Wow I thought this one was a goner after the original dev fled, you guys have done a great job here!

I've still got a few of the old coins, is it still possible to swap them via http://www.findcoin.info/exchange.html ?

Yes, I still have control of the form. Requests will be processed tomorrow.

I sent FINDyou to exchange but have not received any email yet.
Could you please check?

Are we ready to be listed in a new exchange or we should wait a little longer after everything has been settled?

I suppose, once the fork is complete we may start thinking of applying to an exchange.

1 hour warning for the fork, 35 blocks remaining.

Edit: Fork is done, please report here if you're staking correctly now.

Staking fine here too.
In fact after 12 hour of staking i've got an average staking interest of 29% (i've stopped my staking wallet 6 hour before the swap and reactivated it 1 hour after the swap so it could explain 29% instead of 25%)
Good job Quadmium & Uki

Ok, at this point we have a few choices:

Regarding development:
1) I'll take over as lead dev in all aspects of the coin and start building up websites, services, etc. I can probably get a few friends to help out, but this will take time.

2) We choose a few community members who are trusted and want to help build the services, and I'll help out as well, essentially forming a new team.

Regarding the exchange coins:
Now that the exchanging period is over, we need to decide what to do with them. I think we should settle that issue once we decide on the development problem above.

So, let me know what you think. Should I take over everything and work solo, or should we see if anyone is interested in working on this? From my last offer telling people to PM me no one responded.

I see that you are dedicated enought to take leadership and development into your hands. Some few members of this community could help you however they can, this includes me too...

I am already involved with other coins, so I cannot promise regular contributions within a team. I will try to be as supportive as possible in this thread, though.
As for the not exchanged coins left from the swap, my vote for burning them. That seems to be the common practice in the other communities and, I think, it may only benefit FindCoin.

Alright, the best course of action is me taking over and looking out for new members to join. I will be active on this most of the time during the weekends and start the first step, which is buying new a new VPS and setting up another domain. I'll keep you guys updated as I go and update the road map during the weekend as well.
