You can use perp exchange Helix: https://helixapp.com/, I used it a month's ago and it made me eligible for Pyth airdrop, which was completely unexpected. Fun fact: Back when I used it, I was in dilemma whether to long $osmo or $inj, I longed osmo meanwhile $inj is 15x since then.

But I believe the exploit didn't drain as much wallets as expected. Because if it did, many Ethereum/EVM chain users in BitcoinTalk would be starting many topics for complaining and scam accusations. The expected loss is around 500K until now but we don't know yet the real value and if I am not wrong many of the owners even don't know yet that their compromise but the Tether address is blacklisted and others we will never be able to recover or identify the attackers. I honestly expected loss to be much more than that, even if holders weren't aware, exploiter's address is same. USDT freezed, other tokens were transferred, 60k usdc were also transferred I wonder why circle didn't freeze. https://etherscan.io/address/0x658729879fca881d9526480b82ae00efc54b5c2d

Warner, Marsh playing test like ODIs, meanwhile Pakistan playing like pure test cricket; Pakistan's fielding still remains a concern, they desperately need to sort that out, Aussies wouldn't have put up this huge total they did, had Pakistan caught the catches on first day.

I agree with your opinion that it might be criteria for their anticipated airdrop. I have been actively participating in its test net campaigns and completed all necessary task required to qualify for Scroll network airdrop. I am hopeful that announcement will probably made in first quarter of 2024.
but anyway maybe a multiplier to the airdrop possible. This seems possible since they had 3 phases, who deployed contract early got different nft, so it could be used as criteria with early deployers getting highest multiplier. Out of 1.1M, significantly less would have deployed early. Also, unique contract deployers may get better allocation, almost every one of these 1.1M would have used those online contract deployers, which ofc helped in completing task but may not help in qualifying for much Scroll tokens. Let's see how this goes.

Out of all responses here, mk4's response was spot on.

When it came the bitcoin forks you received them without doing anything, the only inconvenient was to learn how to claim them, but this was not really that difficult.
However airdrops these days are really disappointing, as you have no idea of the requirements so all your efforts could be wasted, while the developers and other related people knew of those requirements beforehand and could manipulate the results so they receive the majority of those coins without raising any suspicion there is foul play on their part.
I find them similar. You didn't know when forked coin would pop-up, when was snapshot taken. Regarding current airdrops, If you don't try to farm them, rather engage with projects normally, and if particular project does airdrop, it would be just like a normal airdrop; you didn't do anything to earn it.

Next IPL is likely to be last one for Dhoni, it'll be huge challenge for franchise to find proper replacement. On other end, Pant will be back in DC and will lead the team.

Agreed. No need of updating whole forum, if we'd just get this little useful suggestions implemented, it'll be great. I like how this forum is but new features as needed, simplicity intact but add new features — best!

It's rather simple. You read a post, something pops up in your mind then you respond otherwise you move on. I agree posts should be constructive, but that's only after you have got something to say in first place, making post proper after having your stuff written shouldn't take much time.

It's like ICO and airdrops hype back in 2017, no substance but still value. I came across few Twitter threads suggesting brc20 coins, and to dive into them but they looked literal shitcoins, and one even blatantly saying, buyers are exit liquidity for them.
People are still buying for profits, and they are getting profits, checked few coins and they are as much as 400x, can you believe?

✂✂✂✂ Huge news from IPL front, Hardik Pandya to lead the Mumbai Indians next year [1].
I am not sure how Hardick will fit into Mumbai Indians. They already have one pace-bowling allrounder in the form of Romario Shepherd. And also I need to see in which position he is going to bat, since MI have strong middle order batsmen such as Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma and Dewald Brevis. Also, they have a very pace-heavy bowling attack which includes Behrendorff, Tendulkar, Bumrah and Madhwal. At present the only full-time spinners are Kumar Kartikeya and Piyush Chawla. If one of them gets injured, then they will be dependent on Shams Mulani. Tilak's position can be swapped for Pandya, I don't think he's as good as Pandya. Pandya can also bat lower down the order as he does in odis but I don't it'll happen. Don't think Arjun Tendulkar will play many games tbh, regarding Akash Madhwal, I'm quite excited to see how well he does this time around.

Most of you know that gas fees are inputted automatically when making a transaction, but they can be added manually. A reputed member said, "When someone chooses the gas fee automatically, there are many unnecessary fees included, which could have been reduced or deducted." Idk about 'unnecessary fees' inclusion but wallets usually suggest more than necessary, you'll certainly save some if you use custom option. If you don't have urgent transaction to make, go with lowest option from whatever site you use to check fees (I personally use https://bitcoinfees.net/ but mempool space is more popular here, as suggested above). I made transaction recently with 43 sats fee, and waited about 8 hours (not really, slept and woke up ), paid few dollars fee. That's a lot of savings than whatever is recommended these days ($10-$20). I understand still confirmation time can fluctuate but so far my transactions are confirmed earlier than expected.

I can also say that no one is really going to beat India now a days due to their full form.
Now, they'll lose only in T20 wc (but, I'll be happy if they don't).

I wish there was more information on the exploit. Like, is it really capable of draining coins from the hardware wallet, or is it a user mistake after accepting and confirming a malicious transaction? The first defeats the whole purpose of the hardware wallet, while the second is avoidable. It's second, if user were to sign transaction he would lose his funds, and it's only EVM chains that were affected. This is best explanation I have found about this attack: https://twitter.com/Neodyme/status/1735337711555285261

I think the reason why TIA pump like crazy is because only few of you got airdrops so selling pressure is not so high unlike previous drops like ARB, UNI, it takes months before they can recover after dumping airdrop sybils.
That's untrue, about half million addresses were eligible, whoever didn't claim they redistributed back to who claimed, so all 60M still went to the community and circulating supply is only 146M, 60M out of 146M is huge, I'm sure most people sold it, still TIA is resisting the dump, it's been pumping since day one. But, yea, you are right it's good to keep portion of airdrop received.

Why don't you use Metamask extension on your phone with extension supported browser? I have been using it since long, and it works for all needs. You won't need walletconnect, since every dapp supports Metamask, you'll be able to connect normally.
I assume you are on android, you can use: Kiwi/Lemur/Mask/Mises, search respective name on play store.
If I was ready to use an extension, I would use it directly on my desktop computer, because it's more convenient to use a large screen and a physical keyboard than a smartphone like an ape. I'm offended. But I'm scared by it, because plugins can steal sensitive datas like passwords and display misleading informations like fake recipient/deposit addresses for example. And even if a plugin is safe, it can be hacked one day. So I prefer to use a standalone app for connecting Web3 dApps and validating transactions from the dApp. In addition I can check all interactions, I am sure there won't be hidden interactions in the background with the plugin.
You may try Alpha Wallet [1] then, open source and supports all evm chains, use custom option for chains not already there.

Many newbies that wanted to "trade" because they wanted to be a "millionaire" would have been in a better position financially today if they merely saved and HODLed Bitcoin.
That's quite true for any alt, not merely for Bitcoin, but yeah it's quite hard to find right alts sometimes. One of my friend did lots of trades of Matic back when it was few satoshi, had he just purchased and held, he would be having more money than however much he made by trading it. ...Take whatever lesson you want. For me, it's to stick with 2-4x leverage with which I tend to do good, don't allow greed to enter.
I think the second lesson you should have learned after liquidating your position is the mandatory use of stop loss. Even if you set the minimum value slightly above the liquidation price, you would save some of the money that the exchange charges for the liquidation of the position. Thank you! Will keep that in mind.

I'm hearing rumours KL asking management to bat down the order after having good run batting at this position in wc. He did good well there, as we have seen in his inning of making fastest hundred in wc by Indian, but he did struggled there to hit the shots after just coming to the crease. So, it's not really a viable option in T20 as you'll be often required to hit moment you come to the crease.
Let's see, before wc we have ipl, if he changes his batting position there, we'll get to see how he does.
He could have competition from Pant too, since he's back, for both wk and his batting position if he changes to middle order batter, again, much of this will on Pant's performance in ipl too.
KL definitely has a guaranteed spot in the squad because Ishan Kishan and KL are the only wicket keepers we have at the moment and don't foget little dynamite also will be looking to fit in if he gets a chance, so there is going to be lot of headache for the selection committee but it will all boils down in the middle of IPL season. Yea, Rahul is likely going to be playing anyway due to his experience, but Jitesh Sharma is also a good choice aside from Ishan. Honestly, he only lacks experience otherwise he can be destructive at end overs. He has ability to hit moment he comes to the crease, his hit wicket was unfortunate out in last game, I understand few deliveries were remaining but still. Much will depend on IPL performances indeed. Pant, I am doubtful that he would be part of the final 11 as he has not played in any international games for some time now. I am not sure whether he will be playing in the IPL as nothing has come out in the news till now.
It's not confirmed but he's likely to comeback.
