We have processed ~ 10 btc withdrawal recently and I also attempted to refill the hot wallet with regular 200 sat / byte fee but it is unconfirmed ( 2503c37828f821b82a8099d9005d13c43c4adee0653c121d770b2408045d2098 ). I have just refilled with bigger fee, it should be able to cover withdrawal for some time.

You should've checked the website (and this thread) before depositing and acting like entitled cunt just because your shitty little amount is not withdrawn immediately.
