Who is this "Phil Taken" guy anyways I thought it was Vadala.....

So according to his math 30 PCs belong to the centralized "rebels" and 15 to Phil the thief. Where are the remaining 5? Which ones is he excluding from the "bad" list, BTCLend, jmordica? Or is he just failing math again and I shouldn't read too much into this?

He is trying to maths.

its funny people fight over the right who can fuck the customers the most. if they would have any sense they would fork it and reduce rate but no. they (not all) want money printers

maybe we should fork it for the community and see if anyone wants to join the fork with no PC's. its been half a year with no features. noone will deliver. take a page from paycons playbook and do something ffs

Wouldn't that fork be called peercoin? And, I think it's trading on exchanges, so anyone can buy into it. :-)

He can't release a new Coin because he has no idea about economics, coding or managing costs. The Prime Controllers are the only feature PayCoin has and has been a good experiment to show that selective advantage in the hands of a few with no transparency does not work because it allows the few to sell their Coins freely. I'm not saying that Prime controllers can't work, I think if done properly that they could have worked if you had the transparency and accounting behind it. The real big killer of PayCoin is the lack of transparency, if something can't be proven either way then people assume the worst.

They had 12, burned 1, gave 2 to xpy.io. Shouldn't it be 9 votes + 2 by proxy?

You left out the 13 leaked controllers. By the way, can someone trace back who owned them? You can try to track the wallets that used them to stake before the leakage.

RED FLAG: Do not owe you anything on where my family an I are saying. Who even ask for that?
 Yoshi never mentioned Josh's family.

He does however owe the various agencies who have questions and want answers though.

Well then maybe they should start moving a bit faster than one millionth of a mile per hour while conducting their investigations.

Remember it took years for Madoff to be arrested and they had evidence.

The fact they got a subpoena and warrants within months makes this one of the fastest moving investigations to date.

It'll take some time.

Look at it this way... they started out investigating his Aug fraud (there was a posted chat session where the SEC investigation was mentioned and that chat was posted in Sept 2014).... Then he added the XPY scheme, then the large number of web sites, then pre-paid credit cards... all of these are within weeks of each other and documenting even one of those schemes would take a single investigator a couple weeks... so, unless they've put a task force on this investigation, they're being snowballed in layers of fraud and they can't go to a judge and get an arrest warrant for him being a 'felony level asshole'... so he gets to roam free like a coked up bull in a china shop until they put together the solid evidence to support an arrest.  And, odds are good that Josh won't be the first arrest. They typically arrest the out-liers that they intend to turn before they go after the 'head' of the organization.

Do you think a confidential tip-off to the Dubai police that a certain known cocaine dealer / user is hiding out in their country and more than likely is in possession of narcotics as we speak will help or hinder Paycoin? Don't they chop your hands off for that there, or is it it they chop your head off for such a serious offense like they do in Indonesia.

Since no one ever really decided what happens if a controller is burned?

So they just burned 125k XPY but not the key (impossible really to burn it and meaningless now that we have the leaked ones) and did not forfeit the vote. Kinda pointless.

"Prime controller" is becoming ambiguous because it can refer to the magic key, the 125k coins, or both.

The controllers can vote out a controller as a bad actor and Paycoin Foundation has said they fully expect the burned controller to be voted off the island as a bad actor and therefor reduce the total number of controllers in the mix (not accounting for rogue controllers that are out there)

Wow, he must be getting some very serious threats from his early investors. Encouraging people to file a false police report is only a length you go to if you REALLY want to convince people that you didn't sign away everything in bad deals.

I think he might be getting threats of physical harm. Like real ones, not internet ones.
