581  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I think that there are Dark secrets in every Successful Business on: March 18, 2023, 11:58:06 PM

Should we really go deep into learning and knowing these? For what?

Regardless if they have those so-called "dark secrets", they reached the stage of where they are today also because of their perseverance and hard work.

Let's not make this too technical and just mind our own business.
582  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Can I post this ? on: March 18, 2023, 11:56:16 PM

Where did you even find this site, especially since you are posting here in the crypto forum?

Why ended up using that site which in fact, is not even popular here and the said gambling is not hearing any bell?

Moving forward, what happened already happened and the best thing you can do is to put pressure on them by doing a mass awareness (good luck though).
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight title on: March 18, 2023, 11:53:51 PM
Bad comparison to look at their knockout ratio, specially that Donaire has face tougher opponents in the past. While majority here doesn't heard of Santiago before and is rank way below.

I agree with you both. This KO percentage doesn't really have that impact to be put as part of our analysis if we won't look at their respective resumes. Donaire's KO rate is impressive, not because it's considered high but rather, because those he faced are really tough and some of them are in the top rankings.

Santiago, on the other hand, seems not face yet a boxer on a top caliber and is considered top-ranked.

I think Donaire will be Santiago's first opponent which can be considered a big deal.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 18, 2023, 11:50:40 PM
Same here I wanted Joel Embiid to win the MVP for this season, he is doing everything for his team, last year, he just got injured but a healthy Joel? Philly will have a good chance for the title.

Since the famous "Trust the Process" quote was introduced by Philadelphia Sixers, Joel Embiid never failed to give his best every season. Lots of roles and good players already and we can say, an All-Star caliber was being teamed with him but they still, can't provide a big support for Embiid. We don't know if it will be a different story referring to his current duo, James Harden.

Hopefully, this season, they can bounce back from those bitter loss exit experiences against some of the top teams in the East, Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, etc. Embiid is really serious when it comes to winning. Remember in 2019 when they lose against the Toronto Raptors in the Conference Semi-Finals? He really take that loss personally and even cried after the game heading to their locker room.
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 18, 2023, 11:42:48 PM
Will Spence move up to a new division when he wins against Thurman? Personally, I don't see him doing that he likes to continue
holding his belt and the no-loss records, he will just continue to choose the fights and will enjoy his VIP treatment.

That doesn't make sense if after winning against Thurman at 154, he will continue to hold his belts at 147. That's a test run for Spence.

The primary reason in the first place why Spence considered moving up, and ducking Crawford as much as possible, is because of some things he wants to avoid at 147 "obviously, Crawford" or technically as they claimed, Spence is now having difficulty maintaining good shape at 147.

We just have to wait though for the result of the upcoming non-title, non-sense, not-entertaining match between Spence and Thurman.
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 18, 2023, 11:37:16 PM
3. Spence losing but go back to 147 lbs to defend his belt

Regarding this, I encountered an article way back when this fight is just being under negotiation stating that Spence doesn't have the capability now to remain dominant at 147, and that leads him to push a fight at 154. If let's say Spence loses here, he will just definitely continue his journey at 154 and have no choice but to vacant his titles at 147, again lowering the chance that he will face Crawford.

Don't know though if that can be considered a "real" reason or "excuse".

Personally, though, I want Spence to lose this fight against Thurman regardless of how low the chance for that to happen, for my own purpose to see what will be his next step if he really loses this fight, go straight to 154 or will now face Terence Crawford finally for the unification fight. He will now be cornered lol.
587  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will you advice a new trader to join a trading community or group? on: March 18, 2023, 11:29:36 PM
As a trader, things can get difficult and discouraging if you cannot relate with any other person who will have a good understanding of what you are saying concerning trading, to solve that challenge, are you part of any trading community or group that you share tips and new strategies? What other ways can you say you have benefited from being in a community asides sharing of tips and strategies. Are you doing better than when you did things on your own. Can there be any major disadvantage being a member of such a trading groups? What is your advice to people?

It depends on what kind of trading community group we are referring to.

There are so-called trading groups where in fact, just a shilling group offering some trading signals and so on with a paid service and subscription. On the other hand, there are trading groups that really discuss important stuff related to trading and will feed the mind of any newbies there.

If found a good trading group, there's nothing to lead newbies on that group to somehow be guided by experienced ones while still on the learning phase.

Just interrupting the current discussion regarding Sunday's Quarterfinals games later lol.

As lurking in the PBA home, I encountered a sponsored ad that PBA NFT is launching soon powered by Virtualness. It will be called "Virutalness X PBA". Perks and Rewards? Possible free tickets, PBA merchandise and any related stuff. Just a few seconds away to pre-register. Cheesy

Pre-register here: CLICK! - take note that this is a ref link of mine generated automatically once done.

589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Random Number Generator and it's importance in Online Casinos on: March 17, 2023, 11:07:32 PM
Personally, I feel that the RNG is the most important tool by which gamblers can measure an online casino's fairness, transparency, accountability, and honesty and that it operates in an ethical manner. For me this is the major role of the RNG in the online gambling industry.

I don't measure the casino's overall honesty thru RNG personally because, in the first place, I don't have the technical knowledge to know deeply how provably fair the game is. I always looked at their established reputation as a main factor in choosing the best online casinos.

At some point, I believed a reputable casino won't likely cheat by manipulating the algorithm of RNG or any related stuff.

Aside from the casino's reputation, another factor of mine is to always stick with the famous casino game providers since these providers won't be present at most casinos if their service is sh*tty and not trustworthy.

2-7 match-up between SMB and Converge
- SMB will win on this one. Converge got a replacement import already in Tom Vodanovich, but the chemistry is the big problem with them, and they will face SMB, but without Fajardo. Their import doesn't have that impressive stats with his stint with New Zealand team, so it's a question mark on how he will fit the team.

And that might be Converge's import first and last game lol. Since they in a twice-to-beat disadvantage, they are already in the do-or-die status.

I really feel bad for what to happened to Converge this conference after having a good run in the early phase of the eliminations.

Better luck next time though as reality speaking, it's hard to beat SMB twice in a row especially since SMB's Cameron Clark is capable of doing monster stats to cover Fajardo's absence. CJ Perez on the other hand keeps improving and consistently showing good performance. Terence Romeo too is now in the adjusting phase and once unleashes his usual form, that would make SMB more dangerous.
591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 17, 2023, 10:46:14 PM
There is some factor to consider that will determine the result of the fight.  One is whether Fulton is able to absorb Inoue's punches.  If he do then we can see the fight go in a distance probably resulting to a decision.  Another factor is whether Inoue can withstand Fulton's punches.  If Inoue can't then the result might disappoint many viewers and millions of Inoue fans.

And we can only see that on their big night. I do hope that both pointers you have mentioned will be shown by both boxers.

I like to see this fight toe-to-toe to the point that no one can determine who will be the winner at the end until the final bell rings.

But as much as possible, I want to see this fight ending in a TKO regardless of who, but the whole fight is close. Really worth watching.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 17, 2023, 10:30:53 PM
It is absolutely crazy to me that half the people in this thread voted for Thurman to beat Spence.
This is going to be one of the biggest mismatches we've seen.
Thurman can't take body shots, he hates fighting at a fast pace and I don't think he can fight in the pocket particularly well.
I have researched this fight extensively and I can't see one way that Thurman beats Spence.
I think Spence stops Thurman in the 9th round.

You have to understand that some of the votes came from "personal reasons" disregarding the technical analysis.

It's not even crazy to think of since you can't blame people to ignore how strong Spence is knowing he's a big disappointment for some boxing enthusiasts for not having the courage to even push for the much-expected fight against Terence Crawford.

Moving forward though, I want to see the aftermath of this fight regardless of who will win. Lots of "what if" scenarios here that are worth to wait.
593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical gambling and internet gambling which is more fun. on: March 17, 2023, 10:21:24 PM
So I thought I should drop here and here some of opinion of most advance gamblers with lots of gambling experience.

Do these "advance gamblers" will really understand the difference in the environment in playing physical gambling and online?

That would be subjective since everyone has their own preferences. Everyone has their own comfort zone.

For me, just don't make it too technical. If you found yourself happier on either of them, then stick with it if possible in most cases.
594  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Being drunk while trading what was your experience on: March 17, 2023, 10:09:02 PM
I was asked this question because I have never been in that mood before being drunk while trading and those who have been in that condition what was your actions and reaction while trading because I noticed something very hard for someone to be drunk and as well trade, do you make profits or keep losing maybe do you close your trade after being drunk.

Can you really understand the point of view of those who will respond that some can do trading even drunk? In the first place, you have never been to that experience and you might question how can they do that even under that state.

I myself, admit that I'm a heavy drunker but fortunately, I do still responsible for my actions regardless of what I'm doing.

But just to share with you a few expected feelings, if you are drunk, you are not afraid to do such actions. There's no feeling of being weak hands, being FUD, being carried away, being influenced and the decision always depends on what you think is right.

Just be ready once you wake up seeing some unexpected results of your actions. Whether good or bad, who knows? Smiley
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will this Statement alone be enough to Prove my Gambling Loses for Tax Deduction on: March 17, 2023, 10:00:14 PM
In my case, I have been gambling exclusively at online casinos which have incorporated account statement and tracking databases for gamblers. If needed, I can request for my yearly statement, which shows how much bet I have placed in that year, the wins, and losses for the year. For experienced people, will this statement alone be enough to prove my gambling loses for tax deduction purposes?

Seriously, you came up to a point that you are concerned about your gambling activity being associated with a tax?

I'm curious, where are you from? Does your country really have that law about gambling in general? I mean, as far as my knowledge is concerned, gambling owners are the ones who should face tax obligations and their customers have nothing to do with it regardless if they win or lose, or have the obligatory means to pay tax. Every winning is tax-free in most cases and we are not talking about a decent win here. So in your country, there's a certain tier or what?

I found it not comfortable to show my yearly gambling statement for tax purposes. I think it's already considered as violating my privacy.
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The journey of successful business man who were professional gamblers on: March 17, 2023, 09:45:40 PM

Let's also take note of the fact that these businessmen are already at the stage of being a success in other industries outside of gambling.

They became professional gamblers on the way since they have a decent bankroll to sustain that habit. I'm expecting a story wherein they came from scratch so I think it's not that they can be considered an inspiration to us. Cheesy

Kidding aside, once we really have a stable source of income thru our respective investments, it's really relaxing to do gambling as we are not pressured to think that we will lose, and will help us to always be in a relaxed state of mind when doing gambling.
597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 17, 2023, 09:29:55 PM
At this point , Kings wining the West is not a dream anymore right ? I know the chances are low and most likely it won't happen but still , this is maybe the best season they had in the last 15 years of franchise and they do have a team that could go deep in play offs.   Smiley

In fairness though, I'm also impressed with how the Sacramento Kings performed this season, and as I mentioned too way back a few weeks here, almost a sure shot now at this year's playoffs. Their last playoff appearance was way back in the 05-06 season and for sure their home crowd is now excited again to see their home court in the playoffs environment.

However, let's be real here. Season games might be a good reference to somehow analyze what team might have the best shot at the Larry O'Brien trophy but remember that season records are nothing once playoffs commence and every team will start at 0-0.

Referring to the Kings, let's see if they will able to clinch the top spots, and keep that consistency until the end of the season. Let's also see, if the Kings will have the same level of performance once playoffs come, the same way they did during season games.
598  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a Morning Routine have any Effect as a Day Trader? on: March 17, 2023, 09:08:10 PM
Routines or should I call it, the usual things that I do every morning even prior to learning the whole thing about trading.

Regardless of the profession, job, works, etc. it should be a must for everyone that we should have a good breakfast before facing our respective workloads throughout the day. It's good that we are in a proper state of mind when dealing with our everyday work. Exercise can be done during the day when we considered it as day-off.

Trading or not, I can't imagine how can we even work properly if we are not physically fit to work at the start of the day.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 16, 2023, 11:56:35 PM
If Stephen Fulton loses against Naoya Inoue, it might not be good timing for him because Figueroa won recently vs. Mark Magsayo for the WBC featherweight interim championship. Fulton should win 1 fight in featherweight before he can argue for a challenge against Figueroa.

That depends if Brandon Figueroa will win or not against Rey Vargas.

The scenario would be, regardless of Fulton winning or losing against Inoue, he might probably face Figueroa in 126 if let's say, he loses too against Rey Vargas.

If Figueroa won indeed and successfully elevated into a regular champion, Fulton might wait first before being a challenger.
600  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Referral bonuses are waste of time on: March 16, 2023, 11:52:16 PM

Waste of time because you are not interested in doing it. I myself admit that I don't engage in referral bonuses but I don't consider it a waste of time.

There are serious users who spend time on that and let's leave it that way.

Simply, if you don't like it, just keep it to yourself and don't generalize what you feel should be the same as others.
