1381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 15, 2023, 06:03:39 PM
From now on Milan's main target is going to be finishing the season in top four. They can't do better than that anymore as they have started a very poor form. This bad form has thrown them out of top four already. But they aren't away from the upper teams by far either. They need to make the needed improvements in defense and offense both to recover their solid performance again. The Champions League is back as well of course and they have two places to focus on now.

However I don't think they will care about the Champions League more than the Serie A. Because there is no way they are winning the Champions League title in the end. They shouldn't risk their chance of qualifying for the Champions League again. The win over Tottenham should be some help for them to get up and fight.

AC Milan is lucky to be able to beat Tottenham in the Champions League match. I don't think Milan is the favorite in this match. Also, I don't think Milan's players performed very well in the whole match. The performance of Milan players was similar to previous matches. I have not seen any improvement in their performance. Fortunately, Milan took the lead in the seventh minute of the match. Due to this, they were able to secure the victory by playing a defensive strategy.

No team in Serie A is currently competing for the title. It is almost certain that Napoli will win the title. The teams are now fighting to qualify for the Champions League. If AC Milan do not play well in their upcoming matches, they will not be able to qualify for the Champions League.
1382  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: February 15, 2023, 05:59:08 PM
I expect Benfica to win today. Club Brugge has had great success coming this far, but their chances of making it to the next round are very low. Benfica is one of the well-established clubs of Portugal and they are doing very well in their league this season. They advanced as leader from a very difficult group. I think they are the side that is close to the quarter-finals.

In the match between Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea, it's very difficult to predict who will win. Dortmund is much better in form but Chelsea made important signings and those signings were for this trophy. They're not doing well in Premier League, maybe they can focus more here.

The Benfica team is at the top of the table in the Primeira Liga. They are playing very well this season. Even in the Champions League group stage matches, Benfica's performance was very good. This team is capable of consistently playing well in every match. On the other hand, Club Brugge's situation is not good now. They have lost four and won just one of their last five matches. So even though it's Brugge's home match, I consider Benfica as the favourite.

Compared to Chelsea, Dortmund's overall situation is now very good. Chelsea are not in form. They are not playing well now. Chelsea have won just one of their last five Premier League matches. On the other hand, Dortmund's situation is now stable. This match will be a draw or Dortmund will win. I don't see Chelsea winning.

....
Celtics is a team that is not dependent on certain players. They are a team that can rely on any player. Almost all of the players in the team have the capability to play well when needed. And that is a certain type of depth that every team aspires to have, Now that is what they are showing. Even without too very important players in the team, they are performing really well and also winning games.
Their roster is deeper than most teams that's for sure. It's keeping them at the top of the table during regular season and that also helped them in the previous years. The thing is that I wouldn't say they can rely on any player on games that matters the most. They lost the finals last season because their top player has been guarded pretty well.

The biggest change that they have brought is now they can still perform even if the best players that they have in the team are heavily guarded. We just saw them win a match without two of the most important players that they have. That speaks volumes for itself. And that is the reason why they are performing so well.

Who is this Sam Hauser from the Celtics? Cheesy The name isn't that popular, but he scored more than 10 points in his last 4 games.
I thought he's here for a long time. Actually he wasn't drafted at all and joined NBA only in 2021 when he was already 24 years old. We can say that's very ambitious for him to not give up and reach NBA level. He got three-year, $6 million contract from Celtics.
He has potential, when they give him time he showed that. For example four months ago he scored 24 points and recorded a career high.
When Brown was missing and Smart was still injured, players like Hauser show up. We saw that last night. Tatum was awful but Celtics still got the win with the help of Hauser, White, Horford and even Muscala.

He is probably in the Boston Celtics for 2 years now if I am not wrong. But I do not think that he has been as consistent like he is right now ever before. And that is why I believe a lot of people actually do not know who he is. And I absolutely agree that he has potential. He is a big reason why Celtics even won the last game. Hauser is having a decent average right now. And I think if he is given enough time and opportunities, he is going to become a very valuable player.
1384  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 13, 2023, 11:28:48 AM
Liverpool may be willing to sell 'superstar' players, including Egypt forward Mohamed Salah, 30, this summer. Salah has almost become an icon and legend of the club all these years and it is somewhat unexpected that he will leave the club. Is it a good decision by the club?
Liverpool look to be on a downward slope already with their very bad performance this season, if their coach moves to Real Madrid and players like Salah and Nunez aho just joined leave as well, it will be a while before Liverpool will be Liverpool again, they will struggle for a while to adapt to the changes. If Klopp moves to Real Madrid, there is a likelihood that he will be able to lure and bring players he is used to like Salah to Real Madrid.
If he leaves to join Real Madrid, it will be a huge blow to the team. After assembling a strong team to this point, disassembling them now would be a huge loss for the team. We don't know if he'll accept the offer to join them, but if he does, leaving the team with those players will make it difficult for the team to continue strong as before, plus those players may face some new challenges at the new club, but since he'll be the new head coach, he'll find a way to fix them in even if he has to sell some existing players of the club after he joins them.
If Klopp goes to Real Madrid, I'm almost sure he'll bring Salah.  Real Madrid is not a team to be rejected.  They are one of the most valuable and respected teams in the history of world football.  We may see Salah if Klopp leaves, but I don't think he will mind Nunez because Nunez fell short of expectations.  Instead, they can make attempts to get Haaland.  Of course, we are only talking about possibilities, in reality there is no such situation at the moment.

All of these are theories. None of these has an actual base. I know they are just possibilities and I think these things are possible to happen. But at the moment I do not see any reason why these are going to happen. Cost of all I do not think Liverpool will let go of Salah. He is really a valuable player for them to let go right now. And Liverpool is also not performing well. At this moment it is not going to be very wise to let go of a player who has been with the team for a long time.

Again,  I understand what you are trying to say, and I also understand that all of these are possible. But I do not believe these are very probable.
1385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People will choose bitcoins more if the number of cryptocurrency option is less. on: February 13, 2023, 10:17:27 AM
Lesser the choice available people will move towards the trusted one for investment and other needs. This is the fact, but the increased number of cryptocurrencies keeps the market highly competing. Being on open market we were able to see more concepts getting evolved out of these. Maybe they aren't successful, but some concepts are really good to be effective on different systematic needs.

That is the benefit of altcoins, the more competitive the market, the more the crypto industry will thrive. Along with that, investors like us have more choices and can diversify. Due to the fact that we are still in the early stages of the crypto revolution, incidents and scams are inevitable, and they are hurting a lot of investors but not because of that, we seek to prevent the development of this potential industry. My opinion is that the market needs altcoins to drive growth.
1386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin current price on: February 13, 2023, 10:02:30 AM
If you see Bitcoin as real digital gold you won't care about the present market situation, why should you care about analysts' predictions? Most times they are always wrong, they called for 100,000$ BTC in 2021 and it never happens, do things away from the Analysts and start to make your own decision, this is the best way to build yourself and the way you think, many people failed to buy Bitcoin at 15,000$ because of these analysts, do not be a sitting duck.

Bitcoin is digital gold or whatever, that doesn't matter, but if you're serious about investing in bitcoin and consider it a long-term investment, its price swinging a few percent won't be our concern. I see that people are too sensitive to the price of bitcoin, just a slight correction in bitcoin will make people rush to find the cause. Bitcoin's volatility is so normal, we can't expect bitcoin to go down forever or go up forever.

I believe there are no so-called experts in this market, they are just like us, it's all speculation, no one has a crystal ball to know about the future.
1387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: February 13, 2023, 09:39:31 AM
Celtics won the game despite missing 2 of their starters. This team played great defense and the main weapon in their game was their 3-point shooting. I think Memphis needs to improve their rebounding department, and also they love to play one-on-one which makes them very predictable.
The good ball movement is gone, we know that Morant can generate points, but eventually, he'll be tired and will be less accurate.
Who is this Sam Hauser from the Celtics? Cheesy The name isn't that popular, but he scored more than 10 points in his last 4 games.
What's good with the Celtics is their depth. In the playoffs, this is what you need. A good starters and a bunch of role players that can step up. The depth of the Celtics is just way too good because they have players that can step up in absence of their core players. They don't have neither Brown or Smart, but they have players like White, this Hauser player and their newly acquired Muscala who scored double digits. Add as well their three-point shooting which the shot 21/51 for 41.2% from it. How can the Grizzlies allow them to shot 51 tries and make 21 of them?

Many are looking at the Suns right now ever since the KD trade, but let's not forget about the Celtics. I still believe that with their roster, they can dominate the East in the playoffs and has a high chance to go to NBA Finals again.
I agree, Ja Morant has reasons why he is looking at Boston Celtics, right now they are on top of the East, just slightly behind the Bucks who are in a 10 game winning streak.

But I think Celtics is more complete and I would say that their stint in the Finals last year was a blessing for them. Now they are more mature and even if they have a issue in the beginning (coach), they are not that affected and it seems everyone has forgotten that already. And now we have seen players in their bench like Sam Hauser who is contributing, their bench is deep and I think only Milwaukee can match it in the league.

Boston Celtics are at the top of the table right now in the Eastern Conference. And I also do not think that people are actually not interested enough in the Celtics. They are more interested in who is getting traded or not. Sam Hauser is absolutely not very popular, but he is certainly scoring like a popular player for sure.

1388  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: February 12, 2023, 01:26:37 PM
Hello Everyone,

I am not speaking about just Bitcoin. I am speaking about every cryptocurrency / token.  Regardless of crypto price fluctuations, many online and offline stores are ready to accept crypto as payment. So How will willing are you to spend crypto for your purchases?

If one doesn't spend their crypto for purchases and wait for to spend their crypto when its price is nice, are they really considering it as a cryptocurrency or can we assume like those people are treating more like a security or investment instrument?

Are there still other options for making transactions besides having to use Crypto? if there are other options, for example, being able to pay using Fiat money, then I will not use Crypto for payment. For me it's better to keep Crypto for a long time until the market normalizes than having to sell it when the market doesn't support it
It would not be a wise choice when we spend our crypto assets to shop when the market is experiencing a bear season. I said we have to keep holding on until the market returns to normal. Don't we have crypto for the purpose of investing and profiting in the future? It would be a wrong step when we actually issued when our portfolio was red. Whatever happens if circumstances don't urge us to release the assets we have, I will survive even for a very long time. These are some of the plans I had made before putting my money into crypto.

Even though I live in a country where bitcoin is not legal, and i don't see any stores that accept bitcoin payments but if my country allows payment in bitcoins, I will not be willing to spend my bitcoins either. As you said, we hold bitcoins, cryptocurrencies are for future investment, don't use them for daily spending, while fiat has taken over that task. In summary, I will just spend my bitcoins unless I fall into an emergency and have no other choice.
1389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who would you trust? on: February 12, 2023, 01:07:21 PM
Since strategy are always changing in trading, what is the relevance of experience? Who would you trust the most for trading tips,
An old trader who has had better days and mostly still relevant because they have a strong reputation for the fact that he has been trading for a while, or would you trust a new trader who is hot in the market and fresh with new strategies?

Experience is certainly a good indicator. But I know a lot of long-term specialists in the field in which I work full-time, and not all of them are good. Many people are here because they just stayed too long, have no desire to discover something new, to study breakthrough technologies. Sometimes a talented novice enthusiast with a fresh look at things is much better. You need to look at the percentage of successful operations (in the case of the exchange - profit), this will give a more objective understanding.

You have a point, not all seasoned traders or investors are good, and newbies are either inexperienced or unable to make a profit. It doesn't matter how long we exist in the market, what matters is the results we achieve. Because we are talking about trading, compare the results that the person gets from that should choose the one with the better record. If you have experience but do not make a profit, it is also useless. Don't forget, the goal when participating in finance is profit.
1390  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: February 11, 2023, 01:50:16 PM
against Elche, of course, it is 3 points for Madrid. Elche which seems impossible to rise and get out of the relegation zone. will be an easy opponent for Madrid.
but it's true, Madrid must pay attention to the consistency of their game if they want to catch up on points with Barcelona, which is getting further and further away. because it would be bad if they still played inconsistently. because Barcelona continues to collect points to get further away from Madrid.
3 points are really expected in Real Madrid's next game against Elche, and it's true that Real Madrid must appear consistent if you don't want to be further behind by Barcelona. I'm not too worried about this match because Madrid are the favorites there, but we shouldn't underestimate Elche for any reason due to the fact that even a relegation zone team can still win if all the players play well and take chances to score goals.

Barcelona has a stronger opponent, yes it is Villareal. If Barcelona don't get maximum points then of course that would be great fun and we really have to take advantage of that.

There is no reason why Real Madrid will not be able to get three points from the next match against Elche. It is the team in the second position versus the team in the last position. So this should not be a problem for Real Madrid. And I know we have seen a lot of surprises before in football. But I don't think this is going to be anything like that. Real Madrid will also be very determined to win because they have to win to stay in the title race.

I actually think both Real Madrid and Barcelona are going to get a win from both their respective next matches.
1391  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching children Bitcoin is not in vain on: February 11, 2023, 01:24:27 PM
What would your present situation be if you were introduced to Bitcoin in 2009 or 2010? If you truly understood Bitcoin and its development, that is. The likelihood is that you would then lead a better life.

People tend to reject new things and are not willing to take risks. I believe that even if we were introduced to bitcoin and understood it well in 2009, we would not invest in bitcoin. Just because we've seen what bitcoin has achieved, we believe that if we could go back in time, we wouldn't miss it. It's like someone recommending a new altcoin project to us, we won't believe it, but if it is as successful as ethereum, we will believe it in the future. I believe programmer Laszlo Hanyecz knows bitcoin better than all of us here, but he can't predict the future of bitcoin either.

By the way, I also support teaching our children bitcoin, but we should not force them if they are not interested in bitcoin. I already have kids and plan to teach them all the basics of bitcoin when they're 10 or older, but I'll avoid talking about investing with them.
1392  Economy / Speculation / Re: what now ? on: February 11, 2023, 01:05:33 PM
It wasn't able to stay at $24k for that long and now steps back to $22,900. And, that's totally okay as we have to see these reversals which mostly happen after the pump happens.
There's always the pull back that we should expect when we see some surprising pumps just like what happened for the past week. But this time, if this pull back continues up to below $20k then that's a different story.
The reversal to 22,900$ is an important signal to be noticed, since it happned in the beginning of a new week, so it might indicate a new bearish tendency or simply a corrective tendency to absorb the fast upside fluctuations from January to more realistic levels, although I hope it's just a bear trap, so the scenario will be reverted suddenly once again, to the previous positive trend pretty soon.

I guess these reversal is just market manipulation done by big whales. They are doing it for their own profits. It is normally done to confuse the traders and hence the traders becomes impatient and makes losses. We should really be happy that before the big pump, Bitcoins are giving us another chance to buy the coins. This year it is meant for bitcoins to pump up. I am not saying the, the historical growth graph saying this. So don’t get panicked with these mini price fluctuations. Make your goal big and wait patiently.

We can't expect bitcoin to go up vertically without any correction, bitcoin has gone up from 16k to 24k, and it's also the right time for those who want to take profit, so the current bitcoin drop is easy to understand. I predict and expect bitcoin can drop to $20k, that would be a good time to buy back bitcoin and prepare for another bull run this month. The bitcoin drop should be seen as an opportunity rather than a panic, I get excited every time bitcoin drops in price because it's an opportunity for me to make a profit in the future.
1393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: February 10, 2023, 07:52:18 PM
Milan's latest form is worrying for them. They need to win a game to get back on track but I don't know if that's Torino game today. They also have CL game against Tottenham 4 days later so this game is trickier. Torino beat them in cup and in the last league game. We can clearly say that Torino is better side now. They beat Udinese five days ago but Milan kept losing their games. I believe this game is open to all three outcomes, I wouldn't say Milan is the favorite.
It's hard to say Milan are the favorites even though they are playing at home today. The main thing for me to consider is that performance has been on the decline lately, and I doubt they are any bigger than before.
Milan has a chance to end this negative trend and get back to winning ways ahead of their Champions League round of 16 tie against Tottenham. Milan needed a win so that every player would have good motivation against Tottenham, but unfortunately the performance of the players was not as expected. I'm afraid they will also lose to Torino, but let's look forward to it.
I doubt Milan now they have lost a lot so far while Torina is a team trying to get back under Milan but another thing is the advantage of playing at home but in my opinion it is not convincing at the moment.
If Milan's game continues to slump then it will affect the Champions League match which will soon start while their opponent is Tottenham which is said to be quite strong, if Milan continues to lose then obviously that will not be the motivation of the players and tonight they must be able to end a negative game for Milan.

I understand why people are saying that Milan is not actually the favorite in this match going against Torino. Because Milan has not been in good form at all recently. They have not performed well. And compared to them Torino has performed far better recently.

But the only thing that might be in favor of Milan is that they will be playing in home conditions. So that only thing that can come into play in this match. Otherwise going into this match Milan does not have many things going for them. But they should realize it is a very important match for them. It is actually important for both teams equally in my opinion.
1394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 10, 2023, 07:40:09 PM
Considering his Test bowling average and the strike rate at which he picks wickets and his past performances, Ravindra Jadeja is a key player who will be having the same impact with the ball whenever he is playing in sub continent wickets and with the bat he has matured enough to continue giving performance up to his talent which was lacking in his initial years in his International career even though he has three triple centuries to his name in domestic circuit.
Ravindra Jadeja messing with Australia now with the bat and hopefully will score a big century along with Axar Patel and Australia will be battling to defend and spinners will be mowing and picking all the wickets in the coming days.
Ravindra Jadeja looks great with the bat and bowl. He took 5 wickets against Australia and able to fall down their batting. A good innings by Rohit Sharma took India team in a better position but after he lost his wicket the rest of the wickets failed. From that position, Ravindra Jadeja was able to bring the team back to a reliable position again. He remains unbeaten on 66 runs. His impressive batting and bowling performances have given a fresh message to the the Indian Cricket Board that he is still alive and worthy to play test cricket.
In Nagpur, we had an eventful day. Ravindra Jadeja followed Rohit Sharma's lead which gave India a dominating edge against Australia in the first innings. In the aftermath of brilliant bowling, Jadeja remains unbeaten at 66 runs. Day 2 ended with India leading by 144 runs despite a collapse in their top order. Axar and Jadeja have played sensational cricket so far and have usually saved the Indian batting order. Congratulations to Jadeja for his best all-around performance. The Aussie's second innings response will be decided tomorrow.

Ravindra Jadeja is doing well with the bat also. But what I want to point out is that I thought this was going to be a track for the spinners. Which it is. But I was actually a little surprised to say that Nathan Lyon was unable to perform well. The youngster from Australia Todd Murphy is the one who picked up five wickets for Australia. And I think if he had a little help from others, Australia could have done better. But now it feels like the match is absolutely getting out of hand from Australia. Things do not feel good for Australia right now.
1395  Economy / Speculation / Re: will bitcoin go back to 19000 on: February 10, 2023, 08:24:36 AM
right now I see the price of bitcoin on an exchange which is 21750, and has decreased by approximately 6% and I want to ask everyone,
is it possible that bitcoin will return to the price of 19000? or after this decline bitcoin will go back up higher ,,,?

and also I want to know what caused the bitcoin price to drop drastically?

After the bull days, bitcoin is correcting and what you want to know, we all want to know but no one can know what will happen next. What we should do is have a plan for both cases what do we do if bitcoin drops to $19k even if the drop is deeper, and what do we do if bitcoin doesn't drop but continues to increase? I was prepared for both. But if you ask me about my prediction, I will buy bitcoin from this price, and bitcoin drop to 19k is very unlikely.
1396  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC bulls back? on: February 10, 2023, 07:55:15 AM
That this is possibly a bull trap or a true recovery is 50:50. It could be either. Although that quick rise from $16,000 to more than $20,000 was notable, $20,000 is not really a level we could really call recovery. $20,000 doesn't signal that the bulls are coming. For all we know, we could be staying on this level for weeks and months to come. If that happens, I don't call it bullish. But if this rise in price would eventually reach beyond $30,000, then that's bullish.

In my opinion, if it is called a price trap, it can only happen in a short time but cannot last up to 4 weeks and has not shown any signs of stopping, so it cannot be called a price trap. It can be said that this is a short-term rally because the market cannot go down forever, the market is always moving, and that is what is happening in the market. I still believe in history, and I believe history will repeat itself, even if bitcoin hits $30k, I still doubt a bull run as we are still far from the halving event.

"Juventus may face 20-point deduction for undeclared wage payments"
Now for everyone who thinks this is old news, this is actually on top of the deduction they recently received and is currently under investigation. It is sad because it shows that Juventus hasn't learnt a lot from the scandal back at the time when they were relegated into Serie B in 2006 or so.
Damn, another points deduction, if Juventus losing another points because of sanctions, so Juventus will be on the bottom of standing with 3 points, relegation awaiting for Juventus. Hopefully their wages payments report are valid, so they will not losing another points, but if they are proven sending fake reports, with 3 points maybe making them more hard to compete. Lucky for them, since the current bottom points is 8, 10 and 14 pts, Juve should be able to passed it (in case juventus get -20pts)
It would be back-to-back blows to land in their face if that proved and they would have to accept a penalty that would have left them bottom of the table and in danger of relegation. I don't understand why they can do that, I mean the news that is currently circulating has a clear reason and also the suspicions against them are getting thicker. It's only right that a team as big as Juventus doesn't do anything that will harm them in the future regarding anything, including the news they do, they have to be accountable for.

It is going to be absolutely devastating if more points are taken away from them. They are already in a bad situation right now. From basically being the second team on the table, they have become 10th. And if more points are taken away, they are going to be in a serious problem of being in the relegation zone, in my opinion. I am not saying that Juventus doesn't have the capability of coming out of the relegation zone even if they do go there. But the standards of a team is certainly going to drop after these type of things happen, what has been happening with Juventus this season.

There is no news about the policy taken by Real Madrid regarding transfers. The last rumor is Belingham which is in demand by Anceloti. But the news just evaporated. Actually, I am also waiting for the moment for this, because they are currently the right time to regenerate players who are getting old. Especially in the striker position. I don't really understand if they put it all in place to buy Mbaape? It became a mystery. They should be able to use this season to buy some of the players they need.
Real Madrid does need some new players, especially in strikers and defense. Several times I saw Eduardo Camavinga used at left-back by Ancelotti even though he has adapted to the game, but it's clearly not his natural position.
When players start to be forced to play on new position that is not their main position, then there must be problem in that position such as a shortage of players or the form of the available players is not good. The situation is the same as Barcelona where they have played Gavi as left wingger some of the time while Ferran and Ansu Fati are available on the bench. Immediately that real madrid had to focus on getting new players, this really has been mandatory for them because of the needs of the team.

I was actually really surprised and sad that Real Madrid did not even try to get João Cancelo on the team. Cancelo could have been a great player for Real Madrid. I do not understand why they would not even look at Cancelo and play Eduardo Camavinga as the left-back. That is just absurd.

A lot of people are already saying that Real Madrid does not deserve to win the Champions League. Just because they did not try to get Cancelo on the team. At the same time when Barcelona is trying to make the team far better and stronger, Real Madrid is not worried about bringing in new players in the team at all.
1399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I invest my 60% savings in Bitcoin? on: February 09, 2023, 02:35:28 PM
Absolutely, yes you can, obviously almost everyone agrees that the 15k was the bottom for Bitcoin, so it is very unlikely that it will go back to that point at the moment.

The market is currently looking bullish and there are still opportunities to enter and invest for the long term before achieving the expected ATH by everyone.

But of course, I advise you to follow the DCA strategy, which means not to buy directly from the current point, but to buy from several areas to get a good average price.
Seriously guys? I noticed that a lot of you gladly responded yes when I think 60% is already too much but even if it's lower than that, I will still think twice because we are talking about savings money here and not just a spare money. Savings money is being saved so that it will be use in the latter stages or in case there is an emergency.

A crash in the Bitcoin price is not an emergency for us to buy more Bitcoin. We can even do a DCA at any moment and not only when there is a bear market as long as we already have a budget. There is no need to rush here because rushing can lead to poor decisions and possible regret later on.
I agree, it is way too much, and in a sense that it could be risky as well. However, the problem here is that there is nothing that people could trust which is better, I think it is obvious that people are investing 60% and even 100% (like me) of their savings into crypto because they realized long time ago that it is not really a good thing to invest into gold or stocks, because they were not good at all and they looked like there was a problem with it.

I believe that we shouldn't be really focusing on anything outside of bitcoin right now, and it doesn't feel like there was something we could do about it, hence we decided crypto was a better way to protect our funds from fiat.

If it's savings for near future expenses or money that can't be lost, I don't think we should use even a little bit to invest in bitcoin. What if bitcoin doesn't rise as expected, or the bear season lasts longer than usual? We will have difficulties in life. Invest more or less depending on each person's ability, but it is best not to use the money you cannot lose to invest. Bitcoin is the most profitable investment, not the safest one, the higher the return, the higher the risk.
1400  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: February 09, 2023, 02:21:50 PM

Are you sure investors will experience $80 this year?

I still believe history will repeat itself, meaning bitcoin only hit $80k or new ATH after the halving, so I don't believe bitcoin can hit $80k by the end of the year. Bitcoin is up 40% in just the first month of the year, which is great, but that's not enough to say that we've ended the bear season and are approaching the bull season. The possibility of bitcoin falling again is still huge. I don't want to be pessimistic or spread fuds, but we need to be careful because the market doesn't work as we think it should, it's unpredictable.
