1321  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to play poker with crypto ? on: December 23, 2022, 11:33:47 PM
Blackjack.fun? When I participated in the signature campaign, I registered on the site and played blackjack, but I don't remember any poker options at all.
It was long ago when they first launched their website they only had backjack but later they added more games like a regular casinos do. I did not check but somehow it was a picture in my mind that they had poker same as SWC. Now checked their site again and it seems all they have are regular games from different providers. Even the pokers are too.
...

This kind of live poker feels weird to me, since is the players betting vs the house then users can't select the betting amount in the middle of the game as it could happen in a real poker table. I mean, if you bet $1, then the raise when they show the 4th card need to be the same amount you use when joining the game, and you can't go all in. That's why I don't recommend poker from live betting.

1) Many corporate printers will generate a copy of everything you print for management /

2) Same with company owned machines, they know & see everything you do. In this case it's not even 'I went to a bad site and got malware installed' but the company PC came with it to report on you.

I was thinking the same, for security reasons the printers at work used to save a copy of all the printed files, so, it was a terrible mistake to use the office printer for a paper wallet because even if the network is secure the saved files in the printer are not.

And the second big mistake was to generate the address online, that's a terrible mistake that no one should do because you don't know if the page saves in a database each generated address.

Wink
1326  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Have anyone heard Bitsler.com? on: December 22, 2022, 10:29:50 PM
Gambling is a rollercoaster, profit will go up and down with your bets until to get enough profit to walk away or you lose all, those are the 2 ways it can take.

I have won big in the past by hitting some crazy multipliers, but I have lost big too with some terrible streaks, my recommendation is to gamble to have fun and not to chase huge wins. Because if you lose in the way and chase the recover, you will end up in a deep hole.
1327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 22, 2022, 04:30:25 PM
Does completing bonus is still possible and profitable or it's just like chasing the wind?

Some of them worth it and are easy money, and others just feel like a trap... Most of them require a rollover, and that means betting the bonus amount X times, and if the rollover is too high then is almost impossible for the users to make real money with that bonus, but if you search you will find casinos with depo bonus without rollover and those ones are nice.

In the end, this kind of bonus is more to make the user enjoy the casino experience and decide if he wants to deposit more and play on the site.
1328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't buy altcoins because they are top altcoins on: December 21, 2022, 03:36:00 PM
Investing in altcoins is about knowing how to ride the wave, and is the best way to multiply your Bitcoins, but no one says it would be easy, users need to buy when the price is low and sell when the price is high, and to do this we need to follow the market signals and the media news for relevant events. For example, if we see in the news that Elon decides to incorporate Dogecoin to Twitter, then is time to buy doge because it will bump.

Buying Altcoins and hold for a long period is really risky, and personally, I don't recommend it. But remember, high risk can bring high profit.
1329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 21, 2022, 12:23:29 AM
I don't think the casinos have bad habits, they are just more strict and act as a professional business, and that includes the KYC process which has been the troublemaker in the reputation of those casinos in the forum.

There have been some users who abuse the casinos with multiple accounts, when their accounts get locked is when you see those scam accusations, but most of the casinos have explained the backend of the problem.
1330  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Where to play poker with crypto ? on: December 20, 2022, 06:54:58 PM
In the past few days I have been playing poker in Betnomi, they have a nice user interface, the tournaments are nice and the cash tables always have people. Most of the tables are for low rolling $0.01 - $0.02 tables, but some of the tables are for amounts around $50 and $100, so, you should give them a try.

The only bad thing about that poker site is that we can't have multiple tables on different screens, but that isn't bad at all.

1332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Next generations on bitcoin on: December 20, 2022, 06:15:51 PM
We don't have to wait 50 or 100 years to see that happening, there are a lot of users right now with a fork of bitcoin and their own genesis block, but the problem is how to make all the world adopt your coin, if the new coins don't offer anything new then is hard for it to get adopted by the community.

And here is the main issue? why fork bitcoin if there are other coins with faster blocks and other features like smart contracts, they have more chance to get adopted by the community.
1333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no cool games on: December 20, 2022, 04:37:51 PM
The technology today is bad only dice, roullete and the normal games like slots.

Its not competitive. Why not open games players vs players.

For example somethign similar to Tekken on a browser.

you can choose 4 characters.

Opponent can choose 4 characters.

Betting can be from 5$ to 300$. The winner of 3 rounds take all money.

The more hours you play the more skilled you get and can get confident in changing bet size.

Player vs Player games can be rigged, some users can use hacks in the games to see through the wall or use some special game controller with the turbo function, there are tons of ways to get an advantage on any skills game, and that's why people don't use to bet like that.

But if you think that's fair play you could bet on the E-Sports section, and you can see the matches live and enjoy the games while you make money.

1334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Very thankful for what bitcoin has done for me. on: December 19, 2022, 10:44:46 PM
Same here, bitcoin gives me the opportunity to work with people from all around the world, and personally I love to work from home, has been doing it for the past 8 years and I will keep doing it.

We need to approach these freedom times because I'm not sure that we will be allowed to do this in the future, govs aren't happy at all watching how people avoid taxes with bitcoin, and they will bring some rules to avoid this. But now sure when that will happen.
1335  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slow down if you want to recover your losses on: December 19, 2022, 10:02:11 PM
I don't think the recovery is about making smaller bets, as other user mentioned is about self-control and you need a good streak for that recovery, without the wins is impossible to recover, and if you still beating in a bad streak then the loss will be bigger and bigger.

This is why a lot of people recommend not chasing our losses and just let them go.
1336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Go-to casino on: December 19, 2022, 09:51:45 PM
My Go-to casino is that one that offers poker and sports bets. Nowadays all of them offer slots, so, that's easy to find, but a good site with a good poker engine isn't easy to find, and most of them have a low amount of users. So, the cryptos world still waiting for a good poker engine. It would be nice if a big poker company like full tilt start accepting bitcoin or other cryptos as payment.

1338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Wallet Encryption on: December 19, 2022, 08:57:48 PM
If the repair guy had access to your wallet then for sure your private keys were exposed, so, the best to do should be to generate a new wallet and forget about the old one.

And if you only want to save the coins in a safe place then you could just create an address with vanity gen and send the coins to it, when you want to get access to those coins then just import the private key on a wallet that's the easy way to save your coins without the bitcoin core and the long wait for the sync.
1339  Other / Off-topic / Re: Looking for investors with personal interest on: December 19, 2022, 08:44:27 PM
Hi. I have discovered that electric transformer can convert AC to DC and DC back to AC.

That is not something new, I use a transformer to charge my car battery and plugin it to the AC current in my house...

So what you can do by transforming the energy from AC to DC? i think the only application is to charge batteries but maybe I'm missing some important applications for it.

And one last question, can you use this technology for mining, or what's the relation between your project and cryptos?
1340  Economy / Services / Re: 🔥 Filter (checking) phone numbers Telegram 🔥 on: December 19, 2022, 04:26:26 PM
...
So if we don't use the real phone numbers for our telegram, then which phone number we use  Huh
This is making me confused.

We can buy a phone chip just to create a telegram account... That's what they mean with a telegram account without your real phone.

If this service is possible that's because people don't have good security practices with their accounts, anyone can go to their privacy settings > Phone number, and hide the number for all as you can see in the next image.
