1161  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copying Bets From Other Bettors OFFICIALLY... on: November 15, 2022, 08:30:41 PM
On another note though, since copy bets CAN be public, wouldn't some users simply, well, bet on their own instead? Instead of pressing the "Copy" bet button from the profile of someone, they just set it up themselves on their own so that they don't have to pay the commission fee. It might be good if it was a minor feature, but if turned major by casinos then it might just simply become useless in the long run. (If commissions for bet copys was still implemented).

If we applied the same system on trading platforms that has a copy-trade feature, obviously, it will just be visible to those who will buy the service. As I said previously here, there's no way it will be free therefore those users have to pay first before they can see the bets. The commission will surely be not present on this as that does not make sense to apply if there's already a fee before anyone can access the copy-bet features.

In other words, users really don't need this copy-bet feature as pre-game analysis are now available everywhere and can act as our reference. It's on us now how to form an analysis using those about a certain match
1162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 15, 2022, 08:23:27 PM
The decision will always on their favor. We can't force them to push the fight unless they are satisfied with the amount that they can collect once the fight proceeds. Greediness inside those people is no longer new. They will suck all the possible amount as long as the fighter is under their umbrella.

Just like what you mentioned about Pacquiao and how things went between him and Arum.

Money talks, as always, with sports that have a huge amount of money that flows each time well-known fighters are at stake.

Not siding with Arum but somehow, we can't hide the fact that his big influence also plays a role in why most of his top fighters are able to earn big money throughout their career. What if Pacquiao didn't land on a big promoter, I doubt he will have some big fights while at the peak of his career. Bob Arum, being a professional businessman in this industry knows how to make big revenue in a certain match. Of course, without a big money flowing on a certain match, how can they even pay their boxers with that guaranteed money (that was different from purse split)?

Boxing is really business at some point, but somehow a boxer can build a legacy while also doing business at the same time.
1163  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: November 15, 2022, 07:25:46 PM
As of KYC, we wholeheartedly acknowledge crypto users' concern about it because we also share the same concerns as crypto people ourselves. That's why we only limit it to less than 0.5% of the withdrawals we handle, which unfortunately triggered our anti-abuse or AML algorithm. Sadly, bonus abuse, multiple account abuse and identity fraud have always been a problem, and we have to deal with them regularly. Otherwise, we could have been more lenient on KYC and offered more generous bonuses.

Every user here should accept that KYC will be bound to ask in the future even if we don't like it or not. That's the reality we need to accept as every crypto-related service is now hitting with regulations even if it doesn't make sense to ask for a crypto-gambling site.

As for KYC, I hope it will only ask it if it's really necessary or something that it really needs to ask for.

Also stick to the no-mandatory KYC policy as that will discourage every crypto-gambler to use the site providing there are lots of sites that are still KYC friendly.
1164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Dmitry Bivol vs Zurdo Ramirez on: November 15, 2022, 07:16:27 PM
I heard that Canelo is planning to take on Bivol in around 6 months from now (May 2023). Is this confirmed?

Since that was just a plan, therefore, don't expect a confirmation yet.

Canelo is looking forward to a rematch but Bivol honestly doesn't have anything to gain if he will fight him again. Bivol's goal is to build a strong legacy by taking more championship belts that's why it's obvious that he will go instead against a Champion, and that's against Beterbiev to unify the belts at 175 given the latter will win against Yarde next year.

Bivol might consider taking a rematch against Canelo if the former will fight instead at 168 as there's a belt at stake there. Although that was unlikely to happen as why Bivol should consider going down as he already dominating the 175 unless he also wants to take all the belts at the super middleweight in the future. But from 175 to 168, that would be tough.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 15, 2022, 07:02:15 PM
That's right, it will be a shame if they will fail in the elimination round, their effort would be worthless if they will not make sure they will beat their opponent. Their succeeding games are very touch, we will see if they are really legit this conference and they have a shot of winning the championship.

Don't worry as there is no way Magnolia will fail in the elimination round even if they will lose all their remaining games. Their playoff spot is already secure and what's left is the final seeding and who will have the advantage in the Quarterfinals. The worst-case scenario for them, let's say they will lose all their remaining games is still not even at worst, as they will still have the chance to get the twice-to-beat advantage in the Quarterfinals.

Their next game is against SMB and I hope no "Sagip Kapamilya" will happen as SMB is currently in a tight spot now and every win is a must.
1166  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: November 15, 2022, 06:46:20 PM

Medyo napaisip tuloy ako hanggang saan ang kaya kong irisk sa handicap nila while at the same time, worthy din ang odds.

Mavericks -6.5 @ 1.93

Palag na to.
1167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: November 14, 2022, 11:58:11 PM
the fight will be in japan and the japanese see Inoue as their idol, Inoue will have many supporters and he is a guy who is in better conditions to win this fight and Paul Butler despite being a good fighter who is coming from a good performance, he is 33 years old and that is also another disadvantage for him, his stamina is probably less than a 29 year old guy and his statements don't inspire confidence in me either, but he said he has been going to bed dreaming of becoming champion . It will be a very difficult fight for him and I will bet on Inoue to win this fight

In other words, Naoya Inoue has every advantage in this fight starting from the venue, fans, skills, power, and many more to mention. With those advantages, I can't see how Paul Butler can't even match Inoue at any point. Moreover, it will be the biggest break for Paul Butler's career that he even thinks he will still have a chance to fight in a unification fight knowing champions in the bantamweight division are all tough for him (Donaire, Inoue, Casimero).

Butler got this big break that's why regardless of the odds and how strong Inoue is, he should be aggressive no matter what.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not Quitting only a break on: November 14, 2022, 11:52:25 PM

Quitting is not really a necessary thing to do but everyone can do gambling slowly. By doing gambling slowly, it means just being a casual gambler and not a heavy one. It really depends on our own how we control our gambling activity. Taking a break would be nice and come back later on if you think you are now ready to do gambling again.

Try to be responsible as much as possible. No one can blame here but ourselves if we turned out being sh*t by doing gambling.
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copying Bets From Other Bettors OFFICIALLY... on: November 14, 2022, 11:46:00 PM

Such features and services surely will not be free. I doubt a casual gambler like you OP or let's say those who don't have time will spend a decent amount to subscribe to that kind of service. Since good sports bettors worked their way hard, they won't be satisfied with just a commission. They should get another payment for being selected as the bettor to be copied by these subscribers.

I think we should not take sports betting into a bit more technical and hassle. If you don't have time to follow sports, then it's our problem anymore. If you want to do sports betting at least make some effort to help yourself to choose the right bet.
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Can Be Done To Reduce Gambling Related Issues Like Suicide etc? on: November 14, 2022, 11:41:19 PM
\if the UK goes ahead to enforce the ban on gambling ads in the country, you think this will reduce the number of suicides, and other gambling related problems in the country?
\Do you think banning gambling ads is a good measure for the entire government of the world should enforce? will this really stop people from gambling?
\In your own opinion, what measures do you think is appropriate to take that will help reduce the issues, gambling related problems cause in our society?

Gambling-related problems really depend on how the person will handle it.

No matter what the government does to work on reducing gambling-related issues, it can't control the inner self of every gambler.

The best solution is to consider the whole gambling illegal in that region and any form are gambling is subject to heavy penalties. Of course, for a gambling-friendly country, that is not really possible.
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bought 8000 lottery tickets on: November 14, 2022, 11:37:43 PM
Costs only 0.1 $ ticket
8000 ticketsc for 800$

What my odda to get 6 numbers?

https://ibb.co/kcJMM2b

If the lottery is about picking the exact 6 drawn numbers in any order, your chances are still low. If the lottery is about picking all purchased tickets, then your chance depends on how many tickets was being sold. Furthermore, just hope that luck hits you.

It even has more chance to be hit by lightning than being a lotto jackpot winner.

Good luck then! Smiley
1172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: November 13, 2022, 11:56:01 PM
If you retire from boxing keep it as it is, stop for good and stop going back just to make some money. Not to mention most of it are scripted.

Take it or leave it. Why some people are against exhibition matches and are frustrated about retired boxers participating in that, these boxers are enjoying money out of retirement. A wise way to use their build popularity that they constructed over thru years.

If you are sick of those matches, better just ignored them. Somehow on a positive note, there are people who didn't able to witness some legendary boxers during their active days that's why exhibition matches are one of the chances they have to see those legendary boxers.
1173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 13, 2022, 11:50:53 PM
Converge improves to 8-2 with a 7-win streak. They are now tied with Bay Area Dragons with the same record. Rain or Shine slides to 4-6.

With that win, they might be able to clinch their current spot and will have a twice-to-beat advantage in the Quarterfinals.

Their last 2 games in this elimination will be against NorthPort and Brgy. Ginebra.

They might extend their winning streak to 8 against NorthPort as I'm sure they can handle them. Although against Brgy. Ginebra, that would be tough.
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are those people that you don't want them to know you are a gambler on: November 13, 2022, 11:40:49 PM
Are you such gambler ?
Who are these people you hide your gambling activities from ?
Give a reason why you don't want them to know you are a gambler.

I don't hide my gambling activity but I'm not that kind of always showing it off either. I will just do it my usual way.

If ever someone knows I do gamble, I really don't care. I will mine my own business.

If they approach me and ask me about gambling-related concerns, I am even willing to give them a good response. Smiley
1175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won $128,000 and it's been a week waiting for game provider verification on: November 13, 2022, 11:38:14 PM
but OP he did not give us an update and there's no complaint in the scam section either, this is very suspicious.

Regardless, the said casino was introduced here by OP as not trustworthy because of that delay in withdrawals. However, in case OP backs here and gives us an update that the site now finally pays him, it's a no-brainer if someone will still play on that site.

It's good that the site was being mentioned here with that problem for others to be able to avoid it.

I'm just wondering how they were able to encounter that unpopular website.
1176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinion on casinos that don't have ANN threads in the forum? on: November 13, 2022, 11:27:53 PM
so how do players deal with issues from the site, should we contact the campaign managers each time there is a problem from those casinos?

Contact their support. If they respond then good. If not, then give them time.

If still no response, bump their inactive ANN thread. If there's none, create a thread about your concern if it is really necessary now to do so.

But if I'm not mistaken, all casinos that run a signature campaign here have their own ANN thread. Did I miss one?
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cash out or wait till the end on: November 13, 2022, 11:23:26 PM
So what would you would advise as a gambler? is it better to collect the cash out or wait for the full cash

There is no better option because, in the first place, you didn't know what will be the result. It's a matter of being satisfied with your supposed profit or expecting more. That's why it's called gambling in the first place right? You just didn't hit the win that's why you end up on a concern like that.

Regrets are really part of gambling. What if you won instead and were able to take home that $300+ win?

Up to you to decide what to do next if ever you end up again in that situation.
1178  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of not letting others know about your crypto holdings on: November 10, 2022, 11:23:42 PM
Now these friends made a plan and kidnapped him and then asked him to trasfer all the crypto to their wallets. It was about 3 BTC in total. But the good thing was that he escaped them and then told police about all this and the funds were recovered. But he could might have lost his life and all the crypto because of this incident.

So the lesson here is to never tell anyone exact amount you hold. You can inform just one member like your parents or wife about this so that they can recover the funds in case anything happens to you but never tell this information to casual friends or distant relatives.

Regardless if it's crypto or not, there will always be a person that will do a sh*tty act like that and sometimes those persons are just within your circle of friends that supposedly, you won't expect to do such crap. "Money is money".

Besides, I don't see why we should tell others about how much we owned, whether it's crypto or fiat. It's not making sense to me and that alone is already enough reason why I shouldn't do that. I can share my experience like the one in the story but to tell the exact amount I've been putting up on crypto-trading or any related crypto-investment, there's no way I will tell that specific detail, especially my current holdings and profits.

Generally, just stay low-key as much as possible.

Is that story really true? What an unfortunate guy as he is surrounded by bullsh*t friends.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: November 10, 2022, 11:12:45 PM
That would still depend on how would this Paul Butler perform against Inoue, I mean, he surely knows that his chances is not that good and it will be much safer for him to keep a safe distance at all times so that he can avoid being knocked out.

Paul Butler keeping a distance against Inoue most of the time is just increasing his chances of losing. I think I already pointed out before that if Butler wants to build his legacy and eagerly wants to win, he needs to go toe-to-toe. Running away most of the time just to avoid that close encounter with Inoue won't yield him good points every round.

However, if Butler is just there for the experience and just doesn't want to be ended up being KO by Inoue, then running will be his priority lol. But it doesn't make sense to do because he was already at the biggest fight of his career where in fact, he didn't even expect to be there fighting for a unification match. Therefore, he should do everything to win.

With that said, I believed Paul Butler will go toe-to-toe against Inoue regardless of the risks, and may the strong man win.
1180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Casimero vs Akaho - December 3 on: November 10, 2022, 11:04:36 PM
We will see the impact of him once he already beat Akaho, for sure lots of talk in his name after.

Not sure about that lots of talk for Casimero once he wins here. Akaho is now at his considered veteran age for a boxer and is not even included in the top rankings. That's why I'm not seeing Casimero winning this match will result in a big appreciation for him since, in the first place, he should have the upper hand in this fight.

Casimero will be back again in the champion-level discussion once he slowly climbs the top ranks.
