Not radio, but broadcasting a blockchain over radio waves is possible, and already being done for Bitcoin. We have three different hardware units being worked on, actually. One of them can use 3g for areas that do not have reliable power or internet. I have no ETA, though, for that one as it's a bit more in depth than the other two

I am using 3g here in Poland,it is most available internet in Poland in non big cities area

Yep, it's very large in India and China, as well, although many of them have problems with reliable power, too

So 10% of the time there is a 10000% reward.

your right the 50 min cycles are much better than balls 20000 block cycles  and will bring it's inflation to what will feel like a stand still compared to what it is now (lol and continues to accelerate till the change at block 360k)
