Is VNL still one of the most profitable coins to mine?
Or in other words, what is more profitable: x11 with 6,6 mh/s or VNL with 260MH/s (R9 280x) ?

http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency nor http://whatmine.com/ doesn't show profitability for WhirlpoolX. Is there any other site which does show?

you can have a look at orders on nicehash to have an idea of VNL profit.

You can tweet Richie and Bittrex, they have been following VNL development for some time now. Probably waiting in the shadows Smiley

News 28/03

John is working nonstop on the next updates, please check for his latest github commits.

What we can say at this point is that the latest updates all point to the preparation of the mobile wallets coming (iOS and android) and a true multitier network.

Screenshots posted by John from the new, staking and very energy efficient (uses almost 0% cpu) iOS wallet:

Anyone want to try modified whirlpoolx-wolf.cl?
R9-270X 150MH/s (original whirlpoolx-wolf.cl was 105MH/s)

whirlpoolx-wolf.cl
https://mega.co.nz/#!TxRTWZoI!Ys0u3hilpBfkYgZP_ZpWt1k5YLAzCquoq9_yD917MI8

I dont know, how it works with other cards (r9-280,r9-290...), you can try...

1 or 0,1 VNL I think. But you need to request a manual payout or to set an auto-payout.

@Vanillacoin1 is the official twitter that John owns and I'm also doing most of the news via my twitter, which is in my sign.

Anyone want to try modified whirlpoolx-wolf.cl?
R9-270X 150MH/s (original whirlpoolx-wolf.cl was 105MH/s)

whirlpoolx-wolf.cl
https://mega.co.nz/#!TxRTWZoI!Ys0u3hilpBfkYgZP_ZpWt1k5YLAzCquoq9_yD917MI8

I dont know, how it works with other cards (r9-280,r9-290...), you can try...

I'm using an ASUS 270x and tried --xintensity 1024 and 4096 and -w 64 and 256, but neither option helped me to get over 123 MH/s which I got with the original .cl also.

Could you maybe upload your bin file?

245MH on 280x, not the max, i don't wanna burn the carpets.
bin generated with 15.3 drivers (14.12 will work as well i think),
14.7rc3 drivers give me 205MH the same clocks

I'm using 14.12 and sadly I don't get a higher hash with his .cl file, it mostly only goes lower compared to the original .cl, played with every -w and --xintensity setting (also memclocks and -g)

when you say "original" do you mean this ?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=977245.msg10856770#msg10856770

(because this is new "original" for some time now)

Yes, that one. I get 105Mh/s max on R9-270X with it, maybe somebody has better hashrates with it.
