Sigh... I could be wrong about this but I have been following 3 accounts now for the last few days and notice 1 logs in and then another logs out. I did ask a admin to check to see if the ip's matched for 2 of them and he refused to say.

How do you do this?

Pretty easy.  Just send a PM to the suspects containing an image that's hosted on a server you own.  Then look at the access logs.
