So its a bad move just because you had your coins there? They were having problems with withdrawals, multiple times.. John did the right thing.. if your coins are still there contact them..

Just because the C-CEX VNL market is delisted doesn't mean you can't withdraw your coins from there.
Poloniex solely for VanillaCoin is the best option as a lot more people use it (Bigger Exchange)

apparently it does. everyones withdrawals been stuck for days and balance shows nothing it does not eveb have the VNL wallet in balance someone needs to help ccex fix the problem, as alot of peoples coins were on there.

I don't think C-Cex is interested in helping people. I think that they are hoping that they can pass off ineptitude for scam behavior. It's a harsh accusation but warranted in my opinion. They had their wallet fixed by a Poloniex mod and all of a sudden it doesn't work after a major price increase? I call BS... They need to fix it for their customers and they need to do it now. I shouldn't have to log into their trollbox after months of inactivity, start complaining on behalf of others, and be met with a mod whose username is BillTech to be informed that he is not part of tech support. WTF?!? C-Cex should not be a part of the VNL narrative and I am concerned that there are people who won't get their coins back... /ENDRANT

I know that helping the idiots is big waist of time but asking them to delist the coin is thing they will point just to do nothing about.

I have removed any coins I have from C-CEX as problems like this are common there. An exchange should not need this much help, and Poloniex never has any problems like this. If possible, they should get their wallet working one time so people can move them to Poloniex or their own personal wallets. Unheard of to just keep everyone's coins. How hard can it be to operate a wallet?

C-cex Yuriy is going to send the damaged wallet files to Honeybadger from polo and he will try to retain the private keys from it. He also had some backups, but they seem to be problematic also.
Nothing is lost just yet, last time when he corrupted them Honeybadger could fix them just well. Will post an update as soon as we have any information.

How many VNL were over there? Placing orders now. You are placing orders on polo? You think that c-cex balance will end there? I don think that'll happen if they gave their wallet files to polo expert to try to fix it. In some worse case scenario if some stealing happened than those coins already ended on polo and that can explain sudden dumps but if ppl were having withdraw issues for days than I dont think that happened either. Anyway if I lose my 744 VNL I wont cry cause it's kind a cheap lesson to avoid bigger issues with c-cex. Lesson learned and remaining coins withdrawed
