It wasn’t a lot. I sold because of the possible war scenario. Because I am 100% fully in crypto and have nothing on the side. If it dumps, I’m buying back at some point. If not, I had plans to cash out a bit anyway because I’m holding since 2013.

Quantum Random Number Generators should be used in mining hardware for truly random nonce generation. QRNG Chips are being sold by ID Quantique (although I have no idea about the cost) - Why are these chips not widespread in all miner hardware by now? Perhaps the cost? Technological immaturity? I know there are some arguments of quantum resistant technologies which seemingly make QRNG less meaningful, but those technologies are not certain to work for future generations of quantum computers. Nonce's optimally should be generated by true sources of randomness.

Deribit has options as well as futures and a quite complex interface, which I prefer, but it does not have many trading pairs. Although I personally would advise against derivatives trading currently, even with low leverage. Crypto prices are too volatile for that.

Yeah right! Reminded me when Iran buried their top general killed in a US strike after parading his coffin in a Chevy Silverado and his daughter was taking pictures with an Iphone! All the way chatting death to America! The Chevy Silverado which when it had 500k km and a faulty engine was passed down from a rich country to a poor country and then to a poorer country once it was nearing the end? Same thing as with the IPhone. I have seen bums running around with refurbished IPhones in third world countries. Luxury is becoming meaningless, as I see it. Or rather "the newest thing" is only considered a luxury for a short amount of time because it stops being 'new' at some point. |

It keeps restarting because it's a "shitcoin". If it was a serious project, developers would've addressed the network outages by now (with a permanent fix). They're now hyping the launch of a third-party node software (Firedancer), claiming it will fix Solana's problems once and for all. I'm yet to see whenever that will be the case in the long run. With Solana being an unreliable chain, it's best to look for other options. Why not choose Polygon instead? It's cheaper, and faster than Ethereum. Best of all, it has been running smoothly since launch (if I'm not mistaken). It's a "free market", so time will tell us which coin wins and which one goes all the way down the drain in an instant.  Because a fix seems to not be possible. Or the devs would have done something by now. Today 16 march Solana stands at $192. I am very surprised! Shouldn't it be some kind of correction in price soon?
Some new overhyped update is coming up on the 15th. Supposedly it will fix the congestion problems. Everybody is waiting and holding on to their SOL, I would wager. But yes, correction is going to happen and it might go down soon. |

From a mathematical standpoint the problem with Martingale Strategy is that eventually you will reach a losing streak long enough to wipe out all your funds. And it is not a question of IF but rather WHEN. So the strategy does not work (unless you have infinite funding). I don't know why people think they can outsmart mathematics. |

The price cannot be predicted exactly, even with AI. That is because there are too many unknown variables which effect the price. And you don't need AI to see the most probable direction that the Bitcoin price will go if you have a basic understanding of Technical Analysis and Fundamental Analysis.

Hallo, ich bin hier neu und vom Thema her auch.
Vor Jahren hatte ich in Electrum zwei Wallet erstellt, und mir ,die besagten 12 Wörter (Key) mehrmals aufgeschrieben. Nach Jahren, habe ich mal wieder Electrum aufgespielt, aber er hatte meine Seed nicht mehr angenommen. Doch siehe da, mit dem Passwort aus Electrum hatte Electrum mir meine Wallet wieder gezeigt. Alles da, glaube ich. Die Seed, die ich mir dann in Electrum zeigen lasse, mit Hilfe des Passworts, sind andere. Ich möchte wieder in das Thema einsteigen, bin aber verunsichert, solange ich nicht weis, was da passiert ist. Wo soll ich anfangen zu suchen, was könnte passiert sein? So fühle ich mich unsicher.

Not only is this another frivilous lawsuit, but it will go nowhere, same as with Ripple (XRP). DEXes cannot be regulated like CEXes. It is technically not possible. Gary is just bored at this point and lashing out at whatever.
What if SEC wins? The only way they can win is by attacking centralized elements. If they win then that only proves that Uniswap is not as decentralized as it claims. I think we will see development of privacy-based and more decentralized DEXes as a response to SEC enforcing regulations on Uniswap. I never really understood the hype behind Uniswap in the first place. |
