Bairstow needs to sit out, he has done nothing in this series. I'd say same for Root too but he can get important breakthroughs, and his name may give psychological assurance to the teammates so I guess it's alright. Anderson on his way to 700 wickets, but ineffective in this match.

Hoping to see at least one game with full 5 day play in remaining matches. England disappointed so much today.

502  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 18, 2024, 09:22:41 AM
Decimated! 28-4, Rohit should have let batting continue until Sarfraz got his century or got out. Stokes-Root is last pair England can put some hope on, though I feel England has already lost this game.
503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 18, 2024, 07:14:15 AM
The way things are looking, India will give lead of 550+ runs, it looks impossible for England to win this match, the least they can do is to draw the game and not the throw away their wickets.

Anderson's is getting thrashed hard in this match compared to 2nd, Jaiswal is on way to 2nd double century, what a find for India!

It seems like Sarfraz is trying to imitate Jaiswal instead of playing his natural game. I was hoping this is chance for Sarfraz to make 1st test century but India may declare before that, provided he doesn't get out beforehand, of course, he got lucky in sweep.

Kuldeep did come as a nightwatchman but ladka looking good, he always had a defensive game but he's showing some hitting skill as well which is not too bad. I believe he should start working hard on his batting considering Jaddu and Ashwin won't be playing for a long time.

For Jadeja, Washington Sundar is proper replacement, for Ashwin yes, Kuldeep could take his place after honing his batting skills.

BTW, another unfortunate run-out and Gill misses his hundred. England must be happy with this happening.

Nah, there are plenty airdrop groups on telegram, while bitcointalk is kind of barren land for airdrop related stuff, so I think posting here is better.
Regarding, Parcl, you are better off adding liquidity than trading, lping is passive and gives more points.
Regarding that then you should make a list on your first thread so everyone here can enjoy or play with the airdrop task just share your project and make the table you add your referral to.

I don't think there is need for that, just follow comments, also this thread is for everyone to share their speculations, not for me alone.

I add liquidity on Parcl But I don't have money left so I only deposit 10$ just hope make x10 from it hahha When the parcl is going to distribution anyway do you have info?

No.

If one has a good amount of $DYM or any other crypto and you are expecting airdrop for staking it, it's better to scatter your holdings into multiple wallets as the airdrop pie will be bigger this way than holding into one single wallet.

Look at example of $DYM airdrop for $TIA stakers, 1 $TIA made you eligible for 230 $DYM airdrop, if you had 1 $TIA staked across 100 wallets that would have made you eligible for 23000 $DYM (230 each wallet * 100 wallets) whereas if you had 100 $TIA in 1 wallet, it would have been mere 230 $DYM.

Now, I don't think $TIA and $DYM scenario will repeat again, scenario being that project will reward stakers for staking peanut amounts but if one has 150 $DYM, then it might be better for you to keep and stake 50 $DYM in three wallets than a single one. This 50 amount is just my personal guess.

It was same case with $JITO as well, whale stakers would have received larger airdrop had they held their $JitoSOL across multiple wallets.

This only applies if you are holding significant amounts, and the coin are you are staking has potential for airdrop. Also, this may somewhat fail if project rewards proportionally to staked amount, but even then this can only happen to a certain extent as otherwise some wealthy stakers will get huge allocations this way, and project won't be able to afford that, at least directly.

Despite the fact that I have been bypassing the Cosmos blockchain for a very long time, but still I decided to staking coins such as TIA, Atom, Osmo and Pyth. What is the optimal number of coins I need to buy for staking so that I theoretically have the right to new airdrops in the Cosmos ecosystem?

No one can tell, but the higher the price of coin you are staking, the less they are required.

after him comes Kuldeep, are they planning to teach him batting?
He comes in as a nightwatchman.

Despite watching cricket since long I didn't know about this, now that you mentioned the term, I searched it on Google, and now it all makes sense. Thanks.
508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 17, 2024, 11:38:03 AM
Jaiswal gets retired hurt and all the momentum gets lost, Patidar comes and throws away his wicket, don't think he'll get anymore chances, and after him comes Kuldeep, are they planning to teach him batting?
509  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Starknet Airdrop Speculation on: February 17, 2024, 08:53:25 AM
But the .005 thing is fair.  They need to filter out sybils

Users had hundred/thousand dollars worth lps, or in different tokens like usdc, but they were filtered out because they didn't have it in Ether. I say it was mistake, it was chain's token airdrop so count the user's all holdings on your chain.

Trying to filter is sybils is alright, but no project can have success with it, it's better for project if they just go with it, and consider them testers for their chain. Even if farmers sell, someone buys, and it's only a win. Some projects fear dump of token but if the project itself is good, price will recoup sooner or later.

...Though, IMO, Starknet did better in terms of criteria comparatively but in their way of removing sybils many genuine users got left out, and good sybils got in anyway, look at tvplus, lol. ..

Do you really think there were real users on Starknet? LOL And what did they do there, if in fact there is still no ecosystem as such. I think that transactions were performed there solely for activity in order to receive airdrop, as an early user of the blockchain. Let's see how the activity in the network decreases after the airdrop is received.

Yeah, activity was already heavily decreased even before airdrop was announced, saw chart on Twitter couple days ago. Also, in terms of TVL, it's heavily lagging behind OP and Arbitrum, and with the criticism they have received, it's likely to get worse.

But Starknet drama is quite an entertainment.

Looking for old ethereum wallets that were part of the presale aka Genesis 0 block, wallets that have Beacon Depositor etherscan tag or wallets that have big ETH txns from anytime (pref older), price depends on how the wallets fit our needs message for an offer on telegram @ibra_himovic

i accept middleman too

I have my MEW wallet that I've used I think if Im not mistaken since 2013, I have lot's of token inside that wallet from airdrops and bounty, some of them discontinued and some are dead project, other have a value, not as much but that wallet has a 2.8k plus days old transaction. Let me know if you are interested.

Chiao!

FYI, Ethereum network itself was born in 2015, so you can't have wallet from 2013.

Duckett is on a roll and he might end up scoring 200 too unless one of the Indian bowlers outfox him properly. England seems over-dependent on him right now which is why him getting out quickly could mess up their winning chances.

No needed to outfox Duckett, he handed over his wicket. Duckett be like I have made 150, I'm pleased  Grin

Disappointment on his own face, Stokes face and Dressing room was obvious, they be like c'mon bruh?

England will be happy if they can finish the trail, which they are likely to.

The danger batter Ben Duckett out of an extraordinary ball by Kuldeep Yadav.

Extraordinary!? It was average delivery that should have been left alone, Dukett chasing it made him hand over his wicket.

I am expecting a few more wickets by the spinners and I think Rohit should bring back Ashwin to the bowling attack.

Ashwin has withdrawn from match due to family emergency.

Didn't expect India to close the inning at 445, Bumrah played really well and fast too, he could come at early position at place of Kuldeep. India will be really happy with the score, also there is doubt if Siraj will bowl today due to knee injury he received.

Would have been lit if Jurel made fifty, would have been mighty motivator for debutant, missed by just four runs.

Brilliant effort in the end, tail did wag for India.

Ok, that's funny  Grin
514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 16, 2024, 05:54:55 AM
Jurel looking better than I expected, certainly a better choice than Bharat. We are seeing some proper test cricket being played by Ashwin Jurel, also gotta give applause to Stokes for how he plays with the field, and how he tries to bait the batters.

India is at 380 right now, minimum 400 is on cards, I stick with 400 despite 3 wickets left because I feel after 1 wickets falls from, there won't be much run increase — defend, defend and out.

Jimmy Anderson hasn't had much success, only 1 wicket so far, may be due to pressure to reach 700 wickets, or is it not-so helpful pitch?
515  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Starknet Airdrop Speculation on: February 16, 2024, 03:52:17 AM
^  I'm hearing some shenanigans are going on with this project.  It's not just about more of the allocation was given to the devs, it's the team changing the rules and saying that TGE happened a year earlier, 'technically' then they can unlock the allo for the team and early investors on April this year instead of next year.  :/  And it doesn't help their case that some guy from their team was calling their community a group of e-beggars.  Oof what a douche...  I'd dump that sht so fast and discourage other people from bridging to their chain.

And it's not just that.  I heard there were other times when the team made their community felt like they weren't needed.

I remember the e-begger thing, really cunt of them, projects who treat users like this never last. Paraswap also treated their users something similar way, received backlash for their overly stringent criteria and $PSP went into ashes shortly after launch, to this day it has not recovered.

Though, IMO, Starknet did better in terms of criteria comparatively but in their way of removing sybils many genuine users got left out, and good sybils got in anyway, look at tvplus, lol.

Also,  I feel it was error on their part that required users to hold 0.005 ETH to be eligible for airdrop instead of this much amount on Starknet chain in whatever form. I felt they would rectify it, but they didn't.

damn i wish i had contributed to their github but what im doing is just retroactive in their blockchain i wonder if other blockchain also opens up contribution to their github because i would try my best to contribute.

You can search for github for whatever chains you come across with potential for airdrop as most of them tend to be open source.
516  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 15, 2024, 11:56:07 AM
IMO now Jaddu needs to score Sarfraz's runs as well and not throw his wicket in the morning, which he's famous for.

The way Sarfraz was playing, I don't think Jadeja can make up for it.

Rohit and Jadeja saved India when they were reeling at around 30 something for 3 wickets down at one point. England messed up by not taking advantage of some LBW calls which could have removed both players earlier.

Yeah, they didn't show ultra edge but Jadeja was out in his LBW when he was in 80s or something. Now, that Sarfraz's run-out happened, I feel England should have taken the review   Tongue
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 15, 2024, 11:38:35 AM
I think Rohit's reaction was most of us when Sarfaraz got out, dude was playing so good whether it be pace or spin, the run was so unnecessary, though, I can understand their position, in heat of moment such things happen.

Meanwhile, Jadeja played much needed knock today but it may get overshadowed by this run-out.

Sarfaraz will make another century but it won't be of his maiden test innings. It could have been history maker.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 15, 2024, 07:07:16 AM
Shubman Gill goes out on a duck again(He did in the 1st test's 2nd innings). He doesn't seem impressive enough to keep his position at the moment honestly (if not for the 100 he scored in the previous innings). The 100 being the only decent score he's got in a fairly long time while his 2nd best score before that was 36. What do you do with Gill? do you keep playing him in hopes that he scores 1 crucial knock in 10 odd innings? or change his batting order or bench him for another reputed opener?

I don't see Gill getting dropped in this test series, but if he does not get his form back he's surely to get dropped from T20 wc squad, as the competition is going to be tough to retain spots there with some proper t20 players returning such as Pandya, Surya and some such as Rinku Singh likely having their spot already guaranteed, plus Jaiswal is already being paired with Rohit which I feel is likely going to continue in t20wc.

519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 15, 2024, 05:29:45 AM
India looking in not so good situation right now with 62-3 (Jaiswal, Gill, Patidar gone), Rohit still on crease and Jadeja has come down just after 3rd wicket, which personally I'm not in favor of, whenever someone's original batting position is changed i'm reminded of odiwc where Jadeja came before Surya and well things went downhill Tongue

Rohit was dropped by Joe Root, and barely survived LBW, In absence of Rahul, Kohli, Indian score will largely depend on how long Sharmaji stays on crease, he goes and I feel India will be in huge trouble. Sarfraz, Jurel might be a good batters but in absence of experienced player on other side they might give in to pressure.

520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 15, 2024, 03:41:29 AM
Jurel, Sarfraz, Jadeja, Siraj comes in for Bharat, Iyer, Axar and Mukesh

Only one surprise for me there that being Siraj as replacement for Mukesh, I expected Akash Deep there.

For England side, Bashir goes out and Mark Wood is back in.

India won the toss and will be batting first.
