1201  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you guys happy if bitcoin will dropped to $10k? Why? on: March 27, 2021, 01:38:58 PM
I honestly, don't like that idea because all of my stash is in Bitcoin right now but if I had cash on my hand then I absolutely down for sure. Usually, those people who wish to drop it to $10k are the ones who missed the opportunity to buy at a cheap price and everyone likes that. However, the thing is it is possible for it to happen now that it is backed up by big investors which I don't think let that happen unless there will be a massive sell-off. I also don't think Bitcoin will drop beyond $20k, but hey nothing is impossible in this market anyway.
1202  Economy / Economics / Re: Different online business we can involve in on: March 27, 2021, 11:16:45 AM
Yes those are other way on how to make money online,  and the most easiest way is blogger, because if we know what makes people Happy or they need and we have video creating talent we want attract many people to watch your video content and you can exactly makes money on that if many people watching and subscribing in your channel.

I doubt blogger will be the easiest to earn money online knowing the fact that there are a lot of individuals are purchasing this job making it hard to compete with everyone. I mean since there's a lot of content creators it would be a lot difficult to make it unique content and if this will be an effective one. I'd say if you have any talent like creating a website, making digital art, graphic design, develop an app, and more, that would be much better. And since everyone is kinda relying on online business or to make money online it would be a difficult competition so you really need to strive in order to prevail among them.
1203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? on: March 27, 2021, 10:05:53 AM
What do you think? Is Bitcoin better than Fiat? If not, why? Is it still too early to tell? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Smiley

Well is still depends on how you will use Bitcoin like if you are going to use it for daily necessities like buying foods and etc then I'd say it is a bad option as Bitcoin prices tend to changes every time, unlike fiat. When it comes to saving I'd say that is the time Bitcoin is good at because the more you hold it the more it will grow over time. So if you buy Bitcoin at a cheap price and hold for a long time there's a chance for it to bring 10x or more profit. Both Fiat and Bitcoin are useful in their own way so I don't have to see any reason why to compared them.
1204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coins are easy to trade? on: March 24, 2021, 03:27:15 PM
I don't think there is a coin easy to trade even the Bitcoin that is less volatile than altcoin is hard to predict which will be the next move. The thing is we are in a volatile market, every minute price changes making it difficult for traders to speculate the market. Gladly you are making a good run on your coin right there, it seems new to me though perhaps it is newly created yet you can able to get a good profit. However, always be careful perhaps it is on the hype right now but you never know later it might change. It would be a lot safer if you wouldn't place your money in there.
1205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading, is it worth? on: March 24, 2021, 02:19:41 PM
Well, the best answer for that is it will depend on you though. Like if you know what you are doing, actively watching the market, you have a good indicator and such then daily trade will definitely be worth it. You could try it yourself so that you will know if it is suitable for you or not. Some people find it difficult even most of them lose on this kind of trade but some others find it easy. They could say it is worth it and they could say it is not. We all have different preferences in which we can able to earn as highest as possible. For me though, I am fond of spot and long-term trade, in this method, I find it very effective while others are not. To be honest, the only one who can answer your question is yourself.
1206  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't buy this dip yet! on: March 24, 2021, 12:48:48 PM
Bitcoin prices are below $ 55k now, for me this is a good opportunity to buy gradually at this level,
^ If OP bought BTC at this level price, OP will probably have now a profit of at least 2% from the initial capital.
I know that after a short pullback there is a resistance, BTC will not down beyond $50k. It will not down straight as I have noticed with the price movement in the market. Nevertheless, that is my personal assumption, it will also change in a different direction.
However, it is very hard to know when is actually a dip in the price, just buy BTC and wait until 5 years, guarantee there is a new ATH.
I don't Bitcoin would go lower than $50k either, perhaps soon but I don't think it will happen for now. From what I've observed the price only dip at $53k and now gradually coming back leaving the price of $57k today. The thing here is don't expect too much, if OP buys at $53k at that time he is not having profit right now. In my opinion, taking a small profit with these slight ups and down could accumulate a pretty decent amount of profit or you could have had to wait for major correction then buy which however, we don't exactly know when it's gonna happen.
1207  Economy / Economics / Re: You want to make money with Bitcoin ? Here is a Tip ...Psy... on: March 24, 2021, 12:13:39 PM
After years of working with crypto i kind of figure it out how it moves ....
Burn your math / investing / finance and  economics books if you want to invest in crypto
Crypto value and volatility  is based on human psychology ...
If you understand human psychology / sociology etc you will become very very rich...
Crypto is based on trust ... Sure there are pump and dumps / scams etc ... But at the end crypto is based on trust.
So when the price goes up people trust it more, when the price goes down they trust it less.
Crypto is irational /emotional like humans .It's a indicator of or mood.
That's all to it ...the rest is just Fugazzi,

I partly agree with your statement that psychology could also have an impact because emotions do really matter in the market. However, I don't think that crypto is based on trust though maybe in some part but not entirely. The Crypto market moves because of the demand and supply not by the trust of the users. With regards to understanding the human psychology or sociology will make you wealthy, I don't think it is enough you also need to work upon it.
1208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meeting about Bitcoin and inviting people to it on: March 24, 2021, 10:28:49 AM
I'm a computer student, and I discussed bitcoin at a university meeting today, and I think it would be interesting for you to know what both professors and academics think about bitcoin.

I started by saying that bitcoin is expanding and that big governments are looking for bitcoin, and that the price of bitcoin has grown tremendously over the last few years. But professors who disagreed pointed out that bitcoin does not even have strong backing! Bitcoin is like something that does not exist, and people leave their capital in the hands of those who control the market.

I told them that Bitcoin is part of the blockchain network and today most large companies and even banks use this technology. If this were the case, it would have happened 10 years ago & it is the global markets, such as the stock market, that are controlled by the powers that be, and that is why they are afraid of bitcoin.

At the end of the session, I introduced most of them to Bitcoin, and some of them even took the address of an exchange from me to buy some Bitcoin! This is the power of Bitcoin.

You too can invite more people into this digital world by talking. Wink
I'm also happy to share your experiences here.

Good thing that you were able to requite them but wouldn't be a worse decision if they buy Bitcoin without learning other significant information or the deepest part of it. Because once they lose all the money they invest it they will more likely blame you. Introducing Bitcoin is quite difficult especially if they are not interested besides, I guess they would think of it as a scam because they cannot able to touch it, unlike bills or fiat. Sure this would not be hard to teach for young ones but the real challenge will come if you teach for someone who is aged enough because they are more familiar with fiat. I think you could just tell them a glimpse of it and once it caught their attention they will explore it by themselves.
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I never thought I would do this on: March 23, 2021, 03:29:07 PM
But i just create wallet for doge coin  Grin
Should i buy coin now?

Well, sure there's nothing wrong with buying this coin, it is still your call after all. I'm just gonna say if are only buying because of the hype created by Elon then you should know how much risk you are taking. There's a lot of altcoins that are better and much profitable than DODGE so why not look for them. If you still feel that you can gain something from it then why not but make sure to do some proper research first before taking it. Sure it's been profitable for other traders for a couple of months but it will not be always like that.
1210  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Online Gambling 'or' Day trading cryptos- Which one is more lucrative? on: March 23, 2021, 02:33:44 PM
Gambling is profitable if you’re lucky enough to hit the jackpot and it will happen at no specific time.
In trading, we make money through our hard work, we do analyze the market as much as we could so we can hit our target profit everyday, or even every month. Personally, I still believe that Trading is more profitable that gambling though both are risky but in trading you can less that risk by analyzing the whole trend.

The thing is IF your luck will prevail which is less chance for it to happen, unlike trading where the result can be done exactly as what you have analyzed. Both can be risky but it will all depend on where you are more skillful like if you doing trading for a long time, making technical analysis, reading the market chart, and more then it would be less risky but if you are good at gambling like you are doing it for a long time, you made a good performance on your play history then probably gambling will be much perfect for you. If you want something lucrative then focus and learn whether gambling is or daily trade.

Besides the fact that I would never compare day trading to gambling, in my opinion both are useless and don't work. HODL is the only key to success no matter which trading industry you are into. Those who invest for long term never loose. See Bitcoin stats and you will get to know why HODL is so important.

I'm just thinking if you accumulate all of your profits on your daily trade wouldn't be comparable to the profit you will have if you go for HODL? Sure there will be some losses on it but there will be time bonus profit will come like 3-5x of it. Or perhaps it might not have the same amount of outcome but pretty sure it won't be that far. Besides, as far as I know, there are several people who can able to pull it through.
1211  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have a relatives who ask advise to invest, what should I do? on: March 23, 2021, 01:47:43 PM
I just want to share my experience, I have a relative who come to me and ask advise on what coins to invest now, I don't name a coin and I said he must do his research but he insist that I know, he want to invest immediately.

I know he is into FOMO because he seems so aggressive and like to get instant return.
He told me that since I'm a veteran, he would like to ask some advise on what coins will pump in the coming days so he can invest on it.

I knew he is so positive, and I can feel him since I also got FOMO'd before.

What do you think should I do guys? how can I help him?
I think you did a good thing telling him that he is the one who should find what coin to invest in. However, as a person who has experience in this field you could give him some tips like invest in coins that have big volumes like Bitcoin or what are the do's and don'ts because based on my understanding he is just a newbie right? So better to guide him besides, he is your relative, not a stranger. You should also tell him that don't expect an instant return because everything here in this market is vague, no one can exactly predict how the market will move. Personally, I've been in that kind of situation and I just tell them what do I know, even warn them what could possibly worse happen.
1212  Economy / Economics / Re: Can the world be without poverty on: March 23, 2021, 11:25:34 AM
Poverty cannot be erased from the world at least not this one. There will always be rich and poor people like prey and predator relationship. It gives balance to the ecosystem. If you try to upset this system by pumping in money to the "poor people", a high percentage would still come back to square one.

Very well said. Poverty cannot be eradicated by any country even if they wealthy enough. With the increasing amount of population, the number of people who became unemployed increasing as well thus will result in poverty. There's nothing we can do about poverty even if the government do all support they could there be still some individual fall behind. It can be reduced but will not fully eradicate, yes several countries are capable of doing this but the majority of the countries are not capable. Besides, I think you have a point regards on prey and predator relationship, that is one of the reasons why there will be poor people.
1213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for Holders! on: March 23, 2021, 10:51:03 AM
The pandemic is not blessing for us but we have seen a huge change of Bitcoin price and broke all the records before. In this time of a year ago with compared to the present time, we can see a huge change and Bitcoin is up almost 1400%. Isn't it huge?
Pandemic really makes a huge change to Bitcoin and even the whole crypto because as soon as the stock market hits hard investors try to find another way to save their assets and Bitcoin cover it all up. Now that they have been witnessed how good this Bitcoin is other institutions starting to venture as well leaving Bitcoin to grow up this much. Breaking its past ATH and grow almost 3 fold. Sooner or later it will brake a gain its recent ATH that is why we should take the opportunity to purchase in this correction.

BITCOIN is for Hodlers
Not for weak hands
(I had read it somewhere, can't remember right now)
Not only for holders but for everyone. Bitcoin was volatile so there are people who trade it daily and sure they make a pretty decent amount of profit. Bitcoin is not limited to Hodlers, remember Bitcoin is a currency thus, it can be used to transact in our daily life like buying stuff from it and more
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or Bitcoin which is best. on: March 22, 2021, 03:22:03 PM
It seems to me that now is a dangerous time for investing therefore it's better to buy now for 10% of the amount for which you initially want and in the case when the price goes down, you need to buy more, so you'll have a good entry point. I think that it is better to be more careful in such a market because we can just quickly lose money.

investing now is not the right time, it is not very dangerous but a little risky because considering all digital currency prices are very high.
your thinking has a point. Currently, almost all assets are at their peak or are in the pipeline. there is definitely a high chance that if you want to invest in the long term you could get caught in the upcoming bear trend.
I believe everyone also believes in the bull market and bears in the crypto market. we've seen it in the past. I think we should be able to take advantage of the experiences that have occurred in the market.
just believe there will be better moments to invest.

Most of the coins are pretty up high so I can't deny that it would be bad to buy right now. Sure you can buy at this current price however, it would be a little risky as we don't know if the price will continue to rise. The only moment you could buy is when the coin undergoes a correction.
There is no comparison of bitcoin with anyother coin till date, may be in future we have. Eth is best in altcoin market. From investment point of view your primary focus should be bitcoin and if you are looking to invest in some altcoin then your primary focus should be ETH.
Even in the future there will be no another coin that comparable to the bitcoin. FYI if bitcoin is the only gold in the crypto and it's the best store of value. Bitcoin has a unique value compared with another coin.
The coin with most fair distribution and it's truly decentralized coin. That being said that if bitcoin is bitcoin. Ethereum will never be in the same place like bitcoin.
When you are looking for smartcontract and the answer wiill be ethereum but when you are looking for the best coin and bitcoin is the only answer.

In my opinion, these both coin are good in their own way so why does compare the two. Personally, I found these two coins profitable, however, what I don't like is their fees because they are so expensive. Anyway, just like what you have mentioned ETH can never be like Bitcoin and that is true because each coin has its own use case so I can't see any reason why compare those two, why not invest in both of them. Not gonna lie I also fond of Bitcoin but sometimes it is better to invest not only in one asset and Eth will be a good pair for it.
1215  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: When I first heard of bitcoin on: March 22, 2021, 02:32:13 PM
Today I will say I regret my actions. Am trying so hard to cover up the leackages and the mistakes I made in the past. Trying hard to studying various coins to see as many I can acquire before I get to 35years of age. I will end with this we can't fight innovations we only adapt to changes

Well, I can't blame you because that was your instinct, you don't even know if this is a legit cause' it is really hard to what to believe on the internet and you never know that crypto especially Bitcoin would grow this much. I'm pretty sure you, I, and those people who have did the same mistake regret this decision. But let's just move on besides, it's never been too late to enter the market anyway. Sure you miss the opportunity to earn coins when it was cheap but it will never be too late, theses digital currencies are volatile so there will be a chance for you to buy when it dips so don't worry. You can still catch up to your friend though if you will work hard and will not miss all the opportunities ahead of you.
1216  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there subject to study Cryptocurrency ? on: March 22, 2021, 12:59:53 PM
I don't know that this topic is suitable in Econimic or not but I had curious. I had asked this question because many people had expeiance and good knowledge of cryptocurrency And I am very Intrested in Cryptocurrency.

I had just completed my High School. And I want to build my career in this field. So I want to increase my knowledge in Cryptocurrency.
So I want to ask that Is there any subject to learn about cryptocurrency like Blockchain,Trading,Marketing,Mining, etc.
I am from Nepal and in my country there is no any eduction of such subject. So I want to go abroad country and increase my further study.
So If somebody has good knowledge about cryptocurrency subject please inform me.
It will be great help for me.

How I wish there will be schools (especially well-known ones) finally adopting cryptocurrencies as one of their subjects in the curriculum whether for technical or non-technical courses. Recently, I have finished my virtual class with 30-40 students under financial management 14 class in educating them about cryptocurrencies. It's something that I wanna encourage them to include cryptocurrencies in their subjects, as well as the other schools. But for now, you can just study them by just searching for more information here in the internet by going to Google, Youtube, Wikipedia and right here on Bitcointalk forum.

I believed there are already universities that have been adopting and teaching about cryptocurrenicies. However they are only numerous yet located only in specific places, that is why hoping for other universities to accept and create courses regarding crypto as well. For now, we cannot do something about it but they are a lot of resources that can be found throughout the internet, whether it is in video form, articles, books and that alone is enough to understand starting from fundamentals to advance. Besides, I bet that most of the people here in this industry have learned crypto without taking any courses, and they managed to pull it through that's is why I believe they can do it as well.
1217  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it bearish season yet? on: March 22, 2021, 11:42:23 AM
Bear season is where bitcoin does a massive correction just like what happened in 2017 and it lasted until mid-2020 if I am not mistaken. Bitcoin already tripled its ATH last 2017 and many altcoins now are also increasing very fast. Mass adoption is happening so I think this bull season will last for a year or so. A small correction or dump is normal because it retests the support, if bulls are strong enough to hold it then a new ATH can happen again. Those are also testing the new adopters if they are strong enough to not panic sell and for others to be a buying opportunity as well.

Yes, however, we haven't even reach the top yet, so there's no bear market that will last for 3 years just like the last time. On the contrary, since we don't know what is the top, this bear market could be different as well as bitcoin's narrative has evolved as well.

Now, it's a different ball game, bitcoin is now on the companies profile as a reset asset in their balance sheet. So we're not in a bearish season, not even close, bulls will remain dominant till now.

Indeed. I think it is still early for Bitcoin to go bearish. What were have been experiencing are just corrections, if Bitcoin falls it doesn't mean the bear trend has begun this is just a mere correction and I think it is normal and healthy for the market. Expect that after reaching the new ATH there will be a major correction. To be honest, no one exactly knows when a bear will come but one thing is for sure if those whales decided to sell off then that will be the start but for now, they keep buying and holding so I guess the bull run will continue to rally for a meantime. Personally, I believe Bitcoin will set a few more ATH this time.
1218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most anonymous way to own bitcoin? on: March 22, 2021, 10:41:47 AM
Is this the most anonymous way? Buy bitcoin from any exchange. Convert it to monero, send monero to a wallet, and from the wallet swap or exchange it for bitcoin?

Is that basically a way to anonimize your bitcoin? If you buy from most exchanges, they have your info. But once it goes through monero, no one can see anything about where it goes. So when it's traded for bitcoin on your wallet, that could have came from anywhere. There isn't really a way to say where those funds came from right?

Actually, you don't need to convert your Bitcoin to monero just for it to be anonymous. You could have just use a mixer, or perhaps a P2P (which is kinda risky to deal with), buying on exchanges that do not require KYC like DEX would also be an option. Converting your Bitcoin to monero back into Bitcoin again, I think that process alone would spend a pretty decent amount of fee so you don't want to do that unless you are okay with it.So yeah just like what the majority saying mixer service could perfectly fit your case.
1219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How long can this BULL run last?? on: March 21, 2021, 03:27:08 PM
Just a curious question.
How long can this BULL run last??
As there will be a huge correction inevitably.

Honestly, no one can exactly tell how long the bull will last. There are some speculations that it would run throughout the year, some says it will end on 2022 but the things is we don't know because I believed it is up for whales or big institution if the run is going to continue or not because imagine they were holding a vast amount of Bitcoin or other alts, if they decided to liquidate then perhaps that would be the end of that bull. As of now, Bitcoin is having difficulties breaking the resistance but it doesn't mean the bull is over.

Would love to hear different strategies or exit plans or Hodlers
Which coin should we buy now?

Well, exit plans will vary depending on your entry like if you bought at a cheap price like something $40k worth of BTC then you could probably make a profit at $50k or even more but make sure that don't be greedy. As for the coin, I would say altcoins are not bad to buy but you gotta make sure that those coins are not half-assed tokens but rather choose among the top listed coins, that would be much safer, or you could have just Bitcoin.
1220  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers always hunt for the greedy ones on: March 21, 2021, 02:36:49 PM

who dares pay you 300$ for coins that worth 100$??? Like seriously I don't blame these scammers but the greedy sellers who want to make 2x gain without any work just like that

Don't hesitate to check buyers feedback, some are well rated as they have no dubious attempts in mind

Also do not release coins unless you receive deposit in your bank accounts and also find fair buyers that buys at normal rate, nothing is for free in this world, if something is too good to be true it's 99% certain that it is a scam.

Yeah, it is pretty obvious that there is something shady on that kind of transaction because who would let anyone be in disadvantages themselves in this kind of trade, I mean there's no way a person will pay you more than the amount they can receive right? This is just a basic instinct of traders after all. They always say don't be greedy in your trade cause' this will drive you onto your own loss and that is 100% true. Reading or scrutinizing user's feedback and past transaction will help you to give an idea of whether the users are trustworthy or not. Besides, I believe there are some rules in doing this kind of trade like payment must be accredited to your account first before releasing the coins so we might check it out first before engaging in any activities to prevent this problem.
