I suspect Homero's claim to a valid deal is nullified by the highlighted portion.  P.S: Whatever happened to Josh's "I'm not part of Mineral" claim? This brazen liar just doesn't care. He switches from one lie to a contradicting lie every day. I can't wait to see the BTClend agreement that Josh is totally not a part of even though he funded it from the start. I'd actually like to see Vadala's response. Did Gateway become the project for which the primes are being held as collateral? If so, it looks like he should give them back.
However, I wouldn't put it past Garza to have multiple deals and have the primes used as collateral in a separate deal, then post this one as "proof" of no primes.
