Moolah Scam on Mintpal - Reporting Missing Coins

I'd like to share a personal story, which I'd like to get off my chest, but is also relevant.

I think we have reached a point in society where we have to really call out liars and scammers.

Liars and scammers are like very good illusionists. They know how to target exactly that "blind spot" in your brain where you have to keep thinking to make sure that you are in the right, not the liar or scammer.

Example of me dealing with a recruiter related to job-hunting, etc.

Him: I understand they made you a job offer.
Me: I haven't received any job offer.

Next week:

Him: How did the job offer go?
Me: I haven't received any job offer.

A few days later:

Him: Why did you reject the job offer?
Me: I haven't received any job offer.

Him: [Shiftily]Oh they did/ would have/ maybe sent the offer to us.
Me: Why didn't you send any job offer to me?

Him: Oh because you emailed him that you would not been available next year for x y z, therefore you rejected an offer that was/ maybe/ would have been made.
Me: I haven't received any job offer. Why do you keep saying a job offer was made? How can I reject a job offer if nobody actually made the job offer to me? [Where is the evidence of a job offer in an email?]

(At which point I might have been tempted to say, are you smoking crack or something?, but somehow I resisted.)

Then he switches the topic to "Oh, but our target should be accepting these job offers"
At which point I thought *** WHERE WAS THE JOB OFFER WHAT THE *** ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!!!

My point being. Tell me you haven't encountered the above kind of situation in life, let alone in crypto, and specifically in all the reports of Alex Green/ Ryan Kennedy/ Puff The Magic Dragon.

We have reached a stage in global society where everything is primarily driven by the inherently fraudulent and criminal central bank fiat ponzi system. As Max Keiser says, we have become a "scrounging economy" where we are all sucked up into a global engine of fraud to get scraps off the bankers' table.

This is resulting in an obvious devolution of society, where good people want to try and do the right thing. But when most people even in the first world are living paycheck-to-paycheck with no security of any sort for the future (given the current stage of the debt supercycle), society as a whole is now beginning its implosion.

With Moopay and Mintpal, we are trying to search for answers, trying to seek something we can hold on to, something that makes sense. But at the end of the day, something has gone horribly wrong in society and Ryan Kennedy is a prime example of the filthy nature of humanity that will only become more pervasive. No new laws, "regulation", "authorities" will halt this decline until (spiritually for one, but that is another point) we acknowledge the root of the problem, ie. societies completely enslaved to central banks.

Unfortunately you won't be getting one right now. This isn't something that is going to be broadcast everywhere as we are so used to on the internet. This is the real world and while there are people who are pushing for some things to be released, not all can be.

The other reason you won't have heard much is that it's generally a bad idea to let your opponent know your game plan before you face them.

Exactly, until there is evidence that criminal charges have been laid, our focus should be laying criminal charges.

And if this is "not going to be broadcast", how would we then assume that the "authorities" are doing anything?

I understand that we should be patient and not fly off the handle, but let us consider the gravity of the situation. For example poster above, RM 900,000 if indeed he lost is USD 300,000.

While Ryan (allegedly) stole $1 million USD remember that the amount of funds now "frozen" in Mintpal amount to the millions of USD. From what I read Mintpal would like to release the remaining (not stolen by Ryan) coins but Ryan appears to have screwed up the database or blocked access as well (where backups I wonder).

So yes, let's stay calm but focused due to the gravity of the situation.

Apart from Mt Gox this is the no. 2 MASSIVE scam in cryptocurrency.

This is a very serious situation. If the "authorities" cannot resolve it then it cements my belief that big government, big banks and traditional fiat systems have no place, and can offer no help, in the cryptocurrency world.

Depending on the capitalisation of Mintpal, there could be tens of millions of dollars of coins locked up in there, aka, stolen.

I have 170 BC and 1200 UTC sitting in that withdrawl screen, and I entered my withdrawl addresses 3 weeks ago, still nothing.

Am I to assume I will never get them back?

You can't rely on Ryan Kennedy to get anything back.  Some group are actively fighting to force the coins back (Ferdous-Mintpal-Syscoin), a lot of person filled a complaint against him.  It's to everyone to do something.
