Factom has never really been one for promoting their achievements. It's a shame, in the old days it did not matter much since there was a relatively small group of people trading crypto and not 1000's of projects to keep up with, everyone was more in the know. These days you really need to actively promote to get noticed, hopefully Factom will realise this someday.

Well said here, factom was once in the top ten in market cap but it was back in like 2015 when big ICOs were not really possible. People have to dig really deep to find factom, I would say most new money that came in 2017 dont have any awareness of factom.

Factom has been created 4 years ago. It has addressed all the issues the blockchain faced before everyone else: stable coin for the final user, savings in energy, scalability, data oriented structure, implemented SegWit even before it was called this name...
It is business and service oriented. If the blockchain has to change the way we do business, the way we live... Factom is likely to be part of it

The ATH was ridiculous high. The same is true for thousands of other projects as well. It's never smart to focus on the Highs as reference.

And Factom isn't the only project that lost a lot recently. But at least, Factom has some good news and is on a way to become used in the real world, not just as a Pump and Dump:
