If I recall correctly Paul Revere this argument being put forward by Josh is exactly the same as the argument you were putting forward against the Mage 60 pages ago Pretty much took it word for word although I disagree with the opinion on the grounds that GAW did not acquire their Coins through legitimate means as seen in the email dumps and the Coins should be burned or given to the investors. Good Greif. Not again. WHAT coins? Exactly which coins are you talking about? And how do you determine which coins are legitimate, and which are wrongfully acquired? WHO gets to decide? Why do THEY have the authority to pass judgement regarding someone else's property? Are they suddenly a legal court? If you can not answer these questions and a bunch of others about this plan of seizing coins you are babbling non-sense. This. Thank you. Having people saying they think it is a good idea that Crypto Currency should be controlled by whomever can grab control at any given moment and arbitrarily decide whose property is legitimate and whose is not makes me fucking nuts. I can not believe I hear this non-sense from people who are deeply involved in supposedly trying to advance Crypto Currency. What they are saying is they want Crypto to remain a fucking toy that can be played with on a whim and not a real asset or currency. Complete lunacy. I disagree with this statement on grounds of lunacy. What really disappoints me about this is that you are a talented programmer but have no concept of Property Rights or any clue as to what legality means. Total grey shirt dumbass Communist/Socialist viewpoint. If Crypto Currency is to become a real asset that can be used as a medium of exchange and a valid store of wealth then real, legal Property Rights have to be the very core of it. They actually already are from a purely legal standpoint, but the law is lagging behind leaving random dumbasses to suggest purely communist control of it, rather than treating it as a real asset. What you are suggesting is that Crypto Currency should be some fucking playground play money that some random kids get to decide who's money is legitimate and whose gets eliminated because the other kids decided they don't like them. It is either real property- in which case it is useful and valuable, OR it is play money. I vote for it being taken seriously, and you vote for it to remain a fucking joke to people who actually understand Property Rights. Crypto is only an account ledger of checks and balances decided on by the majority of holders, it has nothing to do about property rights. If you are taking it seriously and treating it more than it is, an experiment and a joke, then you are going to lose money and miss out on actually progressing the advancement of the technology as a whole. You could be working on the advancement as well but are sitting here just talking about it, it's like eating icecubes on toast, looks nice but no substance.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

https://hashtalk.ch/topic/37470/life-raftThis is a thing of beauty. The scammer who's bilked people out of millions of dollars gets scammed for $50k and goes completely apeshit. He just can't stand that someone would lie to him! I mean, that Vadala guy seems like a scumbag. It really does look like he has no right to take those primes in lieu of unpaid bills. However, I'm glad he did, because watching Garza flip out over being cheated is a whole new kind of entertainment. Then he starts going off on people who haven't cheated him, but he perceives to have in some messed-up way. Basically any deal where he didn't end up scamming the people on the other end is now a theft. This is just amazing. One guy steals from him (to compensate for money he's owed, no less), and he can't handle it. "No, wait, I'm supposed to be bilking you, not the other way around. What is this? How could you do this to me?????"

But I agree, that's a new level of entertainment, can't wait to see this seasons' climax

A better investment for those actually considering it would be just deleting your bitcoin wallet, it speeds things up

So is Josh now working with the mob? I can't tell what's real anymore http://www.miningpool.co.uk/josh-garza-breaks-down-admits-to-working-with-mobsters-going-to-dubai-in-bizarre-post/There is more to this story I think, maybe Josh is just a puppet or maybe it's a farce. Let's start into conspiracy theories, why not? The popcorn does not stop flowing around here.

The Josh Garza show is really peaking with yesterday's episode. It's like the Ozymandias episode of Breaking Bad. Fucking must-see-TV. A+

He s out of Paycoin and I think only total fool can invest into anything which s got even slightest connection to him. The only time I want to see his name in the press is when he gets arrested and persecuted for his lies and his crimes. Other then that, case closed.

Some idiots on hashtalk still believe that a "prime controller" is a piece of hardware. Oh yes, Josh Garza is the second coming of Jobs - only He could have built amazing machines such as prime controllers, hashlets and hashstakers.
