I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure anything that happens to Phil Josh is liable for after releasing his information publicly, declaring he's a thief and a liar (basically with intent to incite a riot against this individual). The level of stupidity is insane. P.S. what's with the contract a 3 year old made? Looks fake as hell.

Just Google mapped Phil's alleged address. It either shows some crappy warehouse, or displays a "cannot find "xx" address" message. Wtf?

It's not just you. I wouldn't trust anything said by either of those two clowns. At the very least Phil seems to have been happy to take money from Mr. Garza AFTER the whole GAW fiasco had already exploded, employees left etc. Whatever went wrong with that deal we might never know since there doesn't seem to be much in the way of proof and both of them are likely lying, but it surely doesn't look like a simple loan/collateral situation.

Agreed on the contract, I see work contracts submitted by Mexican drywallers that are more detailed and professional. Tried to watch the chat session, and I just can't get very far. Refresh my memory, what is the name of the "Team XPY" feller? He sounds like a retarded version of Gomer Pyle, or like the idiots on the Cutlery Corner with the fake Suthin Acce-unt. Overdone southern accents are usually found on Northern transplants trying to fit in somewhere in the South or scam artists trying to sound folksy (Like a certain Yale educated US President). I love Coinfire and what you guys stand for. I swear Coinfire is the only outlet that actually publishes NEWS and REPORTING of the cryptocurrency space, including altcoins. I know for a fact most of the other "news" sites I've seen accept paid articles. We need more news sites like Coinfire, not afraid to tell it how it is, and refusing to accept money to publish some bullshit article.

Oh Joshypoo was already under investigation by other agencies on the money laundering and possible bad people connections,
he admitted it by "saying" its not me its other investors making the threats to who ever it was he posted that comment to.

I have to agree, Phil comes off as the most together one of the whole bunch. Somehow the hillbilly moderator manages to make "Phil" into a three syllable word: Fee Uhh El. Not that I am starting to trust Phil, but he sounds way different than when he was posting here, if it was indeed him posting here at all. Adam going on about burning hyperstaked coins is just annoying as hell. As if that makes sense. Why not just pull the coins out of the Hyperstake wallets and not have to burn the stake?

From the video it seems there are a group of people who do want to appreciate people's value in the coin. Seeing 99% of your "investment" disappear in a matter of months is staggering to say the least. As long as Garza or any of his companies have any stake in it though, this should not be done. Garza has already scammed loads of money from people, we don't need to make his share of  "companies" appreciate in value. The damage is done. Many will pay. Is it coincidence that his entire personal life lay in rubble? He has forsaken his soul for material objects and now he has to deal with it.

imo hes just trying to get the discussion in the correct track, pondering about ganza would be pretty useless after few important questions which were answered. one of the answers from Phil is suspect but it can be viewed in few ways. the question of contacting authorities. my first impression was that he didnt get in contact with US authorities but he did contact AU ones. he was very anxious during the whole event (cant blame him for that)
