Is this explorer rich list correct? http://zrcbex.lbtcoin.org/richlist

It's saying the top 100 addresses have 99.91% of entire coin supply?

Peace and prosperity!)) On my GPU I get:
270X = 1.9 mh\c
280x = 3.4 mh\c
it's a good speed? or small?
3.35-3.4 is what I get with a 280X too.

Can someone give me a link for amd miner

Hi,

I am having a difficult time getting into this gpu mining with nvidia cards (noob to mining but been reading a lot about it the last weeks).

What do i have;
Nvidia 560 Ti
nvidia 520
drivers 347.88

Win 8.1 64 bit

wallet v.0.9.31.0-g0bc05bb-beta(64-bit)
ccminer (wallet and ccminer downloaded this day off the ziftrpool.io site)

i added the cudart32_65.dll and added it to the ccminer folder

What are my problems;
When i try to start mining through the wallet, it will give me the error (in the debug) that the device 560 GTX Ti has "non-existant CUDA device 'GeForce GTX 560 Ti' specified in -d option"
i decided to try ccminer through a batfile, this is my line;

C:\Users\willi_000\Desktop\Ziftr\CCMiner-Win64\CCMiner-Win64\ccminer.exe -a zr5 -o stratum+tcp://zrc-stratum.suprnova.cc:2257 -u hensiepensie.workergpu -p 123

now it will start a CMD and start doing "something", but here is the problem, it doesnt look like its hashing anything? also the hashrate is enormous i think, added a screenshot to show what i see

https://i.imgur.com/rkE8nt3.jpg

It also doesn't add coins to my suprnova account? i would love some help on this

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: i probably should mention afterburner shows (when running the ccminer, youtube and some other low usage stuff) about 35% usage for the 560 and about 10% for the 520, this makes me think that ccminer is doing nothing?

Try this version i think that suport older compute versions like 3.0 ,3.5   https://github.com/tpruvot/ccminer/releases/tag/1.6.0-tpruvot

I get 3.2 Mhash ASUS R9 280X and 2 Mhash on GTX 960 and only 350 Khash on GTX 860
gtx 860 ?
Yeah gtx 860 on ccminer x11 i'm getting 2.6 Mhash but with zr5 only 350 khash
you mean gtx860m => laptop (there is no gtx 860 for desktop). It is a rather small card.

compute 2.something it is a bit old...
I think ccminer was compiled for compute 3.0 and higher, so the binaries won't work with those cards...
You can try to compile for compute 2.1, I think the code should be (mostly) compatible with that, however don't expect too much in terms of hashrate, very likely to be below high end cpu hashrate...

Wow maybe i should have asked it earlier, but on the other hand, it is good for my understanding to tinker with stuff like this for a while before running to the forums Cheesy
thanks for the link and the info about compute versions, the older version does run now for me in the CMD!

compute 2.something it is a bit old...
I think ccminer was compiled for compute 3.0 and higher, so the binaries won't work with those cards...
You can try to compile for compute 2.1, I think the code should be (mostly) compatible with that, however don't expect too much in terms of hashrate, very likely to be below high end cpu hashrate...

Thanks djm, for the info and the developing in this stuff Cheesy
i will dive into the compiling stuff (also new for me, but very willing to learn) and just to let you know, you were right about the hashrates, i find them to be very low (it is accepting hashes now but primarily on the 560Ti with about 314 Kh/s, i haven't seen the 520 complete anything so far but that was to be expected....

Well, now i have posted my first posts here on bitcointalk, i will probably ask a lot more, so to kick off with some questions Cheesy

Q1; I have noticed that the rate that is mentioned when i use the wallet miner is about 50-100 Kh/s lower then the rates i am getting with the standalone miner i was using, is this normal? or is it just a difference in measuring or something like that? or are the standalone miners just better?

I am running on a (custom) watercooled loop, an AMD X6 1100T clocked at 3555 Mhz on all cores.

as you can see in the screenshot my cpu does around 500 kH/s and my 560 Ti does about 314.....i really did not expect that but now i at least know Cheesy

I wanted to mine while my pc was on, so when i play poker, watch videos, surf etc i was planning to mine a bit, obviously i was not expecting great returns, but as i use my pc a lot of hours in a day i wanted to gain some coins for a minimal extra power usage....thats my view for now with this pc and mining with it...

As i am getting more into mining, i learn more, and i noticed (at least with the gpu mining) that it becomes too slow for me so here comes questions 2 and 3....

Q2; Is there a way i can tune down the intensity of the gpu mining (like the guys with AMD's can do, I=variable 1-20)?
Q3; Is there a way i can cpu mine on for example 5 cores (instead of 6)?

Thanks so far for all the info, effort and the quality of posts on this forum, so i can understand the way's to best mine/use my pc like i wanted too, and also for improving my knowledge of hardware in general!

the screen FYI;

how to communicate with pool owner?

Payouts are done each hour, with a minimum payout of 0.001 ZRC. To contact ziftr (creators of ziftrpool.io), just PM me or ZWGuy. You can also use the help desk (http://help.ziftrcoin.com/support/home) or reach out on /r/ziftrCOIN.
