We had a real sell off which could have led to a larger correction, but it didn't happen. We're over $26 again. I'm starting to strongly believe that we could break the all time high.

Denarium closing sale discounts now up to 43%! Check out our products from here!

We technically already have in terms of market capitalization. Bitcoin as a whole has never been worth more.

True, but the psychological barrier of 32 (most are too lazy to consider market cap) will prove to be a bigger one.

Day trading! a day in the life

I see the price fall... i can feel a knife coming. i place a ask at 25.5 on virtex and it fills! Yaye i got out Just In Time

Price crashes down! down! Down!

 Grin Grin Grin

Ok watch for bottom...
looks like 21's not breaking Quick Quick Place bid at 22
.... out bid
Quick Quick Place bid at 22.3
.... out bid
Quick Quick Place bid at 23
.... out bid
.... out bid
.... out bid
.... out bid

ops i think... i fucked up...  Undecided

Why am I not surprised?

When I discovered Bitcoin in May 2012, I bought my share at around $5. I then discovered this forum and Adam was screaming for $8 and posted pictures of rockets. He became my hero. But now... I just feel sorry for him.

That's too complicated for journalists.

Way too complicated. Most wouldn't even know how to spell "capitalization"

By the way, we're going down again!! Adam, hope you bought back already so you have enough to panic sell!   Grin  Grin

Okay, I know I'm often talking down on chartism and stuff but...

Bull trap? Is there even another feasible explanation for what happened? Normal traders with stable sentiment shouldn't produce such oscillations.

How much was bought on the swing back? It sucks not being able to find out what's going on.

btccharts.com worked perfect throughout. Also its better just to risk a market order on gox during these things.

I sent a market buy order at 22$. And it was pending for more than 5 minutes! I am still a little paralysed about this monkeyshine.

selling high is easy.... bitcoin is ALWAYS high

buying low is the hard part  Tongue

Ssssh. I was trying to create a panic sell while the price dropped from $26 to $25.75

But I'm not good at it.
