Cara, que sensação de sufocamente. Pra todo lado é notícias horríveis, não dá nem pra acompanhar de tão rápido que as tragédias estão caminhando. E é incrível como com tanto tanto tanto imposto em jogo, não vemos nenhuma melhoria substâncial. boa Disruptivas acho que dieta/alimentação é um dos pilares mais difíceis de encontrar o caminho justamente por ser mais complexo, tem mais variáveis, é mais difícil de isolar as variáveis gosto de algumas coisas do Muzy também, pra um lado mais da neurobiologia mas que as vezes fala de alimentação tem o Andrew Huberman, aprendo bastante com ele também acho impressionante como depois de mais de 1000 anos ainda não encontramos a dieta ótima Temos Inuítes comendo gordura de baleia e pouquíssimo carboidrato e indianos comendo muito menos carne que o resto da população e mais grãos (e curiosamente estando mais adaptados para isso biologicamente) Por aqui encontrei um caminho que tem me feito bem, como pouquíssimas coisas processadas, sempre compro ingredientes de qualidade, como carne/peixe/frango quase todos os dias de preferência de fontes sem antibióticos. Algumas frutas, poucos grãos, algumas oleoginosas... Acho que esse é o pilar que quando estou na minha base (não viajando) levo mais tranquilo. Ainda mais agora focando em ganhar uns kilinhos a mais e treinando 
o pilar das relações é um interessante pra conversar também. Obviamente ocorreram alguns problemas pq não dava para dumpar todo esse valor para usd sem acabar com o mercado e análises on chain mostram que "apenas" alguns milhões de dólares foram utilizados até agora mas isso não muda o fato de que uma memecoin já fez mais pelo mundo em termos de filantropia do que a maioria dos users da aba em Português no bitcointalk. Sempre gotei da Ledger, até porque volta e meia fazem umas promoções que compensam muito mais em relação à Trezor, mas confesso que também fiquei bem preocupado apesar de ainda ter uma NANO S, pois se a mentalidade dos cara hegaram à esse nível... complicado. Todos os produtos que carregam a marca Ledger acabam perdendo a credibilidade. I personally hope people can see that. Pelo menos você já leu alguma coisa. O ex-presidente do Brasil nem isso fez. Ele se orgulhava de nunca ter lido livro algum. Pior que tem gente que o idolatra e chama de mito. Eu acho que quem aspira ser um Bitcoin maxi, tem que passar pelo menos pelos dois livros do Safedean. Certamente que há outros que conseguem o mesmo efeito, mas eu fiqquei-me por aqueles dois. Aliás, o Bitcoin Standard até foi audio book e fiz questão de o ouvir 3 vezes para conseguir memorizar mais coisas. O Fiat Standard já não me recordo se foi audio book também ou se li mesmo, mas já não repeti a leitura. Não me puxou tanto como o Bitcoin Standard! acho curioso "aspirar ser um Bitcoin Maxi" me desperta essa sensação de ficar intrigado pq normalmente me aproximo do mundo de forma mais generalista, aprendendo sobre diversos tópicos e me aprofundando em alguns de acordo com interesse Aspirar ser maximalista de algo me parece obrigatoriamente fechar a mente para outras coisas de uma forma não tão saudável mas talvez seja um julgamento... pode valer como assunto pra outro tópico. |

I believe many abusers is claiming too and taking the chance to win some profit out of nothing.

Eu tenho uma ação contra e telefonia TIM, fui vítima de sim swap e o bandido tentou acessar meu banco Inter.
Como o SMS era metade do segundo fator, por e-mail eu recebeia o 50% restante de socilitação, banco Inter foi solicito a mim e bloqueou minha conta empresarial na época.
Como o bloqueio foi eu que pedi, meu processo é contra a rede de telefonia TIM, mas pra não fugir da postagem, pouco tempo depois, o banco inter me baniu de lá por conta de alto volume.
Antigamente eu nem ligava, bastava o banco liberar meu saldo que por mim estava bom.
Hoje tenho processo contra o banco Acesso, está rolando desde começo do ano, vamos ver se consigo ganhar.
Eu já tive um problema similar. Tenho linha da Claro, e uma vez minha linha parou do nada, sem sinal, sem nada, e após algumas horas conseguiram tirar uns poucos mil reais da minha conta do Inter, eu fiquei sabendo porque recebi um e-mail. Até então eu pensava que era só um problema de rede da claro, mas depois liguei os pontos e na internet já tinha gente reclamando. Eu fui atrás do banco Inter e consegui meu dinheiro de volta sem muitos problemas Agora com a Claro não consegui nada. Eu liguei e até fui em lojas, questionando o que aconteceu. Eles me informaram que eu mesmo mandei trocar meu chip, o que nunca aconteceu. Então questionei pra eles me informarem onde eu troquei esse chip, em qual loja, pois para trocar precisa ir até uma loja com os documentos e eles nunca me deram essa informação, sempre fugiram pois eles também eram culpados. Detalhe que foi só essa combinação de banco inter e claro, depois nunca mais tive problemas com qualquer outro banco ou senha. Eu suspeito que seja quadrilha com gente dentro de várias empresas uau, não sabia que ataques de SIM card aconteciam no Brasil achava que eram mais comuns fora, ouço muito nos estados unidos e usam além de para roubo de banco para roubos de contas de email e exchanges por exemplo. curioso |
