So what we learned is:

1) 70% not 80%
2) Neither of them could afford lawyers to draft a proper contract
3) Josh is bad not just at spelling but at handwriting too

Not as of Apr 29, last time I was emailed about:

Quote
My name is Rebecca, and I am a Domain Name Specialist that represents the owner of xpy.com .

I spoke with the domain seller regarding your price inquiry, and based on many different factors when valuing the domain, his expectations are $40,000.00 USD.

Funny how his own address is "United States" Smiley

Well, Phil can probably expect some unpleasant mailings. MrCEOPIG seems to be determined to employ mob justice here.

So MrBrilliant probably promised xpy.com then realized he can only afford mineral.com. This could make the "contract" void if it wasn't to begin with Smiley

I suspect Homero's claim to a valid deal is nullified by the highlighted portion.

P.S: Whatever happened to Josh's "I'm not part of Mineral" claim? This brazen liar just doesn't care. He switches from one lie to a contradicting lie every day. I can't wait to see the BTClend agreement that Josh is totally not a part of even though he funded it from the start. What every agreement thus far divulged by Homero clearly shows is that he DOES have a stake in every start up that he "helps".

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere

Ha, beat me to it. Also looks like Phil only got the initial 30%, but maybe the rest of it was sent to another address.

I'd actually like to see Vadala's response. Did Gateway become the project for which the primes are being held as collateral? If so, it looks like he should give them back.

However, I wouldn't put it past Garza to have multiple deals and have the primes used as collateral in a separate deal, then post this one as "proof" of no primes.

Hmmm, which scammer to trust ....

there is a google hangout

https://plus.google.com/events/c04rj5b9etdh1hn626g633o0uq8

even if ganza doesnt show up Phil should be there. i actually doubt they are collateral for anything just handed to Phil for "managing" aka hide assets from SEC, etc
and also the fact that he is literally too stupid to operate a prime wallet with a key (he probably thinks its a server of some sort that has some function in the network as stated in the whitepaper). he uses excel sheet for passwords for gods sake

edit:
multiple deals could be true too. lets wait for more tasty tidbits  Grin

TL;DR Is Homero going to turn himself in?  Huh Roll Eyes

If I recall correctly Paul Revere this argument being put forward by Josh is exactly the same as the argument you were putting forward against the Mage 60 pages ago

LIE: Josh owns 80% of Fast XPY gateway
LIE: Josh is not involved in mineral

How the hell does the list of lies contain conflicting lies?

TRUTH: Multiverse theory because this DoucheCanoe™ clearly lives in an alternate reality.
