361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Crypto coin Do You Gamble with the Most? on: May 24, 2023, 09:26:32 PM
So for me, I've always preferred to do all my gambling in stable coins only for the reasons given above..
So what about you? Do you feel and do the same or do you have a different perspective to this altogether? Let's discuss.

Regardless of the current exchange rates, regardless of the current trend either bullish or bearish, regardless of the crypto coin being used - stable coin or not, regardless of the associated fees, or maybe I should just say, "regardless of everything", my way of betting of crypto is based on the fiat value of it.

Most crypto-gambling sites nowadays have that feature where our current crypto balance can be displayed in its fiat value while betting. Therefore we don't need to worry about how much should we bet in crypto value - if users really don't care about the exact crypto amount that should be placed in the bet and will just rely on its fiat value.

To answer specifically the subject, mostly it's Bitcoin and USDT that I used most in my overall crypto gambling activity but it doesn't mean I'm not open to betting on any other crypto coins as I said above. Again, whatever the crypto being used is, I will depend on its fiat value while betting.
362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been threaten to stop gambling on: May 24, 2023, 09:02:52 PM
My friend invited me for a round of drinks just last night to confess something, and that is his wife threatened to leave their house and file for legal separation because the wife just discovered that he's spending a lot of time gambling, she thought that he's just playing games but she discovered his logged because the idiot has his password in the browser, so the wife check his withdrawal and voila his losing a lot of money and she also discovered that he won big money in the past but didn't tell her.

Despite losing a lot of money overall, despite spending more time gambling, despite hiding those big money wins in the past - my question is;

- is your friend remain responsible to his family despite being a gambler?

I'm sure it's not just about being a gambler but maybe your friend did some other sh*t that led to his wife considering a legal separation. And how is his wife able to track his lost money if she only checks the withdrawal? Usually, it should be on betting record history and I doubt his wife will have the patience to check and track every single bet one by one. Just my guess. Cheesy

my friend choose his wife so he cannot play until he can convince his wife and promise her to tell her if he won big. Cheesy

With that statement, I think the issue is not that serious lol.
363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Nigerian Father Rejects Son's Gambling Win on: May 23, 2023, 11:56:39 PM

If that's the Father's own point of view, so be it. We can't do something about it.

Maybe he's following a principle or any related stuff related to that and might have a culture-related belief about gambling in general. We don't know the story, we don't know the situation, so we better stay out of it and doesn't need a long discussion.

Was he right to reject his son's gambling win? There is no proper answer to that.
364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 23, 2023, 01:52:26 AM

What an insane performance by LeBron James just in the first half, 31 Points on 11/13 FGA with a perfect 4/4 FGA at the rainbow area in 21 minutes of playing. The Lakers are also currently showing a good percentage in the 3-point area nailing 7 3's out of 11 attempts. On the other hand, Denver Nuggets are still finding their rhythm in the rainbow area and struggling to nail some of their shots (only nailed 8 3's out of 22 attempts).

Game 4 Halftime: Lakers 73 | Nuggets 58

For the Lakers:
- will LeBron James be able to continue his hot shooting streak in the second half?
- can the Lakers maintain their lead until the final buzzer?

For the Nuggets:
- will they be able to repeat a late rally again like what they did last game?
- will they be able to improve their worst shooting in the second half??
365  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: May 21, 2023, 07:57:47 PM

366  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or investment! What's your take? on: May 21, 2023, 05:35:32 PM

Self-preference indeed. Try to find your own forte.

Either trading or investment, it depends on our interest and eagerness to pursue those. Aside from that, knowledge plays a big role. Not because we saw someone successful on either trading or investment, we can have the same result. Damn, always be serious and study all the associated risks on either of those.

As responding to the subject, I prefer investment over trading but it doesn't mean I won't try both.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Casinos Should Do Survey From Time To Time To Assess You. on: May 21, 2023, 04:35:25 PM
Do you think casinos should implement a survey assessment from time to time to assess gamblers if they are comfortable spending more and if they are using VPN all the time even if they allow the use of VPN.

Implement might not be the appropriate term. The process should rely on case to case basis.

Different gambling sites have different approaches to the usage of VPNs. Now depends on their respective Terms and Service. However, if there will be more future cases that are related to that and almost out of hand, that's where the periodic implementation might be considered.

In general, though, it's a crap thing for me to sue or file a complaint against a gambling site or operator for losses. What the hell, they played gambling, therefore, be responsible and don't rely on gambling sites to control anything about the betting capability of their users.
368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 21, 2023, 04:20:14 PM

Denver Nuggets is now almost on their first NBA Finals experience. Will be one of the historic events in the former Pepsi Center, Ball Arena.

Against all odds, it was difficult to imagine that Denver Nuggets will lose 4 times in a row while on the other hand, obviously, the Lakers expecting to win 4 times in a row. I hope at least the Lakers can at least give the Nuggets a tough loss before reaching the NBA Finals.

Well done Lakers in advance. Only a few even expect them to reach the Semis, not even the playoffs or the play-in.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers will meet in the Finals rematch as that would be something new because these teams ended up in 8th and 7th position in the Eastern Conference and Western Conference respectively. But this is Denver Nuggets time.

After always falling short of reaching the NBA Finals for 5 consecutive seasons, it's now within reach for the Denver Nuggets.
369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Confusion about sweepstakes and gambling on: May 21, 2023, 03:59:18 PM

Let's make it simple, as long as it requires money at stake, that is considered gambling.

Referring specifically to sweepstakes, it now depends on how the mechanics or type were made. There are sweepstakes in the form of free bet that requires no money at stake. On the other hand, there are sweepstakes that can be purchased with money which is usually associated with lottery outlets, at least from the situation here in our country.

I heard that some online casinos are using sweepstakes law to sidestep gambling regulations,

Maybe it best if we can have a reference for those online casinos involved.

However, should not be a big deal though to know as I'm more concerned if there's any crypto-gambling platform that was associated with that.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: May 20, 2023, 02:59:29 PM
Additionally, the fact that even young boxers are avoiding him indicates that he is still seen as a formidable opponent.

That's because Donaire doesn't struggle yet against any other boxers at 118 since fighting Naoya Inoue. Just for a recap, after suffering the defeat at the hands of Naoya Inoue on their first meetup, Donaire bounces back on his next couple of fights with an impressive 4th Round Knock Out at both, winning a championship belt and successfully defending it, respectively.

If Donaire won't be able to win against a boxer that's not even on the Top 5 rankings, it's time now to consider hanging his gloves. Not just because he can't able to cope now with the competition but losing this fight will also put him below rankings. If he continues to fight after losing, then maybe just for satisfaction only and extra money before retiring.

But before anything else, I don't think that Donaire will show struggling against Santiago. However, my concern is, the longer this fight is not materializing for real, the longer Donaire will remain inactive in the ring. Next month will mark his 1-year inactivity in the ring (June 7, 2002).
371  Economy / Gambling / Re: NFTonSPIN.com - Leading Crypto Casino With Get Full Refund If Not Satisfied on: May 20, 2023, 12:18:34 PM

These are my concerns reading the Terms of Service:

If you are under 18 years of age
- Obviously, the only way to know this is thru KYC. Is KYC mandatory at your site?

If you create multiple accounts, only one account is allowed per user
- Are multiple users under the same IP prohibited? What if several users under the same household want to test your site? Most gambling platforms nowadays allowed it as in the first place, there are no benefits from abusing something because accounts still need to spend money to reach those bonus requirements (not unless you have a bonus that is really obviously prone to abuse).

All games must be completed within two hours from the time funds are deposited. In order to maintain system performance and resources, we reserve the right to terminate any game left unfinished for more than two hours. Any bets placed on an unfinished game will be considered a forfeited play.
- Can you explain more and elaborate on this term?

The second red flag is cashback based on deposit, that percentage is too good to be true,

The most appropriate to apply on deposits is the instant rebate. Cashbacks are supposedly for wagered money.

Aside from that, it's really good to be true to expect something "if we are not satisfied".
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best and worse slots on: May 20, 2023, 11:57:42 AM
What i meant by saying good or bad is about luck which obviously means the profits you got as we enjoy more earning and feel bad losing. I placed those slots i mentioned on that way because of the amount of chances for example i got bonuses in Sweet Bonanza with only few low cost spins and not having to buy the Bonus feature every time which allowed me to profit more and spend more time playing and enjoying.
And when you lose at least you would have spent a long time enjoying the adrenaline rush and those big wins. Still I’m not that heavy gambler or spending more time that’s why maybe i didn’t reach any max win or big win yet but i have already way more than just 10 buys by now.

There are no slot games, regardless of the game providers, that might fit your criteria. Depending on luck, the cases will be different from each other. Why such looking that kind of experience in luck-based games? As I previously mentioned, you have your own game that will be a game-changer in your slot experience.

Regardless also if the slots are having a buy bonus or feature or not, or if we talk about anything related to RTPs, it doesn't change the fact that all your possible future wins will be based on random algorithm hashes or something along those lines.

I see that you asked that question because you are not spending too much on slot games.

Please changed that mindset as there's no slot games that can follow what you like and dislike to happened.
373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there play and pay later casinos? on: May 19, 2023, 11:59:15 PM
To play in any casino you have to come with your money or asset, or are there any casinos that allow play and pay later? Or I am thinking if maybe he used a credit card for gambling? We all know that debt is possible on cards..

I don't think most banks will allow that form of transaction where credit or sort of pay later can be used at casino platforms.

Gambling is one of the services that credit cards won't entertain as valid transaction. Just imagine the number of possible issues that the bank can face if they will allow using credit cards on gambling sites such as fraud, chargeback, authorization issues, etc.

The casino itself I believed won't also allow that kind of transaction. If users don't have money, then don't gamble.
374  Economy / Gambling / Re: LTCCasino.com (Suspicious payout) on: May 19, 2023, 11:45:00 PM
What do you think

A question like that obviously doesn't need to ask if you know how to be vigilant on the internet.

You already saw some sh*t signs as a discouragement but still want to clarify something instead.

Out of curiosity, I don't know how users considered trying those unrecognized and unpopular sites. As for OP, the user knows the gambling section and obviously, should be ended up instead trying those reputable and popular crypto-gambling platforms.

Might be testing the waters on not recognized sites? That's a sort of suicide as OP even registered first before doing some review search.
375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: May 19, 2023, 08:17:08 PM
In any case, the next game will be in their homecourt, so I do agree that they have the advantage at Crypto.com. But they still have to play solid basketball for 48 minutes, and not allow Nuggets to take the early lead and then again, they will do the catching up because they might run out of gas again, just like the first 2 games. They need to start fast and improved their shooting percentage. And D'Lo is on the slump, so he also need to jump start at their home court to help Lebron and Davis.

Honestly, in my own view, there was no major big problem that we can look at on why the Los Angeles Lakers lost their recent game even throughout the game, they are in the lead. It's just that Denver Nuggets insanely rallied on 4th and some of their guys stepped up even having a bad night.

Those 4 consecutive 3's made by the Denver Nuggets in the 4th is the game changer and that leads them to feel the momentum.

Jamal Murray, for example, is struggling the whole game not until he found his rhythm in the 4th Quarter and he's nailing his shot even though there's a proper defense. That is something that the Lakers can't control anymore. Overall, I see a good game on the Lakers and there's no such thing as they ran out of gas. They even close the gap in a few seconds.

Maybe the best adjustment next game for the Lakers would be, Coach Ham should consider utilizing Rui Hachimura more. He's doing great at the early quarters and consistent on his "attacking the rim" strategy as Nuggets has no rim protector at the paint. Seems effective though.

Stake 93% to reach platinum 3 i need strategy

Please share good dice or other strategies conditions

Just bet on your usual, don't make it rush.

Curious here, how come you only started to become concerned starting at 93% experience progress? Just continue to stick with how you progress from 1%. Maybe you just become too hyped that it's now only a few percent needed to reach the other level but as far as I can tell, that 7% is still worth a decent wagered money left to fulfill.

Regardless of the dice strategies you are looking for, it will really depend on how your damn luck associates you. Aside from that, a decent bankroll is really necessary to last long. I'm sure you should already know the answer to that question of yours being a Stake Platinum II VIP not unless you are not the one who made that progress.
377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best and worse slots on: May 18, 2023, 09:19:50 PM
Could you please recommend a good slot with bonus buys and low cost, if possible?

Game of luck, bro. As a slot game enthusiast here, "Please find your own slot game".

Believe me, we have our own game where it will bring luck to us. That game might not be popular or being played much. Try to explore, if not within the same provider, then switch to other game providers. Obviously, these streamers you are referring to do have lots on their pockets that's why their bankroll is lasting for long to the point that they can experience several decent winnings while on their session.

Alright, you can consider this; explore a game provider that is not that hyped or popular. In my case, I have good experience dealing with their games. Want to try your luck there? Want to test the waters there? It's up to you. Again bro, "game of luck".
378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: May 18, 2023, 08:59:46 PM
For us, simply qualifying for the World Cup is already a significant achievement. The most thrilling moments for me as a fan are watching Gilas compete in the FIBA Asia Championship, where we have had success in the past.

If we are contented with that kind of achievement then why the hell the Philippines is giving too much attention to a sport where we are not really a contender globally? I want to slap that reality in PH basketball but look at them, spending lots of money, spending lots of time, and focusing too much on that sport instead of other sports where we can match globally, then in the end, just being a World Qualifier is already an achievement? Hehe. Cheesy They should stop those bullsh*t efforts and work if the goal is to only be qualified in the World Cup.

Just to be clear, no offense, no hate, no crab mentality. I love basketball and I'm playing that sport.

On another note, it's been a while since we last had the PBA. Is there any schedule announced for its return? I miss betting on games already.

I posted it here last month:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5169983.msg62138231#msg62138231

Conflict with schedules that's why PBA needs to adjust for the National team.

- SouthEast Asian Games - May 5 - May 17
- FIBA World Cup - August 23 - September 10
- ASIAN Games - September 23 - October 8, 2023
- PBA 48th season - mid-October ETA with only 2 conferences (All-Filipino or either Commissioners Cup or Governors Cup)
379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some needed features of an online casino. on: May 18, 2023, 08:40:18 PM
With these kind of features, they might actually help or lessen the addiction of a gambler.

Sorry, but I have to Disagree. A gambler is a gambler. These features won't actually bring difference if we talk about leading to " worst addiction".

Believe me, most casinos don't really prioritize how their users will end up because of an obvious reason that "only us" can control ourselves, and if we allow ourselves to fall into the trap of gambling, who's the one to blame on that situation?

I appreciate though that some features will be added to help users lessen the addiction but still, we are talking about a gambling platform here and the priority is to always make their users addicted to the platform. Besides let's clarify that when we say addiction, it's not totally mean a sh*t gambler. There are addicted gamblers that are still responsible for their lives outside of gambling.
380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question about slot machines and RTP on: May 18, 2023, 08:09:51 PM
Is it really more expensive to remake an old game than to make a new one and put it on the market?

I believed it's not about the cost but rather it's just a common practice for most developers since then not to put any updates on their slot games. Instead of a whole modification, they will just create another one. I also do encounter some related games with their new version. For example, the Mahjong Ways by PG Soft. After the game became hyped by most slot players, later on, their developers released a new version, Mahjong Ways 2, and just recently I think, Mahjong Ways 3.

Basically, it's for a new attraction since the classic version become hyped. Aside from that, there are surely lots of slot players who won big on the classic version therefore they will surely try the new version to test their luck. And I'm 100% sure that regardless of the RTP of those games with different versions, that was totally ignored by most slot players.

96% compared to 98% RTP doesn't really have that much difference in terms of chances of winning as others might think it has a big impact.
