He wants to use the martingale strategy from the smallest bet size possible thinking that it means he can't lose due to the fact he would need a large amount of losses in a row due to the size of the PRC bankroll. I don't think he knows that it is still a losing strategy. |

Betting 1 satoshi is very useless and you can play at other site that allow 1 satoshi bet |
