@ Rawbot: Pretty much. We all know Homero cruises this forum daily, and gets ideas from it. I was sticking up for Property Rights and the sanctity of Crypto Currency as a valid store of wealth, not for his scamming ass. If people don't like Homero's coin (I don't) then they should stay away from it. Pull the fucking Buy Bids already. If you dislike someone or even think he has done something criminal it does not mean that you can take something from him. That is a legal matter. I suspect this whole argument between Homero and other crooks is nothing more than a charade, personally. If there was any validity to Phil having stolen vast amounts of valuable assets from Homero he would not be fucking around on a forum asking his gang of imbeciles to complain about it, he would call a lawyer.

While this may be true, he is likely running off information from several months ago which pegged ad revenue (for banner ads sold B2B not for adsense) in the mid 5 figure monthly range.

Good Greif. Not again. WHAT coins? Exactly which coins are you talking about? And how do you determine which coins are legitimate, and which are wrongfully acquired? WHO gets to decide? Why do THEY have the authority to pass judgement regarding someone else's property? Are they suddenly a legal court? How do you KNOW for sure, and I mean KNOW, that these people are not actually acting for Homero, by burning some of his coins to make the rest of them "legitimate"? If you can not answer these questions and a bunch of others about this plan of seizing coins you are babbling non-sense.

Did you miss the part where Homero/GAW Miners sold XPY through their site(s) and converted to BTC, etc? They absolutely would have had to comply with AML requirements. You did work there right Jonah? Not sure why you think this is irrelevant.

I do agree that they will never get a red cent in fines paid by Homero.
