new firmware update posted today one of the changes is increased voltage to 760 This is the fix you all are looking for so I suggest anyone with flaky performance on there C1's do this update. I pushed my voltage up to match the new update and my miner is running even better then it was a 745 volts

It's worth noting that this will increase your w/gh power draw

It's worth noting that this will increase your w/gh power draw were talking about a few watts nothing to get frustrated about if your looking to offset the gains in Voltage you can use a larger radiator and or longer runs of pipe and drop 1 of the 3 fans or all 3 if you have it big enough this will cut down on power draw to the fans and offset the few extra watts the chips will draw. This unit is the same as an S3 but overclocked from the factory it was never sold as a unit with the lowest watt/gh ratio just my thoughts on the matter I have all my S3's over clocked for extra GH not as worried about power draw as the others I guess

I don't suppose they fixed the p2pool issue(s) yet tho...

Still no RMA from syscooling.... ordering power and pump was a good decision elsewhere don't wait on syscooling RMA. Have you received the first pump?We are informed that the first pump was signed the day before yesterday. I am sorry for long delivery time , but I am paying attention all the time for this parcel , some times the custome examine the parcel and will delay the delivery time , which is out of our control . I have rushed the express company to send the parcel first when it reached the destination city .

I updated a C1 this evening and it was easy - exactly like an S3. Download on a PC, connect to the C1, select the .gz file on the C1 web interface, transfer to the C1, then confirm the flash. I kept the settings (network, pool, etc.). It flashed but then hung the first time back. I cycled power (don't cycle power unless needed and not until the flash is complete) and the C1 booted normally and works well. After the reboot, speeds were 250 and voltage was 0760.

both of mine came from the factory at 250/0725. Is the new firmware supposed to be running at 250/0760? Did you modify the frequency as well? What exactly was the problem this solved for you? Is there a frequency to voltage table somewhere? I can't seem to find anything published on the frequency/voltage pairs. It also appears that changing the voltage does not change the startup script for cgminer and it still starts with 0725 as the voltage./usr/bin/cgminer --bitmain-dev /dev/bitmain-asic --bitmain-options 115200:32:8:7:200:0782:0725 --bitmain-checkn2diff --bitmain-hwerror --version-file /usr/bin/compile_time --queue 0 --api-listen --default-config /config/cgminer.conf
edit: I guess it changes cgminer.conf and sets the voltage there to 0760. After about 10 minutes, one of my asics x'd out, so I reset it to 0725 for now. thanks!

I used this for my S3's but it does not work for the C1 the files are not in the same places,
1. SSH into the miner 2. cd /etc/init.d 3. cp cgminer cgminer.bak (in case you really muck it up, cgminer.bak will be your backup) 4. Enter this in the terminal: sed -i 's/--queue 4096"/--queue 0 --scan-time 1 --expiry 1"/g' cgminer 5. press enter 6. go to the web interface of the miner - Status > Miner Configuration > Save & Apply - this will restart cgminer with the new settings 7. go tip Duce for figuring this out for us
does anyone know where to change --queue 0 --scan-time 1 --expiry 1 for the C1
also does anyone have a solution for adding extranonce to the C1

C1s behave like S2s. I think the file is /etc/init.d/cgminer.sh. However changing it is mostly pointless, because the next reboot will put it back to "factory". A much easier way is entering this command: /usr/bin/cgminer-api "setconfig|queue,0" I'd imagine you can also do "setconfig|scantime,1" and "setconfig|expiry,1", but I don't know if you can do it all at once. anyone running these in series or sharing radiators? I am wondering if I could run 3 C1 units on a loop consiting of 2 pumps and 2 radiators. This would provide redundancy in case of failure and it seems that 1 radiator is more than sufficient per C1

I was thinking the same thing: 1st pump -> first C1 -> 1st radiator -> 2nd pump -> second C1 -> 2nd radiator -> 1st pump If you don't have a radiator between each C1, I'd think the water going to the second C1 would be pretty toasty. Might do it someday if price drops enough. M

I don't get it. I flashed the new firmware and my voltage is still the same as it was before I flashed it. I had mine at 0736. Am I supposed to change it manually to 0740 now or something?

Not bad,but I suggest you install 6 fans on each radiator.
