Bitcoin can not now die. It invested a lot of money. Therefore, it will go up in the next few years. I believe in it.
there is a lot of money, millions of dollars are rotating in bitcoin market, it makes bitcoin will not die in a very short time. there will be a phase as price declines slowly. but it will not happen in the near future

The right answers, I'm also sure that bitcoin is going to die, and estimates will not last up to 10 years. The culmination of the bitcoin advantage is 3 years away, so I recommend not to hold bitcoin. When the price of the bitcoin fortunately more than 25% of the time when buy, then I would immediately sell, very at risk if hold bitcoin in a long time.

I respect your opinion but I don't see that happening even in the next 20 years, the future of bitcoin is great and will not be dead as you are expecting. Having that way of thinking, I guess you are not fan of investing online like many other people did. The progress is very impressive, so I guess that will be one of the barometer to consider bitcoin as the future of online currency.

I also think it is not yet time to talk about that Bitcoin is dead. There is no reason to think so. I understand that skeptics say it every time, when the price falls to a few dollars. But we believe in Bitcoin and Bitcoin community is growing every day

I don't understand these stories about Bitcoin beeing dead. Actualy this is probably one of the best period for Bitcoin when things are going well, the price is good, it's accepted by more and more users and the demand is rising even some governments are looking Bitcoin in positive way. So, no, Bitcoin is not dead.

From 2010 year on the net appears information about bitcoins death. I was reading on some article that it happened already more than 100 times during past 6 years. But content of the article really does not matter, after all bitcoin is still very much alive.

As long as there has been no coin better than bitcoin, I'm sure that bitcoin will always good of its users. Can't argue with that other than as a money for a great transaction, bitcoin is also very profitable for investment short or long term.

This article was created in 2015 and I think there are many bad things that make bitcoin prices continue to fall at that time, there is a lot of bad things and the price is down so many people are speculating bitcoin will die. But now bitcoin growing and situation highly advantageous for the growth of bitcoin, so that the OP said is no longer valid because the situation are different now.

I am a kind of agree with you. "To make a line smaller, draw a line bigger than it." Bitcoin is still a leader in crypto world and the first choice of crypto users. Also there is a constant rise in crypto users. So its completely absurd to say that Bitcoin is dead. Rather, its use is increasing everyday. This can be verified from its price. After all, Bitcoin is best performing asset over last 2 years.

yeah bitcoin will be never die because getting much more stronger and a lot of people investing their money in bitcoin and maximum people strongly believe in bitcoin so i am sure bitcoin will be survive forever.
That is right that bitcoin will survive forever because it is now used in a large number of companies as a payment method for their clients and they are considered as the strong pillars for the base of bitcoin and because of these companies the survival of bitcoin will be forever.

Acceptance as well use of bitcoin directly have increased a lot. In a recent article it is mentioned that bitcoin acceptance in Japan increased by 20% which is very large. No need to be panic that bitcoin will not survive long.

That's reasonable, but today the price of bitcoin went so much down that I think many people have started to panic. Can someone explain what's going on? Why do so many people have so little trust in bitcoin? I mean why do they sell below $1,000?

So basically what you're trying to say is that when the price of bitcoin increases, that means that population has increased too. Then what if the priced has decreased a lot just like in January when it went from 1100$ to 760$. Does that mean that a huge amount of bitcoiners died or something? The price is relevant but it's not an accurate way to measure the number of bitcoin users since even one individual can make the price increase/decrease in accordance to his desires if he have sufficient number of bitcoins.

Well, I mostly agree with that point

But, on the other hand, if we look at bigger time frames, for example, at monthly or quarterly periods, wouldn't the price tell us exactly that? Namely, that it more or less reflect Bitcoin expanding adoption. Really, if the supply remains essentially the same (okay, it was halved in July but still), and the price has risen from 200 up to 900 dollars per coin, doesn't it prove that Bitcoin adoption certainly expanded during the last year and a half. While the price collapse from ATH as of December 2013 was obviously caused my big whales having been robbed by Mt. Gox and their coins sold at a discount

people would call bitcoin dead when the price dropped at least to 50% or more , just like what happened few years ago the price went down from $500 to $200/$250 a lot of investor got huge loss due doing panic selling that time. but then what happened today? it's clearly growing gradually in every years, just take a look into the graph and you will see the fact.

I'm in 400,000 euros debt , dont help me , i rather die

Few hours ago we suffer quite a drop and alot of people in my local exchanger is panicking about it. We are now in a stage where a simple drop will make people panic because the current price is too high therefore we cant really blame them for what is happening right now, well atleast because of this we are getting profit from the panic dump

Bitcoin is not dead and in my opinion, there is no chance or possibility for bitcoin to be dead because you can see its status based on its price because that is one of the easiest way to tell if a digital currency or what we called cryptocurrency is active and have great chance for earning in terms of long term. Maybe after 10 years then we can think about the thing called "bitcoin is dead" because we can't deny that bitcoin has limited supply and soon it will be maxed out but as of now don't mind that dead thing because it is too early to think about that let just enjoy what we have now.

It is in fact very interesting to see how things are going to develop in the nearest hours and coming days

When the price first plunged after the December rally, there was fundamental support at the prices below 800 dollars level. Today, we see that this support is building around 900 dollars. This doesn't mean that Bitcoin can't go lower, but it is clear (at least, to me) that folks are interpreting the events happening at the Chinese exchanges right now as a good opportunity to buy bitcoins relatively cheap. The price doesn't crash (as it did some weeks ago) but it rebounds strongly, which is encouraging (though personally, I would opt for a heavier fall)
