Now it looks pretty much dead.

I would have to agree since you bumped a thread that had not had a post on it for over a month Sad Where is everyone? Before the scammers stole so many coins from the faucet using multiple accounts this thread was super alive and the coin had a nice future, now it looks finished and my 100k FIND I forgot about are also finished, shame.

Yes I can still remember that time many people came to this thread to see how to get more coins from faucet etc. Now it seems that the distribution was unsuccessful coz those could get many coins from faucet was not doing much to help promote this coin.

"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

You are correct. At least FIND has its own clear purpose and is far better than any other junk coins.

Quadmium did mention somewhere it was hard for him to keep development going solo. So I think if you have time you may help him or even take it over.

Hello guys, it seems Quadmium has lost his interest to this coin and I have started negotiations to taking it over. I will need 2-3 days to convince a well known developer to take things on his hands. You can use this short period of time to make some sugestions about future development.

Hi,
good to see you around! To be honest I haven't check this thread for about three months and almost lost all my hope despite opening the wallet quite regularly.
It is great to hear the news that you are in negotiations with new dev to resume the work on this project, if your last message in this thread is still valid.
I believe the original idea to reward people for scam reports is still worth pursuing, the suggestion I have is to create an online form to help automate this process.

absolute stopping of scams is impossible, but if the created list of known scams would be kept up-to-date it could have helped many. After all some "devs" managed to scam people more than once, with quick re-branding and some graphical trinkets.
