1081  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: June 27, 2017, 08:31:18 PM
I just checked out the website, and it's pretty simple and minimalistic. Great improvement compared to the previous version that I've seen. Also, I mixed coins for the second time ever today. The first was with BM, and now with ChipMixer. I thought it would be confusing, but it turned out to be quite easy to understand the "chips" once I started the process.

Mixing noobs, rejoice; the userflow of ChipMixer is quite easy to follow.

EDIT: Oh, and by default, no fees? I think this may very well be the best part about ChipMixer! Smiley
1082  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ BitcoinCampBot ★☆★ Never miss a Bitcointalk campaign again! on: June 23, 2017, 06:38:12 PM
I found the OneGram Twitter campaign with this bot which I was accepted into because I got in early. I will say that the bot reacts and sends out hourly updates to all campaigns, even to new responses in those campaigns, whether left by the op or not. I have had to turn off notifications for the bot, which kind of counteracts the purpose of being notified on the fly whenever a campaign is updated, but I personally would like more control over how I get notified, rather than getting notifications for every single update in a given thread.

For example, I would love to get notifications and updates from the bot only for new campaign announcements and updates by the original poster. Would that be a possible feature for later updates?
1083  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: We exchange BitCoin to USD on: June 21, 2017, 01:05:59 AM
As if it's not obvious enough, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless an escrow is used until OP's account can build up trust. No idea who this person is, and a Brand New account should never be trusted with your funds.

Also, OP, you are posting in the wrong section. This isn't a discussion; this topic belongs in the Currency Exchange board, but chances are that unless you provide an escrow, you're not going to get any customers. You're going to need more information just your email address. That just sounds shady as fuck.
1084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are my MYST tokens gone? on: June 21, 2017, 12:48:27 AM
Guys help! About 12 hours ago I tried to transfer MYST from liqui to Bittrex,
Liqui.io withdrawal history shows my transaction as completed but  if I try to check Txid through etherscan.io, it says "Unable to locate Transaction entry". Also Bittrex wallet went
down a couple hours ago and  it now shows "Mysterium Wallet Offline : Blockchain congestion detected." Does it mean my sent MYST are lost? I typed correct wallet adress btw

No. It just means that your transaction was never confirmed on the blockchain before the wallet went down. Give them a few days to sync their MYST wallet again, and all should be well once their wallet catches up to the block where you sent your transaction. Sometimes, a good sync could take a few minutes, or it could take days, depending on the entire size of the block that's being synced.

Your coins should be fine; just give it a some time, and make sure to check the status of the Mysterium wallet. If it stays offline for a bit, make sure to look out for news from the Bittrex team, and if there is none, open up a support ticket.

Hope this info helps.
1085  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Adobe CC 2017 All Apps for 30$ on: June 20, 2017, 11:31:55 PM
Is this available for both PC and Mac? You state that it doesn't require a serial number. Does that mean that your method registers my existing Adobe ID for Adobe CC 2017? Meaning that I can download and update my Adobe apps from the Adobe marketplace, including future updates?
1086  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ BitcoinCampBot ★☆★ No Beta Tester Slots Available For Now *** on: June 20, 2017, 10:02:37 PM
Hi, I have applied to be a beta tester, and have been approved. I haven't received any messages yet, but I think that may be because I have sent you my user_id instead of my chat_id. Can you please include my chat_id of 348586508? Thanks so much!

1088  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: June 20, 2017, 07:22:27 AM
Would mixing my coins help me out with eliminating high transactions costs in the future?
No. If you think that transaction cost will get higher and higher, send all your funds into one address with one transaction. This is the cheapest solution but also the least private.

I meant in the aspect of having a lot of dusty inputs, thus raising the total byte size of the transaction itself. For example, let's say I have 0.01BTC in my address that I accrued over 20 transactions at 0.0005 each. Essentially, if I were to mix the 0.01, wouldn't transactions in the future have a smaller transaction size than if I were to spend the 0.01 from my wallet without mixing the coins?
1089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hoping to help new Bitcoin users avoid scams... on: June 19, 2017, 03:33:28 AM
I made this video to turn people away from Gladiacoin,
Very decent of you. To show people that this is scam, problem is there are so many scams out there, if you wanted to create video about all of them your life is too short sadly :/.
Mining scams, exchange scams, you name it.

The reason he made the video about Gladiacoin is because it's a service that acts as a legitimate operation, and it's not obvious to many people that it is, in fact, a huge ponzi. The other scams that you see around are easily identifiable as scams, and I do believe that if you are greedy or naive enough to invest in those sites, then you kind of deserve to lose your money. Gladiacoin, however, is a huge ponzu that has really taken off and will inevitably disappear one day. It's clearly still gaining a huge amount of momentum, so there is probably still life left in the scam, and I applaud Ben for making this video. It could literally help people save their money.

I would normally take the stance that you have taken in asking why make a video about this when there are clearly many other scams around, but Gladiacoin has been popping up EVERYWHERE.

Thanks for this, Ben! Welcome to bctalk!
1090  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] 0.01BTC for $26.50 PayPal ($25 for F&F) on: June 18, 2017, 08:22:12 AM
Sending you a DM now.

Never received a message from you, nor a reply to my message to you. Edit: Just got your PM, but I'm going to do this deal with User365. Sorry mate!

I would need some BTC, for my PP.

I donīt know how you calculated the rate but if you deal with me we will do 1:1.

As you have no reviews containing any deals, I would have to ask you if you can go first.

(PS: like your graphics  Cheesy Wink)

I'm down with that. I just did 5% value of when I made the post. I see positive feedback for you. Sending you a PM now!

EDIT: Deal went smooth and super fast with @User365. Thanks!

This topic is now closed.
1091  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Beware 'Loadbearing' is a total scam!!! don't deal with him on: June 18, 2017, 08:10:42 AM
Hey mate, I would move this topic to the Scam Accusations topic found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Make sure to add screenshots of any dialogue with @Loadbearing, along with screenshots of the transaction receipt from Neteller. And of course, leave a link to the scam accusation thread in his topic, so you can aptly warn anyone considering utilizing his services.

Sorry to hear you got scammed, and thanks for looking out for the rest of us.
1092  Economy / Currency exchange / [CLOSED][WTS] 0.01BTC for $26.50 PayPal ($25 for F&F) on: June 18, 2017, 08:05:19 AM
I'm looking to sell 0.01BTC for $26.50 to a verified PayPal user for a Goods & Services transaction, or $25 if you send as Friends or Family.

I won't send first, unless you have positive trust for previous BTC transactions.

Let's make a deal!
1093  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ BitcoinCampBot ★☆★ Never miss a Bitcointalk Campaign again! ▄ ▀ FREE! ▀ ▄ on: June 17, 2017, 09:55:34 AM
I'm glad to test this bot. I often find myself discovering new campaigns on the forums after they've filled up already, which is pretty annoying. Thanks for this, and I'll report back if I have any feedback with the bot.

For everyone else saying that they don't have Telegram or that op should make email notifications or whatever, stop being lazy. If you don't want to download Telegram, then this bot isn't for you. Don't knock OP for not providing a free service that YOU don't agree with; that's just downright insulting.

Thanks again, OP!

Much thanks, please let me know this for now: when joining do you receive the welcome message? Also, every hour you should get notifications... I will work on fixes if something is not working right, no worries! Thanks!

UPDATE: there are issues with sending to all members, working for a fix!

Here is a screenshot of what I received when I clicked your Telegram link in the top post:

And what do you mean by notifications every hour? I'm going to get a notification every single hour? Or just at the top of the hours where there was a new campaign that was announced? If I get a notification EVERY hour, then this defeats the purpose of the bot, imho. I would just end up turning off my notifications for the bot in Telegram, essentially rendering the bot useless. Please reconsider hourly notifications. Thanks!
1094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ladies and Gentlemen, Bitcoin is about to be Centralized on: June 17, 2017, 09:46:43 AM
This article just goes to show how little bankers know about cryptocurrency. There is really no way to privatize a public ledger, which is essentially what they want to do, according to my understanding of the article. Impossible.

Think about it for a moment. This would mean that anyone, no, everyone that owns any amount of Bitcoin have to give up their information to keep the private ledgers balanced. Simply impossible. I don't know about you, but there is no way I'm giving up any information regarding my personal information or public addresses.

Besides, don't these twats know that there is no such thing as a "master key"? Huh

Idiots.

1097  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Why you should never use POLONIEX and use other exchanges instead on: June 15, 2017, 11:47:52 PM
Hey there, just a tip, if you're going to accuse anyone or any entity of scamming you out of your money or coins: documentation beats conversation. If you're accusing Poloniex.com of scamming you, you need to provide screenshots of your transaction. Your email. Your account on Poloniex. etc.

This forum is flooded with a lot of people who create accounts for the sole purpose of crying wolf, only to find out that their transaction was stuck or there was a delay in processing their transactions. Not saying that this is the case for you, but these people often don't return to update their threads when their issues resolve themselves. That's why you'll see a lot of skepticism from people in the future.

As I see more and more accusations rising against Poloniex, I've submitted a withdrawal request to pull my (small amount) of coins from the site. These "hiccups" don't look good for Polo, but hey, that's how the cookie crumbles sometimes.

For the record, I don't trust any exchanges, and don't store more than what I'm willing to lose in any exchange. Not sure if you're familiar with Mt. Gox, but a quick google or wiki search will show you what happened with that popular exchange years ago: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mt._Gox

I wish I could say I'd like to help you, but unless you provide more proof, you're going to get a lot of "suck it up" responses, or more responses from people asking to show some proof.

And yeah, like @shdvb said above, move this topic to: scam accusations (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0)
1098  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🔴🌟🎲🌟🔴🌟MONEYPOT.com -- Crypto Casino Suite and Web Wallet 🌟🔴🌟🎲🌟🔴🌟 on: June 15, 2017, 10:19:50 PM
So yeah. Apparently MoneyPot.com was hacked, or there were some security issues that was exploited? Granted, I don't have 2FA enabled on my account, and thank God I dumped my balance a few weeks ago, with the exception of a mere 1,000 bits. But those bits were sent to a user by the name of Anth0nYkKs (https://www.moneypot.com/users/anth0nykks)

I never initiated this transaction, and after speaking about this in the app that I gamble on, it appears that other users have been "hacked" as well.

Have there been any other reports of instances like this? I'm just glad I didn't have anything in my account when this happened.
1099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Seeking Trusted Member to Submit our Team's Announcement and Bounty threads on: June 15, 2017, 10:02:47 PM
Are you looking for a campaign and/or community manager, or just someone to make announcements and updates for you? If you just need an announcement thread, I can do that for you, along with future updates. I don't have any paid experience with companies here on the forums, but I could be flexible with payment, as long as it doesn't require a managing position (as I have no desired interest to manage and moderate the thread; too much commitment for me).

Feel free to inbox me if you want to negotiate. Cheers, and good luck!
1100  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: June 15, 2017, 08:15:05 PM
I've never used mixers before, so I couldn't answer this question... One of my referrals asked me if he should use a mixer for his account. He's active in the faucet community, and is sick of having to pay high fees every time he sends bitcoin. I'm kind of in the same boat. I have a BTC address that I use as the "granddaddy" for my referrals, and I generally try not to cash out from any faucets or micropayment processors until the amount is at least 0.001, but there are still quite a few dusty inputs, which raises my fees. Would mixing my coins help me out with eliminating high transactions costs in the future?

Thanks in advance for the insight and info!
