@DenKoma,

Haven't been around for a while, sorry if this has been answered before.

I'm using the linux wallet with the wrapper script (thanks for that) on ubuntu 14.04, 64 bit
Added all the nodes from the OP to the conf + had about 20 there from earlier.

My wallet syncs fine after a while, but takes a LOT of cpu to do so. (2 cores at 100% for minutes)
Also the second indicator on the bottom right (the little bars) show very low number of nodes connected. (getpeerinfo shows it is in fact only 2 nodes)
Edit: duh, down to a single node now

Is this normal? Smiley
Have you had a chance to take a look at the popup text issue / compiled a new wallet?

Roll Eyes re-born failure  i think...
the bug have been fixed now?

What bug?

I have a question please Den, what happens if you send coins but your wallet had not synced at the time? Have i lost them coins now lol as its been unconfirmed for about 30 minutes  Embarrassed

Open the debug window from the Help menu, select console and enter resendtx once you're synced and connected to some nodes.
repairwallet from console would work, too.

Cheers guys i done what fenghush said and it's sending now  Smiley For some reason it took ages to sync so i exit wallet, start up again and it synced it a few seconds

CPU usage may be related to staking, not to syncing. Does it drops later from 100% to 5-7%?

I have very low number of nodes too (5 right now), if it helps, here's my peerinfo nodes:
addnode=103.243.107.35
addnode=82.247.42.194
addnode=209.126.68.4
addnode=78.39.220.250
addnode=5.228.160.106

Considering popup text issue - it's planned for wallet update, but doesn't implemented yet.

Hmmm. Could be staking as of course I had some coinage being offline for a while. Although it was really prominent during sync, cpu dropped right after it finished - then I immediately staked twice, so not sure.
Thanks, added these nodes & they're happy.
re wallet update - that's fine & thanks just wanted to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Dear Forum Members!

FindCoin is listed on YoBit.net Exchange (free coins in chat): https://yobit.net/en/trade/FIND/BTC

Our topic on BitcoinTalk: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0

Looks like a fishy den, low-volume exchange that can disappear in every moment. If you trade there, do it at your own risk.
I will stay away from it and wait until FIND is listed on a proper exchange, with respectable volume and after the decision of listing is taken in agreement with Dev team.
I put my offer in the trading thread, but if there are no willing buyers I may perfectly wait until we get listed officially.

A few sales sold for nearly 6k sat until someone who got more coins than they should have for free decided to dump down to 150, my guess the same person who asked for it to be put on the "exchange". Well done whoever you are as predicted you screwed the price you silly impatient little person

Pre-Registered! I have a problem with my wallet. It constantly go offline them back online, most of the time is offline... I have a .conf file. Any new addnodes? Or this is a problem on the Devs side?

Please try to add these nodes in FindCoin.conf file:

addnode=104.236.75.141
addnode=85.233.147.20
addnode=81.30.158.111
addnode=208.109.219.99
addnode=209.126.68.4
addnode=87.92.120.68
addnode=103.243.107.35
addnode=82.247.42.194
addnode=196.210.211.219
Now wallet is back online, thank you. But now I have another problem, I paste my backup wallet.dat in Findcoin folder and when i open my wallet it says file corrupt and changes wallet.dat to wallet.1419863116.bak ...  What can I do?

Try to run FindCoin-qt.exe with parameter -rescan

It does not help ... Any other solution?
One question - when you completely remove wallet.dat from FindCoin folder - is FindCoin starting ok, with no errors?

If so, than I think you have corrupted wallet.dat  Embarrassed maybe something happened with your HDD...

So, the next solution you should try is ... you should back up your wallet, and then run FindCoin-qt.exe with parameter -salvagewallet
It will try to recover private keys out of your wallet.dat. Then, you should remove wallet.dat from FindCoin folder, start FindCoin-qt.exe with new empty wallet (it will be created automatically), and use that recovered private keys to import your FindCoins addresses/balances into new clean wallet.dat.
I still struggle with my corrupt wallet.dat. When I run it appears "wallet is corrupted salvage failed" and refuses to start.After reboot makes wallet123456789.bak file and a new blank wallet.dat and sync normally. Parameter -rescan and -salvagewallet seems not help...Where to look for these private keys? Because when I write in the console dumpprivkey< my FindCion address> it says "method dont found (code -32601)... So, other solution or anyone help? There will be a small prize for helping save those coins! Thank you!

I sent a small 5k over to sell @ 5k as i brought findyoucoins but by the time it gets there its 150 sat lol

On the bright side hopfully coins are changing to holders and when it does get to a decent exchange with volume the want moneys now will be gone and can watch with regret when the real price shines.

PoS with 50 FindCoin and dev wallet full coin is not realy good  Roll Eyes

*facepalm* It's Exchange wallet - FhKKwkwbq3m5VGCDsQjdZmhK1TmxBHHEaT - coins that are reserved for FindYou->FindCoin exchanging.

I use it for paying out rewards now, and redsn0w (our escrow) will reimburse it later from Bounty address according to all transactions made.
You all can check it's transactions here: http://104.131.108.117:3003/address/FhKKwkwbq3m5VGCDsQjdZmhK1TmxBHHEaT

Done this because didn't want to ask our escrow to pay out tens now, hundreds later of 50 FindCoin payments all day for himself.

Any more accusations of greedy devs?  Undecided
