It's still open.

Log in to BF.
Go to the 'Transfer' page.
Select 'ActiveMining' shares.
Select amount - (all your shares)
Input AMC-TENDER into Username box
Click TRANSFER.

Before you do that, go to the 'Settings' page and make sure your 'Public Bitcoin Address' is one that you can sign from -  eg a Blockchain Wallet- https://blockchain.info/wallet

Take a screenshot of your tender confirmation page and save it. You do not need to email or PM Ken. You may be asked at some point in the future to sign from your wallet address (with your Bitfunder name) to prove you are the owner of that address.

OK I think I've completely annihilated the Trolls on here (again) throughout the today.

It's really not all that hard to be honest.  Smiley

It's been a good evening guys. Nice chatting to you all, keep up the brave efforts. I bet you mums are glad you have something to do with your days at least.

ENGINEERING COSTS don't exist on the report!!! I'm not making some rash assumption --- that is FACT!  Don't you wonder why they are not there??

NRE Expense 10,275.42

Manufacturing Parts 3,510.86
1084  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 11:51:22 PM
probably because engineering costs refer to his own salary

His salary is there in black and white. It's 20k over 3 months. If you were right it would have been at least 80k. Now grow up.

You still didn't address my concern about the "engineering costs".  I'm very certain that Ken paid himself more than 20k over 3 months.

If he hid his wages under 'engineering costs' he would be committing fraud - which would be in black and white and easily traceable. But if he just paid himself 80k he wouldn't be comiting fraud and we couldn't question it. So WHY would he bother hiding it?

Keep trying.

Shouldn't there be some sort of payments to whoever is designing the boards for the chips? That should be a sizeable amount of money - say $50k-$100k.

Good question, there is the eASIC payment-

Prepaid NRE -912,005.00

plus there are these two under Profit and Loss/Expenses-

NRE Expense 10,275.42
Manufacturing Parts 3,510.86

So 14k would seem enough for a decent supply of boards. Remember this is 6weeks old, so there will have been more boards ordered since then.

EDIT - Having said that NRE - so it would be a one-off so couldn't be part of a larger run of boards. Must have been a payment to eASIC for a sample run of chips?
1087  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 11:27:12 PM
Lets face it, if Ken was trying to cook the books he would have paid himself 80k over the past 3months not 20k. And he wouldn't have left over 150k in cashflow lying around he would have used that up in 'expenses'.

And he would have 'spent' 50k on lawyers fees not 7.5k. None of this conspiracy theory makes sense - except to VE perhaps. The man with a massive personal grudge.

EDIT - and under 'automobile expense's instead of $75 it would be $25,000 for a new car as his old one was unfit for purpose. You see how it would have gone if VE was right. He couldn't be more wrong.

Give it up VE - you are wrong again. The company is in the hands of eASIC and has been from the off. If they are legit then so are we.

Muppet.

Pass me some knybe!

The Trolls are really taking a beating today. VE majorly wrong on three seperate occasions and crumbly crumbling under the weight of junior school multiplication.

Sadly this might be all over soon when we start hashing - enjoy it while you can bitches.

1095  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 04:27:16 PM
You keep trying to convince the Troll but he isn't looking to be convinced.
1096  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 03:10:31 PM
Bar graphics, don't talk to or quote the Troll, it just encourages him.

re - coinbase

That's the THIRD time today you have been majorly wrong VE. Time to give it a rest? Or  is your ego too big to admit you are talking shit?

'lol'
1098  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 02:44:40 PM
So no IPO funds were required for the first batch and all the other components needed to make the miners?

So the IPO money was for a chip design and that was all? Damn.

Well we don't know the specifics due to eASIC's NDA. We don't even know exactly how much was raised (FIAT) from the IPO. Don't get so worried, we have plenty of funds.
1099  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: November 16, 2013, 02:42:31 PM

I know there are at LEAST a few shareholders who recall this.  Maybe it wasn't 20, but I can't remember the exact amount because Ken deleted his own post.. pathetic

Another thing VE was wrong on today.

It was Bargraphics that mentioned the 25TH/s. Maybe VE you should post a bit less - or atleast think a bit before you embarrass yourself yet another time.

'lol'

minerpart, does the report show how much money is left in USD and Bitcoin?

How much money is available to buy the main batch when its ready?

I think IPO funds went to eASIC didn't they?

DTS you need to remember these accounts are already 6 weeks give or take old. We have had significant online sales since then. Including a 1Mill USD order, which I'm not sure was or wasn't genuine.
