Should've just held BTC. Can you add a graph adding all time dividends to the price of AM shares

Holding BTC has been a wise decision for a long time. Well, we're now supposedly at another bottom, so technically we've seen better times, but when it comes to crypto stocks, people tend to lose more money than they gain. So there's that.

keeping track of the 1w share price. BTC/USD rate is bitstamp's. BTC/AM is havelock's.

Should've just held BTC. Can you add a graph adding all time dividends to the price of AM shares

This chart is misleading because it starts at the peak of the bubble instead of at IPO which was 0.1 btc/share and ~$10/btc.

And total dividends so far are ~0.57 btc/share.

0.60289304 BTC/share

based on 0.42334498 BTC from btc-tc between 2013-03-06 20:05 and 2013-07-24 23:52 and 0.17954806 BTC from Havelock between 2013-07-31 and 2014-03-30.

BitFunder had 1 earlier entry than btc-tc but the dividends were 0 for that entry so BF can be ignored completely.

Here's the BTC-TC data if anyone wants it:

Cool charts its hard to figure out where convergence is guess that would be around a $200-250 range

0.60289304 BTC/share + Market still a good return for IPO buyers not sure when people would start holding losing positions though.

Shy, modest, genuine, hard-working, intelligent.  Needs to work out more and eat better.  Desperately needs a mama cat.  That's friedcat.

Hahahaha.  This is the best part.

I never really got what they meant by "desperately needs a mama cat"... I mean... is this some cultural thing and got lost in translation or is it just outright odd? Cheesy
He needs a GF....jk probably something lost in translation

No, please FC, don't get a girlfriend! She would take up all his time and he couldn't work all night anymore Grin I'm all for him to become happy, but right now other things are mission critical, around here!

A man doesn't need a girlfriend to be happy, especially when he can afford an army of top class whores to service all his wildest desires. Where do you think our dividends went?  Sad  Kiss  Grin That's where!

Oh noooooo! Grin That could explain why FC looked that meager. He just partied too hard! He's completely out of energy from having fun! I do believe men need a real significant other to receive true love, you can't get that from a prostitute Smiley

Hahaha, yeah! That would be crazy if friedcat indeed used the money to go and have a drink or something Cheesy But actually it wouldn't for us shareholders. I imagine him kicking over his glass of beer and everything spills into the immersion cooling tank, damaging all the freshly installed gen3 blades Sad
Seriously guys, FC is a millionaire many times over. This reminds me of people watching finals tennis and not realising - it's one multi millionaire playing another multi millionaire.

All I want is divs and a financial statement, but mostly divs. sadly, I have a feeling this wont happen until the very latest date, possibly missing august deadline and arriving some time later. expect the worst and be pleasantly surprised when anything greater happens. It beats sweating out an entire month in frantic anticipation.

True enough it's been a very long wait more or less waiting but I guess not in immediate anticipation when the dividends start streaming in that's when its worth looking at again Smiley.
If it can keep to the schedule that would be great though.

So are you putting the tip-box up here or are you doing this solely for yourself, or even for free for all of us? You could also open up a website with premium information on ASICMiner and charge for that! Wink

I previously made a weekly update on Asicminer news... i did that for two weeks and people loved it.  I always intended to go back in time and compile the full backlog of data into a usable format, but have not had the time.

I am open to multiple ways of how to pay the guy, you can send me tips and If I get enough tips to cover his costs, I will just release it for free.  If no one puts up any money, I will buy it myself, and try and re-sell it here.  If some group of people want to go in with me to help make the thing, and then as a group try and profit from it, that would be fine too.

We have yet to discuss any prices here, the bulk of the work is just removing troll posts, which is really easy, but time consuming.

I like the idea, and I think we could easily crowd source the funds required here. I'm not sure a pay for access system is the best, because the people that want this information handy are also the people that want to reference it here in conversation, so it's going to end up being somewhat free anyways.

The next question is, will there be a plan in place for keeping it updated? Perhaps you can use it to start a wiki type website, where we all can work to keep it going?

Edit: Sent you some funds.

I intend to keep it updated myself, if for nothing else then my own usage.  The only reason I stopped my weekly updates was because I got distracted going through the backlog of information, and then just did not have the time.  You can find my old weekly updates here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18ZQsYx0dYWV-mlO8szVAYKJfaVZMueH_crS0UMzBfbk/edit?usp=sharing  I was always evolving the format and information as people suggested things.  Turns out I did 3 weeks before I got stuck...

Thank you for the donation!  I agree I would love to crowd fund this, but if that fails... I do not plan to let the project fail.  Any donations sent to my address 1AahzKNU7NgNJyQPx7BJDLSiFRhgSA2P7c for the near term will be used for this project.  If for whatever reason the crowd funding fails or is not adequate, or maybe the work is not of reasonable quality, I will re-fund coins to the addresses they came from.
