how long did you guys roughly waited for mintpal to process your withdrawals?
took 3 hours for my withdrawals to happen, except BTC (still waiting) 4.5 hours already. still waiting for my btc and bc. I have been waiting 24h+, already starting to think it's game over. Luckly enough I didnt had much on there... |

Hermann from FLT team can't withdraw about 6M flt.
I soltantgris can't withdraw 1.6M flts.
We have few others coins in but not enought to care much.

Hi All
Just curious has anyone at all received anything from Mintpal on the missing balances.
It does say:
"Account notes will be reviewed regularly, and you will be contacted with either a resolution, or a request for more information"
so anyone been contacted yet?
I haven't received anything at all

Received all my coins apart from DRK and BTC.
Drk seems to have problems, but some people have received coins.
As far as I know no one has received any BTC yet ... and Moolah have not made any comment about it, which is worrying.

i stopped using mintpal after seeing my balance negative! long time ago.
mintpal, i will not pay my negative balance to you!

0.2 BTC... I was actually somewhat lucky as I had withdrawn BTC & DRK when they came back up with v2... then saw some cheap DRKs being dumped and deposited 0.2 BTC to see if I can buy them or they are just for show. They were just for show as the orders weren't going through... tried to withdraw the 0.2 BTC and it disappeared, and then Mintpal came down the same day.

I can access my account whenever the gateway is not down
I received errors trying to withdraw DOGE and BTC, both due to TX errors
I opened up two tickets (4002) for Doge and (7057) for BTC
I received many responses for 4002 from CS rep "Spike", couldn't help me and added my issue to "Dev's Tasklist". Complained on Moolah subreddit and moolah himself said he considered the TX error serious and would look into it himself. I never heard from him again.

Yes plenty of people have received coins, though seemingly not any BTC. I hadn't logged in since before the v2 release so I had to reset my password, which was by email, but no I didn't have to confirm withdrawal by email. It took a little over 24 hrs to receive my coins, there were some lesser-alts missing which I don't really care about, the rest I received successfully. |

They dont work on weekend, but police works everyday haha They sent my withdrawals this morning (saturday) so someone is up and working at MintPal  Thankfully I had no BTC on there, I withdrew all the coins I had wallets for last month. Hope all you guys get it back. If we are going to trade coins we have to trust exchanges and at the moment it's hard to do that. |
