1081  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: June 16, 2022, 09:16:55 AM

Stake team has also announced about it in their telegram channel. Some other websites has published articles about it. Perhaps, Stake.com is going to give more than £10 million per year to their new partner Everton FC.
"Stake team has made a new partnership with Everton FC". This is really fantastic news for Stake users. The Stake team is offering new promotions and offers to celebrate this partnership. Stake team always looking for the best and at the same time users will continue to get more benefits.

Prepare the rakeback and weekly/monthly bonus to be cut even more so theyI can sponsor and promote even more.

I am with you on that statement.... it is going to cost them a fortune to sign a multi-year contract with Everton and I think the UK people will be disappointed when they go to Stake.com and they cannot play. Well, they can play at Stake.UK.com ...but it is very restricted ...so it will not look like a massive gambling site ..when they visit that link.

I hope this partnership will lead to more games being added to Stake.UK.com to make it a more presentable option for UK gamblers. Well between Drake and Everton FC, we will most likely see massive cuts to the bonuses and the Rakeback etc...  Sad

Have you guys considered that the reason they keep signing these deals is because theyve had some success with similar ones in the past?

Meaning, they could be spending money to make money and not related to rake back.

The vast majority of people in the US are angry with what the media did, and the Dems, in stealing the election from Trump, electronically and in other ways.

Yeah.  And Biden isn't really president.  He's on a movie set that looks like the White House.  Trump is the real president.  That's why there such a military presence on Bidens inauguration day. And Pelosi was arrested, along with the pope.  And Hillary was running a pedo sex ring out of a pizza shop.  And all the dems will be dead before the next election because they got the covid vaccine.  So you have nothing to worry about.
1083  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Trump be indicted ? on: June 15, 2022, 02:53:11 PM
Assuming that is true, which I don't think it is, any evidence gathered by the Jan 6th committee would likely be inadmissible and would likely be considered a "poisonous tree" that no evidence gathered based on any evidence from the Jan 6th committee would be admissible.

Except for all the federal judges and supreme court that have already ruled on the legitimacy of the committee and their subpoenas.  The committee is legitimate.  The subpoenas were lawful.

Congress has no oversight over private citizens, it is a co-equal branch of government with the executive, and there is not even a "pretend" legleslative purpose for the Jan 6th committee.

The committee is legitimate.  The subpoenas are lawful.  Hopefully there will be laws passed because of it to prevent future sitting presidents that just lost an election from doing what Trump did - and is still doing.

If you're arguing that Congress shouldn't be able to conduct investigations, that's fine.  But, I doubt you had issues with the 911 investigation, or Benghazi, or Watergate  I think you really just don't like Democrats and only consume the Trumpiest media content.

The January 6 Select Committee says they have enough evidence
for the Justice Department to pursue a criminal indictment against
Donald Trump for seeking to steal the 2020 election, per AP.

It's all circumstantial evidence. Trump harmed nobody, nor did he ever order that anybody be harmed. Those people who harmed other people and destroyed property should be prosecuted for what they did... including the DC cops who murdered two, innocent protesters who had done no harm or damage.

Cool

Actually there's a lot of direct evidence.

And the issue isn't really the destroyed property or injuries, it's the attempt by a sitting president to remain in power after being voted out of office.

Most people that fell for the big lie are just more of Trumps victims.

As far as mercenaries, I believe to become Ukrainian citizen they would have to give up their previous citizenship as Ukraine doesn't allow dual citizenship, which apparently didn't happen. How are they different from other mercenaries, or is the claim that there are no mercenaries at all in Ukraine and all foreign fighters fall under Geneva convention now because they signed some paper with UA army? Following that logic Aiden Aslin wasn't a mecenary in Syria as well if he also signed some form there?

Unless it's a civil war, isn't there always going to be one side made up of entirely foreign fighters?  Does the geneva convention really exclude prisoners of war from human rights depending on what country their passport is from?  That doesn't make sense to me.
1086  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The KRAKEN rises, meaning the 2020 election fraud is being corrected. on: June 11, 2022, 12:41:40 AM
Getting back on topic:

Leader of Proud Boys and Four Other Members Indicted in Federal Court For Seditious Conspiracy and Other Offenses Related to U.S. Capitol Breach

A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia returned a superseding indictment today charging five members of the Proud Boys, including the group’s former national chairman, with seditious conspiracy and other charges for their actions before and during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Their actions disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the presidential election.

The defendants include Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, 38, of Miami, Florida, the former national chairman of the Proud Boys; Ethan Nordean, 31, of Auburn, Washington; Joseph Biggs, 38, of Ormond Beach, Florida; Zachary Rehl, 37, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Dominic Pezzola, 44, of Rochester, New York. All previously were indicted and remain detained. They pleaded not guilty to charges contained in earlier indictments.

The superseding indictment adds two charges to the earlier indictment: one count of seditious conspiracy and one count of conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging any duties. All defendants now face a total of nine charges and Pezzola faces an additional robbery charge. The defendants are scheduled to appear for a hearing on June 9, 2022, in the District of Columbia

According to court documents, the Proud Boys describe themselves as members of a “pro-Western fraternal organization for men who refuse to apologize for creating the modern world, aka Western Chauvinists.” Through at least Jan. 6, 2021, Tarrio was the national chairman of the organization. In mid-December of 2020, Tarrio created a special chapter of the Proud Boys known as the “Ministry of Self Defense.” As alleged in the indictment, from in or around December 2020, Tarrio and his co-defendants, all of whom were leaders or members of the Ministry of Self Defense, conspired to prevent, hinder and delay the certification of the Electoral College vote, and to oppose by force the authority of the government of the United States. On Jan. 6, 2021, the defendants directed, mobilized and led members of the crowd onto the Capitol grounds and into the Capitol, leading to dismantling of metal barricades, destruction of property, breaching of the Capitol building, and assaults on law enforcement. During and after the attack, Tarrio and his co-defendants claimed credit for what had happened on social media and in an encrypted chat room.

A sixth defendant, who was earlier charged with the group, pleaded guilty on April 8, 2022. Charles Donohoe, 34, of Kernersville, North Carolina, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding and assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers.

This case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section and the Department of Justice Criminal Division’s Organized Crime and Gang Section.

The case is being investigated by the FBI’s Washington Field Office. The charges in the investigation are the result of significant cooperation between agents and staff across numerous FBI Field Offices and law enforcement agencies.

In the 17 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 800 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including over 250 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with tips can call 1-800-CALL-FBI (800-225-5324) or visit tips.fbi.gov.

An indictment is merely an allegation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Kyiv refused to comply with the Geneva Convention in relation to Russian prisoners of war. You have a very short and selective memory if you don't remember it.

Is this social media rumor/russian propaganda what you're talking about?  Where Ukraine told the UK that it did not intend to follow the GC anymore?

Russian media and social media users are claiming that Ukraine has refused to comply with the Geneva Convention on the Treatment of Prisoners of War. Citing Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, the head of the Russian National Defense Control Center, RIA Novosti claims that on April 1 Ukraine allegedly notified the UK that it had no intention of adhering to the Geneva convention when it comes to treatment of Russian prisoners of war.

So they've been living in Ukraine for years, enlisted with Ukrainian military, but because they're British citizens they are sentenced to death instead being treated as prisoners of war like the rest?
Yep. I heard that Sean Pinner was declared a terrorist in the UK for participating in an armed conflict in Syria. I also heard that the captured Azov militants testified against him that he was a sniper. He himself, when surrendering, seems to have declared that he was a cook and instructor. In any case, this is a show trial to show the foreign mercenaries fighting in Ukraine that they will be treated as civilians and tried for war crimes with the strictest severity if they are surrendered.

Pretty hypocritical considering the Nazi Wagner group, which isn't part of the official Russian military, has been deployed to fight in Ukraine.

Yes, I've explained before, I'm not American.

Or else you are a die-hard mainstream media far left nerd.
"Mainstream media far left" is quite the oxymoron. Do you think "mainstream media" consists primarily of:

a) Tiny independent companies desperately trying to destroy capitalism and bring about some communist dystopia? or
b) A few giant corporations acting to further their own interests and line their own pockets?

If you think 'a', then you're even more delusional than I thought.
If you think 'b', then why on Earth would you believe that giant corporations would try to destroy themselves by pursuing a 'far left' agenda?

There is of course a third option:

c) You haven't thought this through.

Anoter option is that the things you say are all that you can think of... like you AREN'T part of the left main-stream... that you are just an independent who happens to think like they do... probably for a special cash stimulus check from somebody like Soros.

Cool

If they're far anything, they aren't main stream - by definition.

I think you misunderstood my points. At Rolland Garros, they were all on the line and not in live.

Another bullshit denial.  He didn't say you were betting live.  You figured out a way to get enough of a jump on stakes feed to profitably cash out tennis bets.  Then when you got limited you made more accounts to bet more money.  Then when those got limited, you made even more accounts, and then you made more...etc...and eventually stake said that's enough.

1092  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com does not pay out $40k+ money. Scam on: June 08, 2022, 11:00:29 AM
AFAIK the sportsbooks with the highest RTP, Pinnacle for example, don't treat their customers like that, by selectively discriminating/trapping them, and always stay professional.

It's not shady to limit players, and even though Pinnacle has a "winners welcome policy", they do, in fact, change limits on a player to player basis - especially for minor events.  As far as lines and limits though, Pinnacle is definitely the best.

I don't think australian authorities will appreciate that, neither american, canadian and english ones since it is doing business with sport organizations and personalities from those countries for advertising.

The authorities of those countries don't run any sports leagues so I don't really get where you're going with that.

Stake takes advantage from being a crypto offshore casino, and not being as famous as largest sportsbooks but if it makes bad things with their customers I don't think australian authorities will appreciate that, neither american, canadian and english ones since it is doing business with sport organizations and personalities from those countries for advertising.
Yup, they are accountable to no one.
This is why people prefer Vegas and regulated books. But not all countries got a Vegas or a legal book, so they are forced to bet on offshore books. Then this happens and you can do NOTHING (even if your account was verified by the book itself before you started betting lol, funny and scary at the same time)

They do have a UK license, which is one of the the more reputable in the world.  It's only for stake.co.uk , but if they were to start blatantly scamming players they would no doubt lose that license.  And when you say "then this happens", you're you mean then you make 15+ accounts to circumvent limits.  So yeah.  Same thing would happen on a regulated book.

Ok I'm going to quit contributing to derailing this thread.
1093  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com does not pay out $40k+ money. Scam on: June 08, 2022, 09:01:16 AM

If you're running a sportsbook there are two paths you can go down:

Offer lines that aren't competitive with other books, and only on main stream sports/leagues, but never worry protecting your edge against sharps/insiders.  That means you take any bet from anyone and everyone has more or less the same limits.

or

Compete to offer the best lines, either ban or limit those who you suspect might have an edge, and increase limits for players you're confident are recreational players.

If you offer competitive lines and don't limit sharp bettors, you're going to go bankrupt.  In the end, for a bet to be valid, both sides have to agree on the terms.  When a player is limited, and then bets more than that limit using another account, that's a bet that the book did not agree to, and the player knows that when they try to make it.  It's as simple as that.

I read they have quietly cut off half of their rakeback while saying they have increased the bonuses given to their customers, is it true?
Yeah.  And it was really messed up.  They can make it whatever they want, but doing it without any sort of warning or even notification when it happens was really disappointing to see.  I immediately complained about it when it happened.

Moreover I don't understand why you are saying in your feed back the accusations are fake while it's not denied that the funds deposited by the plaintiff have been illegally seized by the casino.

On a brand new forum account, OP claimed funds were frozen for having multiple accounts and winnings were mainly from slots.

Stake is a casino, Sportsbetting or slots. It doesn't matter how a punter makes his money in a casino, as long as it's made through legit bets.  It would be harder for OP to prove the legitimacy of their winnings if it was slots, but with sports-betting there are bet slips(which can be accessed publicly on stake) + OP has provided all the betslips as evidence long before stunna made their first reply(check imgur link). Making it very hard to deny the legitimacy of their winnings.

You're responding to allegations that haven't been made.

After being limited, OP used multiple accounts to get around the limit.  That's the allegation.  Stake said "we don't want your action over $X" and OP pretended to be multiple different people and then wagered more than the limit.

I brought up the claim from OP about Slots as an example of how they are trying to mislead people.  It's why initially I suspected they were involved with some sort of third party slot hack.  But it turns out, I was misled, the issue involves sports bets, not slots.

Stunna, one of the most trusted in the crypto gambling world and the co founder of prime dice and stake:

This individual placing bets obtained their profit from betting on sports not casino on 15+ accounts. They made these accounts to circumvent limits and restrictions put on previous accounts and have used their entire extended family's ID along with other potentially bought or borrowed ID's in an attempt to get around these limits.

Also, as a regular on Stake for years, that talks to many other regulars on Stake, I know for a fact that Stake very rarely freezes funds, and when they do it's not for having multiple accounts.  If they started doing that, I would hear about it, and we'd have multiple accusations from credible members in no time.

By the way for the sake of transparency, you are promoting another offshore casino, are you a member of this company (or any casino company)?

No and no.
1096  Economy / Reputation / Re: Negative feedback for supporting a newbie on their scam accusation against Stake on: June 07, 2022, 05:20:01 PM
OP is actively helping a scammer (attempt to) scam in a thread that's clearly a fake scam accusation.  Before Stunna posted, I gave him the benefit of doubt, assuming he was just misguided.  But afterwards, rather than changing course he doubled down.

I see these fake scam accusations in the gambling community as a serious problem.  Too often players take advantage of this forum to extort casinos by rounding up a mob.  This makes it easier for scam casinos to scam, and harder for players who were actually scammed find justice.

I've changed it to neutral because I don't see OP as "in on it", as well as some of the points made above/not wanting to create drama.  I hope this doesn't cause OP to change his mind about leaving.

He doesn't even understand the difference between multi-account and "account abuse". These concepts are the same

They won't freeze your funds simply for having multiple accounts.  If you use multiple accounts to to wager more than the limit they put on you, they might.

We don't suspended users for just having multi-accounts we suspend them for using multiple accounts for the sake of abuse.

See?

Don't listen to this fanatic who has never deposited more than $100. It's his job to protect these free spins scammers while Stunna is resting.

If you want people to believe you, you shouldn't make things up about other people.  Even if you're angry.

@twitchseal be on topic. your comments are just off topic, following this case for 2-3 days and i still don't see how it can be possible to have the account banned just because of multiple accounts, i use stake for 5 years, and i have 4 accounts all minimum bronze... i am arround 120k$ on minus on all of them but, if i was to be on profit would I be banned?

He wasn't banned for simply having multiple accounts.  He used multiple accounts to get around the sportsbook limits stake put on him.

That means Stake said "hey, you can only bet $X per match from now on, that's it."  and he went and opened a bunch of new accounts so he could wager more than $X.

stake doesn't offer deposit bonus to be abused it's just a proof they want losers not winners
Yes, that's how running a casino works.  The Casino tries to make money, not lose it.

What you do now is selective scam I have 2 accounts at stake and since I loss I never had problem ?

He wasn't banned for simply having multiple accounts.  He used multiple accounts to get around the sportsbook limits stake put on him.

Oh wait, a few weeks ago you we buying Stake accounts and now you're defending a random new user that used 15+ accounts to get around sports book limits...you're just playing dumb to muddy the waters, aren't you?

Interested to buy old stake or primedice or wolf bet  accounts before 2019
Must have some wagering on it no need to be vip
Add me in telegram

No need to be vip, so you weren't buying them for the monthly bonuses...why on earth would old Stake accounts have value to you?  Hmmmm.....could it be they were going to be used to circumvent sports book limits?

Clever idea, shitty execution.

Ukraine is a large strategic piece of land that creates a military buffer zone between the south-west and west.  That is why Russia wants to exterminate 40+ million people and destroy and then rebuild the area. Erase Ukrainian culture and replace it with Russian culture.
That is the plan.
...

Since there is no credible evidence for this even though they have already a ton of opportunities, it's pretty clearly a 'plan' that originates in your own fever-dream mind mostly.  With help from psychological operations targeting your caliber of person of course.

Actually I kind of doubt that even you really believe very much of the BS you've been spouting, but whether or not it's not of much consequence.

Here's a summary of this report.

I know, I know, it's not Russian propaganda or written by big time youtube conspiracy theorists so you will just dismiss it and attempt to appear more intelligent than anyone who relies on experts and journalists rather than youtube conspiratards.  I'll post it anyway.

Quote
Russia is responsible for inciting genocide and perpetrating atrocities that show an “intent to destroy” the Ukrainian people, a new legal analysis signed by more than 30 independent experts concluded.

The report, published Friday by the Washington-based New Lines Institute for Strategy and Policy and the Montreal-based Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, also concludes that there is “serious risk of genocide in Ukraine,” and that states have a legal obligation to prevent genocide from occurring.

It cited denials from high-level Russian officials and state media commentators of the existence of a distinct Ukrainian identity, and dehumanizing claims that Ukrainians are Nazis and “are therefore deserving of punishment.” The report also points to Russian authorities’ rewarding soldiers suspected of mass killings in Ukraine, among other evidence.

“The purveyors of incitement propaganda are all highly influential political, religious and State-run media figures, including President Putin,” the report says. “There is mounting evidence that Russian soldiers have internalized and are responding to the State propaganda campaign by echoing its content while committing atrocities.”

Genocide, often seen as the ultimate crime, has a precise legal definition: “acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group.”

The joint report Friday included input from about three dozen experts on genocide and international law, including several former ambassadors and others who were involved in the creation and proceedings of international criminal tribunals.

Their analysis pointed to a genocidal pattern of Russian forces’ targeting of Ukrainian civilians, including evidence of mass executions and torture of civilians in areas that were occupied by Russian forces, such as the Kyiv suburb of Bucha, as well as deliberate attacks on shelters, evacuation routes and humanitarian corridors; sieges of Ukrainian cities; and indiscriminate bombing of residential areas. The report also cited sexual violence and reports of the forcible deportation of Ukrainians to Russia.

RUSSIAN OFFENSIVE CAMPAIGN ASSESSMENT, JUNE 5

Ukrainian forces continued to conduct limited and localized but successful counterattacks against Russian positions throughout Ukraine on June 5, including retaking large areas of Severodonetsk—the city in Luhansk Oblast the Kremlin has concentrated the majority of its forces on capturing. A Russian Telegram channel claimed that Ukrainian troops launched a counterattack north of Kharkiv City, indicating that Ukrainian forces continue to pressure Russian defensive lines near the Russian border.[1] Ukrainian forces are likely seeking to leverage the continued Russian focus on Severodonetsk to conduct counterattacks on other axes of advance. Even as Russian forces continue to pour equipment and troops into the Severodonetsk-Lysychansk area, Ukrainian forces have conducted a successful counterattack in Severodonetsk in the last 48 hours and pushed Russian troops back to the eastern outskirts of the city and out of southern settlements.[2] Ukrainian counteroffensive pressure will likely continue to draw the attention of Russian forces to Luhansk Oblast and therefore leave vulnerabilities in Russian defensive efforts in Kharkiv Oblast and along the Southern Axis. The ability of Ukrainian forces to successfully counterattack in Severodonetsk, the Kremlin’s current priority area of operations, further indicates the declining combat power of Russian forces in Ukraine.
