I think it is NOT! Look at the current market situation of bitcoin and it will tell you the real story behind it. Bitcoin may fall down for its price but may never die in the future or in any dimension of universe. I know that is too stretched statement but bitcoin is such virtual currency which has made its presence like king of all currencies. It is itself a bank system and banks never run out of value, assets, money. They may get into financial crisis but let's understand this, they can get back on like in few months or so. Bitcoin works in similar way and because of its interests people are loving it more and more Day by day

The average life span of a typical American bank in the 19th century was something about 3 years. Banks going belly up were quite common back then. Today bank bankruptcies are not unheard of either. Even the strongest, too big to fail banks are not guaranteed from busting. Lehman Brothers will confirm that. So your comparison of Bitcoin to banks is a bit left-handed, so to speak, though the farfetchedness of such a comparison still doesn't itself make Bitcoin invulnerable and invincible

If the price value of bitcoin is 1000$ almost right now at the present , is this a kind of dead to you?
Well everbody knows what the answer, isn't? of course, bitcoin will exist forever as long as there users of it.

Way back then OP created this thread on March 2015 thinks that bitcoin is going to die. I don't know what happened that year because I'm not still on bitcoin by that time. And now he's thought about bitcoins dead is really wrong because we can see what is happening to bitcoin now. It keeps on increasing and for sure he regrets it already.

I dont think at that time the price is really that bad. If I not mistaken at that time the price wad around $200-$300 and still it is worth to buy at that time though. For now the price is too high for me to keep buying. Just in a 2 years the price already hit it so high. Wondering about the next few years on what prize will bitcoin hit

But I think it is still worth to buy bitcoin, because there is still so much potential in the price of bitcoin to increase. As we are not regretting that why we not purchase bitcoin when it was trading in 200 USD and 300 USD. So, people who will miss the present opportunity of buying bitcoin they will also regret when the rice of bitcoin will be trading above 3000 USD.

I agreed, Bitcoin now was 1135$ which is good to buy now it little by little recovering the value of price going to 1300$, So with this things happen isn't obvious that bitcoin is not going to die now but maybe it will take more decades or thousands of years before it happen.

Yeah we are now going higher again on btc price and it's not impossible to reach he highest 2k usd. More people were going to buy sooner because of the good response that's been happening in the market, and it became trending to people who uses social media. More of them usually spread the informations like twitter which everybody is really involved nowadays, and the words spreads easily to the entire world which everybody really can be a part of.

Social media is one of the keys for getting too much popularity for bitcoin and also for easy pump for the price because of the trend that is being created by spreading the word of bitcoin through social medias like fabook,twitter and many more. I think the price now is just a sign that bitcoin is not dead and soon it will reach the price that most of us have been wishing for and that is $2,000.

Stabilty is a major concern for every digital currency. Most of the digital currency evolve based on the same blockchain technology and there is nothing as stable technology, only the user profiles and the circulation of the particular digital token provides the stabilty.

So it will be. For this there are all chances. Every day, bitcoin becomes more popular. And some price fluctuations are a normal phenomenon. You do not need to panic when the price has gone down by $ 100.

After all, it has been in heavy use for over seven years already, and conceptually, it seems to be quite viable and reliable already for real life applications. There can be minor issues with specific implementations of course, but there is nothing extraordinary in that either. For example, it took almost two centuries to develop fiat currencies till we got more or less stable framework (set of rules) based on which such currencies can consistently and reliably operate

Right bitcoin is not dead. I dont know why other people say bitcoin is dead. It because many people panic selling their bitcoin so the price decrease so those people have chance to buy more bitcoin thats one strategies. Look the price of bitcoin is very awesome. That is correct and that is the only thing we need for bitcoin to have a long life. If there are still bitcoin users or supporters who support bitcoin then it will be easy for bitcoin to stay for long because one of the needs of bitcoin is fund which can get from the market and the team who will continue to develop bitcoin for a better version.
