you assume that certain folks do not have a plan. that dumping can easily be part of that plan once a goal is reached.
others, seeing the fall, might as well lock in profits or lock in lower losses. there is no guarantee of a bounce back above 24.
More then likely 20 will be seen first.. well it is just as likely as a bounce back to 24 right away.

idk where it will fall to, and i don't care, I've been selling on the way up, and i just manged to sell over 20TC at 25.5
