Corrupted bitlocker partition. Most data is intact, but the drive master key couldn't be recovered.. I've had it sent to multiple data recovery companies

Actual data on a hdd is pretty much never lost if you have not encrypted it. It's totally possible to fix. I offer you 80%! Wink
