD per kWh until end of April, and then for summer it increases to 23 cents USD per kWh.
