Can't get access to my account. I've deposited some money, set the password and login . But system can't allow to get my account with money!!!!

SafeDice has a little bit issues, it is better to read first before you make any deposit to their site. But I can guarantee you that they will fix it ASAP, they are a well known site, but nowadays they just have some many issues around them that they nees to fix it, you might directly email to their support instead of finding support button there

Can't find support email or another way to ask support (((
This is the support email (safedice@protonmail.ch), although no one knows when will admin reply to you. he's been inactive for almost a week now.

Investor's kelly is capped to minimize risk and stability of the bankroll. I think 2x is aggressive enough ?

Ok, so let's wait... I'm trusting your legitimacy, but I think SafeDice needs more active support, last time I checked the site there was only one gambler online, you are losing gamblers and traffic, people are withdrawing all their money fearing to don't be able to do it anymore...

It's just a constructive criticism. I will keep tuned.

Yeah, I agree. Especially with such a low house edge, SafeDice deserves much more traffic. It would be a shame if players are moving away.

I'm in the same position.

It looks as though the site sets-up automatic accounts and allows deposits, but if your ip address has changed when the deposit arrives, you have no way of logging-in to that account. Now, if Barclays Bank did that, they'd get into trouble.

I wrote on the 18th to ask for help and got this reply

Since then I've paid the amount (18.08.17 at 20.15) and emailed him soon after, but no response. Whether I sent the money from exactly the same address I don't know and can't control, but it was from the same site as the first payment. The deposit address is not used for anything else; it just has four transactions on it, with my two going-in and safedice's two going-out.

Does anyone know how long this problem usually takes to fix?

I advice to all new players/investors DO NOT deposit any funds at (un)"safe"dice

Strange it is incomprehensible I have to try to find an answer on the chat but nobody to help me I thus have to remove everything I would return if I find a favorable issue, thank you in advance for your help

Hello it's working fine on my end when I tried it today. No problem on the rolling and other things. Have you tested to close and reopen your browser?
or maybe clear your browser's cache? If not yet, try it.

If still doesn't work, maybe you've disable javascript? I'm not sure if this is the cause or if SD require js to function well.

As far as I know, safedice is having some difficulties. Proof that their btc wallet is no longer 10btc. Temporarily do not rush to play in safedice. BTC they have run out and 12 hours have not loaded yet

It has not and we have heard this so many times, admin is not working fulltime and most investors know this already relax he will be around soon enough to refill the wallets.

Aug 17 my first email, request for a top-up of a certain amount, and top-up sent


I messed-up by not realising the temporary account was just identified by my IP address, and that I'd paid from a site that couldn't send messages of guarantee to send from the same wallet a second time. Not a stupid mistake, and loads of people make it, but a reason for some delay in sorting-out.

As someone who used to run a business part time I can appreciate that responses come the next day.

I wrote to suggest to safedice that they put the edge up to 0.75% just for a while if 0.5% isn't enough to pay the bills.

From the look of the site, it's working OK, just altered to start taking Bitcash which must have taken time and money to get going
