From the former Mintpal owners Jay and Jason on IRC: They set up a holding company called Torihiki Ltd, where Alex is a shareholder, to purchase MintPal. So it's true that Moopay Ltd doesn't directly own MintPal, but it was acquired by the shareholders behind Torihiki Ltd.

I don't think I am getting my Karma or BTC. I did receive my other holdings though a couple days back.

I am still at zero Doge on my balance. I tried to withdraw my 650k the day V2 went "live" - my balance went to zero and I never got a confirmation email - nor my coins, obviously.

Hi guys, I have a big problem to take me coins back to wallet. Currently I have about 20k KDC and 250 DRK on my accunt. When I populate withdrawal fields with KDC and DRK addresses and when I click save changes, only KDC field remain populated, and below is some error daemon showed up. DRK field become empty after I clicked save changes button. I clicked save changes button more than 50 times. Can somebody tell me how to get my drk coins back. KDC is not important I can give them for present, just want my DRK back. I sent withdrawal request 30 hours ago and still wait to get my coins back....
Close browser. Clear cache and cookies. Reopen browser and try again. Altcoin withdrawals seem to be working fine. Bitcoin withdrawals not so much.

When v2 came online - all my balances were reported correctly. I proceeded to make withdrawals and I promptly received:
DRK 5,000 XC 18,500 BC 184,500
But I did not receive my 18.182011303 BTC withdrawal that I placed on Oct 10.
When I logged in on Oct 14, I saw all of my original balances still there! I tried to withdraw the BTC once more to only to now see 2 pending withdrawals for the same amount. Still nothing received. I have not attempted to withdraw these additional fund because that would be stealing, but despite my many efforts to report the issue, the balances still remain.
This is horrible news. If others are double withdrawing, someone ain't gonna get there coins... what a fucking trainwreck.

I tried that several times and change browser also, but wasnt help. So after I fill DRK and KDC fields, and after I click save changes, withdrawal address for DRK always missing and below is shown status requested. For KDC is status Daemon-returned-error but address remain in field. I dont care for KDC, just want drk back.... If someone can help me with this problem, please let me know.

It looks like we were robbed. You think I would learn after being scammed multiple times. Holding bags of useless coins. At least mintpal gave back a decent amount of the altcoins.

The sad part is those who had a lot of BTC on the site and not a lot of alt. I hope we'll see less of those scams in the future.

it's the way these criminals think... I bet you this 'Alex Green' character/sociopath will state that he 'tried' in 'g00d faith' to give back coins... then just steal the rest of our BTC - claiming negligence or of being hacked. Retribution is a bitch

There are numerous postings of his real identity, he won't scam much more... Some legal actions already taken against him too...

XMR UPDATE
[–]fluffyponyzaXMR Core Team 3 points 1 day ago Well I finally got their sysadmin into our IRC channel - [18:30:57] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev [18:31:49] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev [18:33:10] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev [18:34:41] Inviting jrwr to join #monero-dev [18:35:44] jrwr (~jrwr@unaffiliated/jrwr) joined the channel. [18:35:47] jrwr: wat [18:43:15] @fluffypony: oh hi jrwr [18:43:23] @fluffypony: I believe you're struggling with Monero on MintPal [18:43:25] jrwr: I didn't do it! [18:43:26] @fluffypony: and we've refused to help you [18:43:35] @fluffypony: so I thought I'd get you to join here so we can un-refuse to help you [18:43:51] jrwr: lol [18:44:01] jrwr: Welp, Two things [18:44:04] moneromooo hands jrwr the pony crop. [18:44:08] jrwr: I'm just the guy who makes sure the wallet stays on [18:44:35] @davidlatapie: ji jrwr [18:47:22] @fluffypony: ok, and the second thing? [18:50:59] jrwr: Alex is the person who would write the interface into the wallet [18:52:26] @fluffypony: ah [18:52:32] @fluffypony: he said that the issue was on your side [18:52:37] @fluffypony: hence my confusion
There's been nothing further from him, but it would appear that the issue is not with their sys admin at all, but with /u/moolah_ not having, as yet, written the interface to the wallet.

Still waiting on my btc withdrawl its been over 24hrs now - not freaking yet because of the 'The following daemons are currently undergoing a rebuild / reindex. Withdrawals will be processed once complete. BTC'
Does anyone know how long it should take them to do a rebuild/reindex on a btc daemon?
