kalau pajak itu belum ada di peraturan bitcoin. kalau diperaturan indonesia sudah ada. kena pajak itu pada saat kita bekerja di perusahaan dan gaji kita dipotong sebagai pajak, yang dinamakan pajak penghasilan. jadi pemerintah belum ngeluarin uu pajak untuk bitcoin, jadi lebih aman bagi pengguna bitcoin.  |

And on the BITMAIN s4's - In BITMAIN's response to the matter, aside from their perfect handling of the PSU issue, ya gotta love their answer to concerns on any possible fire: "at high temperatures may result in some smoke from the PCB and thermal pad, it will not start a fire. Very safe bet that AMT cannot make any such assurances.
I think everyone should probably just file individual lawsuits against zipkin. He likely won't show up. he didn't even show up to an event he already paid for. We know he likes to waste money. It's easy to blow other peoples money. It's the money you work hard for that you want to save. |

I remember saying from the get-go that this guy SMACKS of no technical skills. You could tell just in the first youtube videos of him demoing the bitfury modules. It's difficult to trust someone is manufacturing bleeding edge technology, when that person has no history of working in IT/Engineering: let alone ever owning a successful company or business venture.

Well it is nice to know AMT was not at the conference. He likely will be at another conference not in the US. I refer to he because it seems like AMT is just Joshua Zipkin with his family members apparently helping his fugitive ass with shipping stuff back in PA. If there are criminal charges against him, maybe they can be nailed as accessories/accomplices.

Might be a good idea to draw attention to the fact that AMT/Joshua Zipkin will be in Las Vegas in October for the inside bitcoins conference. It can be expected he will be there misleading people again into buying products that will ship without. http://insidebitcoins.com/las-vegas/Evidently he will be at the flamingo hotel as noted in prior posts. But at least for the exhibitor booth, be good to let people know AMT is full of crap. They will deliver without PSU's, complain, and he will make inconvenience for any support, refund, or whatever. This is what potential customers should ALL know. Since he has not made his original situation right, and brags about his ability to beat a class action. Fucking ridiculous this guy is allowed to continue walking the streets. I'd assume JZ is no longer shipping miners and has dusted his hands of this mess and called it a day? If he thinks he can walk away from this unscathed, he's got another thing coming. Why is that so hard to believe. Josh Zerlan has been at many of the conferences I've attended.
