If you do what is stated above alot of people would have trust in you again. If you don't Well then how can we trust you.
Step 2: If the primes that Phil has are property of GAW. I will get phil to Provide me a ZIP of the wallet.dat files and Paycoin.conf files. And i will meet you and your investors of these primes at the GAW Office. (But i would like written statements from Said Investors (With company Letterheads if possible) stating how much they invested to receive these primes (I will not show this to the public but the Government is required to be notified as well as my lawyers).

Do me a favor sell a few cars and Dump the funds in paycoin. start buying it back.
Step 5: After you buy back enough coins. We can focus on your projects.

This primes are not your to “give” to anyone. They belong to GAW. I have copied this message as you are now saying you are acting on behalf of, and complicit, with the person that has taken them. So you are now breaking the law?
