11401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★ GameCredits - The future of in-game monetization ★★★ on: January 02, 2016, 08:22:12 PM
anyone playing turbocharged at least Huh

I can even log in in the game menu even if i did make an account on web wallet (yes e-mail activation is done). It's stuck on "merci de patienter"
thanks for waiting in english i guess

how about that ? Is there a delay for it to work ?

I had the same problem as you. I tried reinstalling the game into my Windows 10 laptop, but still the same. I also tried disabling the firewall, but still no luck. After contacting one of the GMC members I got a reply that it was a glitch that was going to be fixed. Guess I am not the only one with the same issue.  Roll Eyes

Can't wait to play this awesome game and experience the power of Gamecredits!  Cheesy

Yes,
we work on Turbocharged and GrandPrix,current situation showing us that launching GP racing for prize will be above 5th January.
We all can't wait to play and so excited to see new better version of GrandPrix.

Great! That means this new year of 2016 will be a very exciting one for Gamecredits with the launch of Grand Prix and Turbocharged game fixed. This makes me more desperate to play the game.  Grin

I was thinking about Turbocharged, and thought if a version of it could be made for mobile devices such as Android or iOS? I hope it is not too much work for the devs, but I think it would be a great idea to attract mobile gamers as well.  Roll Eyes

Wish you good luck and prosperity with the GMC project in this brand new year!  Cheesy
11402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XMG] Coin Magi | CPU mining | PoS-II | PoM | Unique BLK reward | [MagiPay] on: January 02, 2016, 07:58:23 PM
This unique campaign will be great. More people joined the PoI-III. Hope Magi will give you all a nice interest. Magi will continue to grow in 2016! Keep eyes on Magi.

That is very exciting for Coin Magi. It means that more people are getting interested into Magi and thus it will make it grow even more this new year of 2016! I just wonder why price is still very cheap (below $0.01) after all the features and users that Magi has. But still, maybe its price will soon go to the moon. I am just waiting for that wonderful moment by holding all of my XMG.  Grin
11403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LiteDoge - such Community coin | no premine | very fast | much profit on: January 02, 2016, 07:49:51 PM
Guys, I am thinking about making a article about litedoge, how a good coin is dieing.
I do not thing this coin can be saved, that line is past.

What are you guys thinking of that.

Well, lets give it a little time for development and improvements. With this new year going along, I think we will be seeing new and exciting things for LiteDoge. I would be great to hold onto some of your LDOGE as once this coin grows in development and community, we could expect to see prices to go to the moon.  Grin

Does anyone know if devs are going to fix sync issue with wallet?

I'm not really sure now that it has been really quiet around here, not to mention that there hasn't been any innovation around lately. But I can tell you that everything is working fine for my wallet as it syncs properly with no hassles at all. I'm running it on Windows 10 by the way. What exactly seems to be the problem? Perhaps I could help you with this.  Smiley
Im on windows 10.It just doest sync.It wont connect to nodes.I have config file setup.I have hundreds of wallets with no issue.Just this wallet.

Hmm. That is a little odd. Did you check if you have the required ports open in your router? Or did you check if firewall software installed in your computer allows connections to the Virtacoin client? I have synced the wallet today with no problems at all.

Just in case, here is a screenshot of my VTA wallet fully synced:

Also, here is the current settings of my virtacoin.conf:

Code:
server=1
daemon=1
gen=0
genproclimit=-1
rpcport=22815
port=22816
addnode=68.202.99.13:22816
addnode=180.245.206.64:14889
addnode=89.212.72.205:22816
addnode=68.104.61.154:22816
addnode=87.60.111.86:22816
addnode=74.220.182.131:22816
addnode=46.254.15.192:22816
addnode=197.220.169.17:22816

Hope this would help you sync your wallet. If none if this works, just go to your appdata directory and delete all files except the wallet.dat and try to start syncing again.  Smiley
11405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: January 02, 2016, 07:37:17 PM
Is it just me or did c-cex.com open Ethereum trading market ?!! I like them because no issues with KYC etc unlike other platforms for fiat (my personal belief of how crypto should be !) + almost real time support which makes it an awesome combo. Can anybody else see the market there ?

Yes it is. I can see it as well on C-Cex.com. Never thought that they would come up and add Ether as well. However, C-Cex is not listed on Coinmarketcap as an exchange for Ether under the markets tab. Maybe they haven't noticed it yet. More markets, means more movement in marketcap and users. Just sharing my opinion.  Grin
11406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CSC] ♠ CasinoCoin v2.0 ♥ New Wallet ♦ 2+ Years Old ♣ on: January 02, 2016, 07:29:55 PM
Everyone,

Just a friendly PSA. If you have CSC in Cryptsy, you may want to withdraw them. Things do not appear to be going well over there and with each passing day more and more customers are complaining about withdrawals that go pending forever.

If you have coins in cryptsy that are just sitting there and aren't actively involved in an order, please think about withdrawing them to a wallet under your control. We won't be able to help you if cryptsy runs off with your coins.

Cheers and Happy New Year - GS

Thanks for the news. Luckily I was able to withdraw some CasinoCoins from an old Cryptsy account which I forgot that I had a great amount of CSC in it. It only took me 15 mins after confirming the withdrawal via email and then I received them to my wallet.

There is one thing that I have been looking into, and that is the price of CasinoCoin. Right now, is has been around $0.02 to $0.03 per coin but haven't seen it rise more than that for a few days. Maybe there isn't much excitement now, but I bet that when Prypto would announce CSC cards and also the integration of real casinos, we would get to see CSC's price go to the moon. I expect it to reach at $1 per CSC, but anything could happen in the crypto world.  Roll Eyes

11408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Expanse (EXP) - Fair Launch, No ICO, Community DAO, based on Ethereum on: January 01, 2016, 07:30:22 PM

Borderless.tech is a coalition of globally accessible governance services forged out of smart contracts that live on the Expanse blockchain.

Not bad. Now this is something interesting. Never thought this could be accomplished with smart contracts. Looking forward for more interesting stuff like this on the Expanse platform. By the way, about the premine, isn't there an address where we could verify it? Just asking because I am curious to know.  Roll Eyes

Yes.

0xbb94f0ceb32257275b2a7a9c094c13e469b4563e
0x15656715068ab0dbdf0ab00748a8a19e40f28192

One could easily make a script in exp that watches these addresses then notifies the world if they are messed with.

Hey I have checked these addresses with the official block explorer from Expanse.tech but it says the following message:

Code:
No Matching Record could be found. Please be sure you entered a valid Block or Transaction Hash, Block Number, or Account.
While in development, some features may not be fully functional.

Am I doing something wrong? I just checked that the addresses were written correctly.  Huh

Try doing it from the javascript panel its easier.

web3.fromWei(exp.getBalance("0xbb94f0ceb32257275b2a7a9c094c13e469b4563e"), "expanse");

10000000

I have tested both addresses on gexp using the command you have specified above and it was a success! Everything worked great and I can see the premine balance. I guess the official Expanse block explorer at Expanse.tech needs some fixes after all. But anyways, at least I can check address with the GEXP client.  Smiley
11409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MonetaryUnit [MUE] Quark based, CPU mining, faucet, explorer, pool, wallet on: January 01, 2016, 01:13:06 AM
Part of the reason for the price drop is from auto-dumping from yaamp clones and the like. I believe one way to combat this is to mine another coin and request payouts in MUE.

That could be done as well, but maybe I could add this feature to the cloud mining service that I am working on. Users will get the chance to mine other alts as well as Bitcoin and have the ability to request payout either in MUE or BTC. If payout is requested in MUE, there would be no withdrawal fees, but if done with BTC there will be very minimal fees.

Is it a good idea?  Roll Eyes
It might be something to look at in the future?
If I was doing this project I would start with straight MUE mining and develop it from there.
Try and keep it as simple as possible initially, gain the experience and market exposure and develop from there would be my suggestion.
This is your project of course, however from my experience, the more cogs in a wheel the more chances that wheel might get stuck and stop moving Smiley

I guess you are right mate! I will just focus on MUE mining only and after some time of being successful with the project, I will then consider adding this feature to the MUECloud. Hope this next year could bring a solid community and development to MonetaryUnit.  Smiley

These features look great. Can't wait for Playground's launch. I have a doubt though, I have invested lately into Playground Phase 1 (but didn't noticed it was already sold officially, just bought them from other user) and now there are other phases...The question is will I get paid dividends even if it's Phase 1 or 2 or 3? Sorry for asking, but I quite don't understand how Phases work.  Smiley

11413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AMBER] X13 POW/POS| 10k AMBER=0,01% SHARES | BUY, HOLD & GET DIVIDENDS in BTC/$ on: December 31, 2015, 03:24:24 PM
I just read the whole thread to be in sync and I see that there are no promises from Dev for dividends more than:
- dividends will be payed quarterly about next month 25-th.
- Q3 dividends are delayed due to the new amberfield aquirement and can be payed if Amber-Trade gets business loan (was in progress).
- Q3 dividends are payed before Q4 dividends (which are payed ontime or can be delayed too).
- Q3 dividends are payed after 05.01.2016 when ends reinvestment campaign.

And add this:
- Dev works for Amber-Trade, he can talk about Amber-Trade decisions, nothing to add or change.
- Dev said that Amber-Trade (51% Amber-Trade) has made some decisions and I (0.3% or something Amber-Trade) can not interfere - this IS normal, this IS normal business (100% AmberCoin = 49% Amber-Trade).
- Ukraine is very different place for business, like may be Russia, but little different. For security reasons Amber-Trade may or may not store their amber in Lithuania office vault - behind Lithuania stands Poland, which is the new European military superpower, can beat even Das Vaterland. So Lithuania may be the safest place in region.
- Amber-Trade registered business capital is 5 mil GBP.
- amber business is like gold/silver/platinum or like precious metal business - if you talk to much about your business, competitors win.

I need dividends too, I have counted for these some kUSD, but life is a bitch and if you have not double and triple backupped, it can make headache. In this business I counted for long-term investment as said by Dev on the beginning, so I have backup.

And now the point:
If you don't have any backup and need to sell, I can sell these unlucky AMBERs for around 0.0004 (which is old 0.0008 before BTC rise about 2 times) to my friends. Today or next days, just PM or email me. I prefer C-Cex order setting or something like this. I think sum is not very important, they can handle it.

Thanks for your well detailed research about Amber-trade. Ambercoin's have been going down everyday and considering the fact that many of us invested a lot into it, this makes up a great loss. However, I'm still not sure whenever this is really a scam, but I do have the suspicions about it. That said, I will just wait until January 5, 2016 and if your dividends are not paid yet, I am going to sell out the rest of my Ambercoin and mark this as a true ponzi/scam. The one thing that brought me into Ambercoin was the dividends, but seeing out shareholders not getting paid after quite some time, makes it more and more distant for me to become a shareholder.  Sad

$50 plus you get some other goodies at Backer level: https://coincenter.org/support-us/

Or you could just print and bind one yourself: http://satoshicounter.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Bitcoin-Mini-Whitepaper-1.pdf

Hey thanks mate! Never thought about this. The $50 backer level looks pretty interesting... I will check it out. I'm also going to download the mini whitepaper just in case.  Smiley

Does anyone own a Coin Center Pocket Bitcoin White Paper? I tried looking on their site to get a FREE one but I guess that I'm too late now. If anyone has one, please let me know and we can make out a deal. I am willing to pay with Bitcoin (especially to trusted members) and would probably use escrow too.

11416  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Magnr.com another scam or not? on: December 31, 2015, 12:30:31 AM
So is Magnr really another scam/ponzi or is it safe to use? I'm not sure but based on what I have seen (pics of staff, their names, and registered company number in UK) perhaps they are legit. However, I am afraid to make a deposit and then this would turn out a scam and I would lose all my BTC. There is one thing that they do not provide though and that is giving you a private key for you to recover your funds in case something bad happens.... Roll Eyes

INVEST what you can afford and calculate the reward if its worth the risk. There is no point in asking their legitimacy because they can always ran away whenever they want and come up with excuses and stuff.

Just to be safe (and also by calculating the reward) I will just stick to save my Bitcoins on a paper wallet and I will even earn interest when the price goes up. It is just that I am afraid to put my BTC into Magnr due to the fact that you do not have access to a private key which leaves you without control of your Bitcoins.  Smiley

Good to see some action here.
I thought the team left a while ago that's why the price was going down.

Up to some more Mue Developments!

You said it mate! I hope we could make MUE become one of the best alt coins out there. I have the feeling next year will be the best one yet for MonetaryUnit.  Grin

Now this is certainly good stuff for the MUE project. I was thinking about the MUE loans a few days ago and also thought if Poloniex would be a good exchange for MUE as they offer you the ability to lend your coins and maybe this could be achieved with MUE. What you have stated here is an excellent idea.  Cheesy

Now I am working on making the MUELotto site which will consist of the ability and buy MUE lottery tickets with BTC or MUE and the winner shall be announced every 30th day of every month. Prizes would consist of huge MUE or BTC bounty (winner's choice)  Smiley

We did try this a while back
http://www.bitcoinprizedraw.com/
While we didn't have huge success (due to time and fund constraints) it definitely has potential.

Just checked Polo, looks they they are dabbling with offering 3rd party loans, so I've dropped them a feature request message to see if they would consider working with us.
Thanks for the heads up.

Well then if they is already a MUE lottery, then I guess there would be no need for another one right? I mean this one looks great and perhaps we could make this one become successful. And yes, getting Poloniex to work with MUE would be fantastic. Let's hope and see if we get added.  Grin
