11821  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a way to earn at least $1 in BTC per hour? on: November 07, 2015, 11:43:18 PM
Someone said that is earning 1btc daily ,i can say i believe but how many bitcoins are you using to get such income? We are talking about ways to make 1 dollar hour in btc ,soo we suppose we have no money on the pocket.

You could probably make 1 BTC daily by having multiple accounts with higher ranks on a signature campaign. I don't know if farming would make yourself banned from either signature campaign, but maybe it is a great idea.  Roll Eyes
11822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Expanse (EXP) - Fair Launch, No ICO, Community DAO, based on Ethereum on: November 07, 2015, 11:35:26 PM
Is Expanse still alive. It has been 5 days since the last reply in this thread, and nothing new. Bitcoin's price is rising up fast, and so as most alt coins, but Expanse is still around the same price or probably even cheaper. Are my hopes lost?  Huh

It is very much alive, and just a few days from a lot of big stuff. Cheesy

Is the GUI wallet ready or would it take longer? Also, any idea on how do I make an Expanse paper wallet? Thanks in advance.  Smiley

The GUI has been released ( http://www.expanse.tech/#downloads ) but is not 'ready' as far as is not an official beta release yet -- it is just a development preview, although functional for account/transaction management. I will prepare a guide for a paper/physical wallet.

The GUI wallet looks awesome. I will just wait until there is an official stable release. In the meantime, I will continue to use the command line wallet (gexp). I have faith on Expanse and hope it will become even better than Ethereum.  Cheesy
11823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: November 07, 2015, 11:30:24 PM
I think that Ethereum is too slow in development considering the fact that it had a huge ICO. There was a lot of investing in this project and still up to this date there is no stable release of a GUI wallet? Still, I like Ethereum's technology but the lack of a GUI wallet makes it somewhat unpromising. I have faith in Ethereum and would hope for massive adoption in the near future.  Smiley

Go back a page or two, there is a GUI wallet, and it's been working fine for me.

I've seen it, but I'm afraid that is the beta version. I like the interface though, but I would better wait for a stable release just to be safe.  Smiley

11825  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: November 07, 2015, 11:18:36 PM
The key to effectively save money is not to spend it on stuff that you really don't need. As long as you have food, clothing, and shelter, those would be the necessary things to live. If you already have something which is working, (such as a smartphone) don't waste your hard earned money on the latest upgrade. Just be happy with what you already have.  Cheesy
11826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 20 llatops mining on: November 07, 2015, 11:14:54 PM
With 20 laptops, you could easily mine XMG (Coin Magi) which is a CPU minable crypto currency. I think it would be the most efficient way to mine an alt coin and exchange it to Bitcoins by then. Hope this helps.  Smiley
11827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / How to determine the most profitable coin to mine? on: November 07, 2015, 11:12:53 PM
How exactly is it that you can determine which crypto is most profitable to mine? Is it by its network difficulty, hashrate, or market cap? I just want to know, now that I want to return to mine with my Gridseeds GC3355. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.  Smiley
11828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin v. Bitcoin on: November 07, 2015, 11:09:48 PM
Litecoin would be better of if it would be a hybrid crypto coin (with PoW and PoS combined) Also, reducing the current supply to lower value would make Litecoins rare, which would result in a price increase. Then, it could compete along with Bitcoin with its price and demand. Just my thoughts  Roll Eyes

Think it depends on the costs you have for power.
At the moment Magi has a value of €0.0159 = 1 XMG.
So for some it gives profit. But only if you sell them.
Maybe with little patience the profit will be a lot higher! Smiley

Great. Thanks for sharing your opinion. Even though, it is still fun to mine Magi with my CPU. All of my mined XMG are kept safe in a paper wallet for future use. Perhaps, the price would be higher by then. So now it is the perfect time to mine or buy more Magi as the price right now is dirt cheap.  Grin
11830  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: November 07, 2015, 11:03:40 PM
If I'd ever quit my job, I would make my own Bitcoin business and profit from it. I can see a lot of potential here as you can do some stuff you just can't do with fiat. The fees are lower and transactions are almost instantaneous. I will probably make a Bitcoin casino site and see how good it would go for me.  Smiley

All these dividend payout news makes me want to invest more on Ambercoin. I'm growing my stack of Ambercoins daily for a hope to reach out 10k AMBER and become a shareholder. This is very exciting.  Grin

The new wallet, the release of prypto casinocoin cards, and adoption are all very promising features from CasinoCoin. I bet that after a few months, CasinoCoin would grow even more in price and marketcap. Maybe 2016 would be the year of CasinoCoin.  Cheesy
11833  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: November 07, 2015, 09:53:40 PM
Give Bitcoin some time. Probably 10 years would be enough for Bitcoin to gain mass adoption and improve its development. Perhaps, after that it would replace the dollar if it has enough demand and governments would back it up. Just my opinion.  Grin

official launch of the Magi Android app on Friday, November 13th, 2015

Now that is something that I would be anxiously waiting for. This is so great. Magi is growing everyday with fresh new development and its community. Now there is one thing I would like to know. Is it possible to gain profits from Coin Magi by mining or it would never be profitable? I'm just curious.  Roll Eyes
11835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you going to spend your bitcoin on? on: November 07, 2015, 09:48:03 PM
It all depends but I would like to buy a really cool car with Bitcoins probably by Christmas season. Also, I have plenty of things on my wish list such as a gaming laptop and a new miner.  Smiley

Thanks for the payment, it was really great. As always, quick and successful payment from signature campaign received into my Bitcoin wallet.  Cheesy

Is Ethereum's mining algorithm GPU or ASIC minable? Sorry for the noob question, but I'm pretty confused with this "Dagger Hashimoto" algorithm. Also, isn't there an Ethereum mining calculator around? Thanks  Smiley

Great! Thanks for sharing this information. I guess this clears all my doubts. There is one more thing, though: Which would be a better GPU to mine Ether with? Nvidia or AMD?  Huh
11838  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is btc mining? on: November 05, 2015, 06:56:02 PM
I want to know the whole proccess by which we can earn through mining.what happens in mining?

When you mine Bitcoins, you are securing the network by confirming transaction. Such process is made by an ASIC miner (look it on ebay) and depending on your hashrate (KH/s, MH/s, GH/s, TH/s), network difficulty, and electricity costs, that will determine what you will earn. For more info, i'd suggest you look into these sites: http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/internet/how-mine-bitcoins-generate-money-bitcoin-mining-3515249/     http://www.coindesk.com/information/how-bitcoin-mining-works/

Hope this helps. Somebody correct this, if I'm wrong.

11840  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin debit card on: November 05, 2015, 06:47:28 PM
I just wish I could get a Bitcoin debit card, but as far as I can see, most companies don't ship those cards to Puerto Rico. If anybody could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm still looking for one that does ship to the specified country.  Smiley
