Nobody wants to see AMT customers get screwed. I want to see AMT get screwed for the way they talk to people and the lies about shipping. Too many people sat here defending AMT for no good reason over the last few months, so sorry if your feelings got hurt because AMT turned out to be bastards.

+1

I want to see AMT either MAKE THINGS RIGHT or PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.

You did not even place an order with AMT?

What then is your beef?

Man... you are just a jerk.

Read back, I've already stated numerous times why I am here.

My friend and I went in together on Miners from AMT. He isn't active in this thread and I'm speaking on OUR behalf. We have been trying to get a refund from AMT the past month.

I'm not going to share personal order information or names here. The way AMT operates, they would just use this information against us: especially since I have been so OUTSPOKEN on their lack of professionalism.

That's all you need to know. You don't like what I have to say? Ignore me. I don't give a shit.

I'm glad I don't have to deal with folks like you in real life.  GET LOST!

The dislike goes both ways pal. I would be hard pressed not to fuck-you-up in real life.
1382  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 14, 2014, 09:45:08 PM
Well, I'm officially retiring from posting in this thread. I wish everyone luck in receiving their AMT Miners. At this point I think everything that could of been said, has been.

Since you've claimed to be "...retiring from posting in this thread." you've made 12 posts...in the last 3 days.

The guy is a troll.  He's not an AMT customer and likely just takes pleasure in seeing AMT customers get screwed.

He has no real motivation to be active in this thread other than to make folks feel bad about their purchase.

If people need ME to feel bad about their purchase, than it's obvious their heads are shoved so far up their ass.

Everyone who bought in should feel bad, based on the lies and bullshit AMT has been feeding us all from the start.

Ok... making progress with a refund from AMT.

Now they are claiming that I should be paid in the amount of BTC I used in the original purchase.

Not going to happen.  I will be taking USD or the BTC equivalent.

Wish me luck about receiving a refund!

REMEMBER WHEN I SAID THEY MIGHT TRY TO DO THIS, AND YOU CALLED ME A RETARD?

Read back and you'll see where I said they might try to refund people in BTC value later once BTC took a dive.

WHOS THE FUCKING RETARD NOW, ASSHOLE?

1385  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 14, 2014, 08:59:15 PM

let's just say you aren't doing any better than myself so why don't you shut your mouth.

Josh with AMT emailed me again today and said that my check is in the mail... here we go again.

Well, maybe it is in the mail!

I'm doing better than you,  I've unloaded 1/2 of my AMT investment.

Now I'm asking for the remaining check to be in the mail.

Hopefully, I get my check before you do!  ;-)

BTW... I had to go through this once with Cointerra.  They hesitated a bit, but eventually delivered without issue.  Yes,  check in the mail.   Let's see if AMT is on the up-and-up here.

Either way they are obligated to issue refunds. This 'dig up another buyer, than have AMT facilitate the transfer of the order" is complete bullshit.

After this mess, it should only take 1 email to AMT stating "I want a refund" and they must comply. Otherwise, time to sick a lawyer on them.

I'm not here to "root for AMT". If they fail and fuck all of the investors over : it won't be due to my comments, or anyone elses' in this thread.

Why are you on this thread?  I don't see your name in the AMT orders list?

Are you just here to mock at the misery of others?

I am not mocking anyone, but I can understand you're embarrassed for dishing out over $12,000 to a company like AMT.

We don't want others to go through this same shit. You can agree with that, can't you?

Frictionlesscoin: You're pathetic. I hope everyone else can get their issues resolved, but you - I hope they take your money and run. You are an asshole and contribute nothing to this thread. Since day 1 you've been here trying to pawn off your investments. That screams that you have no confidence in AMT anymore. Why the fuck should we shut up so you can spread your 'positive thoughts' so some poor unsuspecting fool buys your order?

You're just another dipshit that thought he could get rich quick mining, and then thought "well, if i kiss AMT's ass: they will take care of me" - so far neither has worked out for you. The fact that you stooped so low as to promote AMT (for your own self interest) speaks volumes about your intent here.

YOU need to fuck off, dipshit.
1388  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 14, 2014, 06:42:09 PM
Josh and Alyson said they issued me a refund back on the 4th. As usual this has turned out to be another AMT lie. It does not take 10 days to get from PA to NC. If you folks still believe in AMT you are assholes and deserve everything you have coming to you. I wish I never heard of AMT. Everything that comes out of their mouths is a lie - its crazy.

So you are telling us that we are assholes because we bought from AMT?

That we deserve to be punished for doing so?

If you are to vent your anger,  do it against AMT and not the poor customers here.

Why don't you vent some anger towards AMT? Oh wait, you are too busy trying to reassure some poor sap here about AMT delivering so you can unload your pre-orders and get out while you still can.

I think the responsible thing to do at this point is:

1> Wait until you receive your miner THEN sell it
2> Take legal action

But I don't expect you to heed my advice. You obviously have no issue with unloading your "miners" to some unsuspecting fool.  These same miners that no one can prove actually exist yet.

Guess I can't blame you for trying to sell them before you have them in hand, as they lose value every passing day now.

You folks have your priorities all wrong.  The highest priority it to get as much BTC that we can get for our investment.

Trying to prove that you are right,  or that AMT is incompetent or a scam does not improve anyone's probability of success.

The only options we have left are (with probabilities of success) and (upside).

(1) Ask and demand a refund (35%) (0%).
(2) Sell your miner pre-order to someone else (70%) (-5%).
(3) Wait till you get your miner and sell it (30%) (10%).
(4) Go to small claims court to extract a refund (80%) (-5%).
(5) Wait for the miner and hope to mine enough BTC to ROI (15%) (-30%)

wasting time criticizing AMT... smearing AMT...  comparing AMT with other better option.  (0% probability of success) (0% upside).

That's why I think folks like sirminesalot, clenell, losia are all a bunch of losers because they don't take actions that lead to profit,  just a lot of hot air.

People here are just calling it how it is, maybe you should do the same.

What are the percentages when AMT doesn't deliver? You act like filing a lawsuit guarantees you'll get your money back.

Time to wake up and smell the bullshit. AMT brought this upon themselves, and now you just want everyone to 'be nice'. Not going to happen.

Folks... I am tired of tracking AMT deliveries.

Will sell my miner (Order #961) for just 8 BTC.

PM me.  8 * 620 USD/BTC = $4960.  In short I am taking a $1,000 loss here.

PM me if you are interested.
Dam dude...
That was a golden chance for AMT to sell first coincraft chips in their famous history Grin
I wish you luck with your sale...

Well,  this is the cheapest AMT 1.2 THs miner out there... you can't even order this from the manufacturer.

Anyone interested... pm me....

(Order #961) for just 8 BTC.

PM me.  8 * 620 USD/BTC = $4960.  In short I am taking a $1,000 loss here.

This includes the original $160 expedited shipment costs.

Hard to feel sorry for you the way you've carried on and mistreated anyone with a different opinion from yours.

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN YOUR HANDS. Who in their right mind is going to pay you 8 BTC for the CHANCE that AMT fulfills the order? There are many cheaper options out there at this point, and delivering.

Ask AMT for a straight up refund. This "resell to other buyers, middleman" bullshit isn't even legal. They HAVE to honor a refund at this point. At the very least shouldn't you get the $160 EXPEDITED shipping back? They are LATE!

Begin legal proceedings.
1391  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 14, 2014, 12:25:20 AM
Where's the updates? Promised every Tuesday on their website forum that fails to exist.

Has a single person yet received their 1.2TH miner?

AMT gives new meaning to 'take the money and run'.

Wireless network: 4LPDM

Wonder if anyone in the area of their office can pickup this wireless signal over there?  Roll Eyes
1393  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 13, 2014, 06:55:16 PM
Oh I think you're absolutely right.

I don't think they will be able to get all of those done considering they have already said they were short staffed.

Unless for some reason they just don't have one part like say power supplies or something stupid like that and then plan a mass shipment of miners at that times.

I'm expecting mine to be late but they kind of fucked themselves in my opinion by giving me an exact date (for the week my miner will ship)

That gives them until 28th (29th if fedex or ups will will do a saturday pickup) to ship out my unit. I even said I understand and anticipate delays like with many of the other companies. But they said this month so I'll hold them to it.

Yes, maybe they are just waiting for their order of duct tape from Amazon to come in so they can box up all of the orders they have completed and get them on a truck Grin

PS. 1 of my orders is still on hold. Seems strange they have to have an IT guy manually change the web page for each order.

This is a combination of:

1> Bogus website framework (prepackaged and installed)
2> Lack of skills from their team to implement an automated system or further program/modify the website.

Their website and ordering workflow are a clear indicator of their lack of technical skill, even if it's just related to the website.

I also find it strange that AMT and Bitmine are using the same framework (AJAX) and templates for their websites. Looks like they used the same person to setup both sites.

Just another shady aspect of AMT.

My guess is that Tyler Lummis is probably behind both website designs.

Perhaps.

Based on his resume, I'm unimpressed with his skill set. Just about anyone can install a framework website and load up a template.

In the moment we're not in the office, we're half way around the world working with a great design team on a few new models. Be back in a few weeks, PM me for stuff like that, if I let you in the office than everyone in around philly will wanna come and there is a pretty decent bar in our building...  things will get crazy - someone will get charged with a MUI  Grin Grin  (Mining under the influence- get it) Plus we're just taking over this office, still sharing it with a security system assembly company actually.

I'd love to come visit you guys since I live real close to you. Are you open to a visit? If so what time works best for you guys?

Pretty fuckin' amazing that AMT went from taking over the office, but still sharing it with a security system assembly company, to Harrison being only a friend of the founder of AMT, that was kind enough to share a space with them.

I just love beating this dead horse, so I thought I'd do it again. I have proved that Harrison Zachariah Zipkin and Joshua Zipkin, father and son What Nuts, have been using the 1254 West Chester Pike office location--2nd and 3rd floors--since 2006, two years prior to Joshy Boy graduating from Penn State with his 6 year business degree (2002-2008, his timeframe, NOT mine).

The first time that Josh was doxxed on this thread (not by me), AMT stuck it up the poster's ass proclaiming that Joshua Zipkin was just an employee. Later, we learnt that that was a lie.

Back in 2012, Josh wasn't even living in the US, but did come here on vacation with a Tyler Lummis, of whom is still partnered up with, in spite of what his Linkedin page states: http://www.linkedin.com/pub/tyler-lummis/a/bb3/191

The bottom line, this crazy fuck, Joshua Zipkin, was a broke circumcised dick till he stumbled upon Bitcoin and figured out how to fuck bitcoiners after seeing it was so easily done prior. That's the only fuckin' thing I'll ever give Joshua Zipkin credit for.

Graduated from Penn State my motherfuckin' ass! I'm surprised the motherfucker didn't say he was a Marine. Perhaps, that's not in the Jewish Bulgarian Freemasons handbook.

+1

Just look at that guy Tyler's linkedin resume, then take a look at Joshua Zipkin's.

These resumes are so full of shit.

They just use a lot of buzz words and light technical terms to make it seem like they are specialists. This is easy to spot when you work in these industries.

"Don't worry guys, we are shipping your orders VERY SHORTLY."

Last time I checked, VERY SHORTLY didn't equate to 2+ months.

ISAWHIM: Are you working for AMT now?
1397  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 11, 2014, 06:15:51 PM
Well, I'm officially retiring from posting in this thread. I wish everyone luck in receiving their AMT Miners. At this point I think everything that could of been said, has been.

Phinneus: I appreciate all the research you did, it's very helpful for new users considering to invest with AMT. I do however think you should also just give it up, because your work has gone unappreciated by others in this thread that would prefer to wallow in their self-made delusional reality. If newcomers want to read into AMT, they have over 150 pages within this thread to do so.

With that said, good luck everyone and I hope you all make your money back if and when you receive your miners. If you do not, I urge you to take legal action.

You might think of us naysayers as TROLLS or competition putting down AMT. This isn't the case, but time will tell in the long run if our intuition was correct or not.

1398  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 10, 2014, 01:09:34 AM
the problem with amt is the same as bitmine, they are fraudsters!

look at the bitmine thread, the closed and inofficial and you understand whats going on...

incompetent and greedy!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H5Q5ECkaHiM

Well when you have guys here like ISAWHIM that will pay full amount for a miner, get lied to constantly, then consider bending over backwards to ASSEMBLE THE MINERS FOR THEM - some people just can't be helped.

I doubt any of that will pan out, and if it does - no offense ISAWHIM, but you're going to work for a bunch of fraudsters/shoddy business owners. Not sure why you'd want to be a part of that...wait, I know: they have your MONEY.
1399  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Official Thread: AMT on: March 10, 2014, 12:18:12 AM
LOUD NOISES! Tongue

Ignore the hate... They have little to contribute to anyone's interest but their own.

On the other hand, I have given-up my vested interest, as I mentioned in the prior posts, so that others gain.

There is actually a bunch of good potential assemblers in the alt-coin forums here. Many of which have previously built many good GPU setups. They too, might be as eager as I, to give you some desired assistance.

I see that as a bonus. One of the few miner companies willing to actually include the bitcoin community directly. However, if this forum thread has shown you one thing, it is that you DO have to be careful who you invite into your home. Anyone can see that an obviously bad person is bad... it is the ones who look good, but are actually bad, that you have to be cautious of.

Don't worry, once I am there, driving around on my solowheel in the city... I will be stopping and talking to everyone. They will all know where I work, how much the thing between my legs costs (the solowheel), and also that I bought it with bitcoins. Tongue I get stopped by two-three people every day now. I tell them what I do for a job, then I tell them what I do for a living. They all think about bitcoins after that. Tongue

Blah blah blah... lets see if you actually end up there assembling.

Heads down I do completely agree Smiley
I am wandering if you are American or European?

I'm American.

Americans typically want to support local American companies over foreign companies. I'm sure this is the same for most other countries as well (buying local). This is where AMT has used 'buy American' as a marketing gimmick.

Another thing to mention is that Bulgaria has been mentioned in this thread a LOT more than America has (if that tells you anything).
