Hi. You can read more details in this thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1043483
I just put it in the title of this for a little more exposure to see what the interest would be.

The key points to take away is I'm not looking for a rushed sale, all investors would be cashed out before handover and buyer must provide full bankroll. If the right buyer is not found I just keep working on PRC as I am now Smiley

I believe we have exchanged numerous emails about the sale, im still willing to make an offer if you let me run it as it is (public bankroll investment option)

If you mean will keep all the existing investment then you will ot be allow to do so because there is a chance that it might turn into a scamming but if you mean you want it to run as public crowdfund then I dont think why it should not. After Dean sell it, he will not be associated with the website anymore so even if something happen, he will not be blame

Obviously i would let Dean cash everyone out and then i would just run the website as crowdfunded same as he did, but letting everyone know that Dean is out.

Thats what I think as well. I dont know why dean insist the buyer need to fund it himself. If Dean afraid that the site will turn into scam and people will blame him, he can easily put a warning sign at the investment page that he is no longer the owner of PRC later

The site has made 3000 Bitcoin in less than a year. That is what values the business. So a buyer would need to fund the bankroll themselves to make 100% profit to make up for the asking price.

I wouldnt really be looking to make back the money as fast as possible, im trying to look past that and i would want prcdice to have investment based bankroll.
The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

As for future plans I just partnered with Softswiss to add a lot of new casino games very shortly and I still have a lot of plans for the site if not sold.

Any update on the new games?  I enjoyed roulette.  Was there a problem with it that caused to you take it down or just low action?

Good luck on selling the site, I hope you find a good buyer who will support it as much as you have!

Thanks!

I've had offers a lot bigger than that that I turned down before.

Thanks! There was an issue that the particular package they were providing me did not have a true provably fair verifier for players and so I refused to have games on PRC that were not provably fair. However, SoftSwiss then updated their software so that they were provably fair and so I'm trying to test, verify and get these live asap now. I was hoping end of this month but it looks like that will probably be delayed unfortunately.
Will post updates here.

Well I anticipated this when I saw that HR betting so much, and I think I found the reason why PRC would be doing it(if they have), to increase the sale price ofc.

Yeh dean gave ~1.000 BTC to the investors for free, just to hope the sale price might increase a bit.

Doesn't really sound logical when you put it like that, does it? Tongue

There is no point in hyping the sale anyway. The business wont be the same ever once the new owner take over because one of the major reason people go into PRC is that the site provide a high max profit option which attract alot of high roller.
Unless the new owner will be able to fund his own bankroll to provide a high max profit for high roller then chances are the business wont be the same again and even it might decline in the future

well it doesn't but many are thinking this will help to increase the sites freindlieness to users and reputation which inherently affects the price it could go for... :O

Partially true that this high wager activity will increase the price of the site however since PRC's bankroll is mostly of the investor that means every loss will go straight to the investor and that is pretty nuts thing to do because losing 1,000 BTC for the sake of hyping the price is not feasible at all. The high roller activities are because that PRC able to provide a huge max profit and that is the major reason whales are attracted to it

It certainly would be the new owners decision to do so, however for the price I would sell for they would take far longer to make a return on investment if they opened it to crowdfunded investment.
I am not looking for a buyer who needs to have help to fund their own bankroll.

Also regarding the high max bet. The largest win on the site was 200 Bitcoin. The max payout is currently 428. A buyer does not need anywhere near a 5000 Bitcoin bankroll. Not even half of that would be plenty.

I won't set a price as I'm only looking for offers from serious buyers who know how to value a business. I turned down offers less than 2000 Bitcoin already. As mentioned this is not a rushed or needed sale.

Thanks

It's not about "not being able to fund the bankroll" It's just that i believe that would be the best way to keep the site and thats how i would like to run it, I do also believe that the reason you dont want it to stay crowdfunded is because you want the investors to come along side you to your new business venture, which is also understandable, but not something i would be looking for. If you ever change your mind about selling it as it is be sure to notify me, i have a very fair offer waiting to give you.

I am not looking to start any new crowdfunded venture or take any exisitng investors with me.
But if you see the reply above, I have already turned down offers less than 2000 Bitcoin.
If your offer is above that and you feel you can still make the return on investment with crowdfunding then feel free to make the offer.

Again the main point here is the business has made over 3000 Bitcoin in less than 1 year. That's what a buyer should be looking at, not how to share this with hundreds of small crowdfunded investors.
Thanks

There's a few scammers trying to impersonate me and claiming to sell PRC.
PocketsRocketCasino : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=537738 (notice the s after pocket)
AirW0lf : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=487764

Do not trust these accounts. Do not send them any Bitcoin.

If you are interested in a sale you should make sure to communicate with this account, dean in the PRC chat or email admin@pocketrocketscasino.com
You should probably do all three to be sure.

Update:
Almost finished with integrating SoftSwiss games.

There was a delay because the API they provided did not make it easy for players to verify their bets and so essentially it was not provably fair.
SoftSwiss went away and made the changes needed so that we can provide provably fair slots, roulette, blackjack etc.

Final testing should end this week and then we'll ahve around 30 new games Smiley

Seems a bit too much tbh. I would have rather kept it simple.

If you made the account this year it will still exist and if you had it on old site it would have been imported if you had a balance.
