Grandi sconvolgimenti in classifica.

  • 1668 - fillippone - Anno 2022 - link
  • 1204 - fillippone - Anno 2023 - link
144  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: L'halving è alle porte on: April 29, 2024, 08:51:18 PM
145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we really need to blame fraudsters on: April 28, 2024, 07:51:08 PM
IMO neither party Is to blame cause we are all part of a cycle and that is the way the world is, some frudstrs didn't have a choice than to be what there are, it maybe bad friends or even a product of circumstances and environment
I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense: I understand that some people are luckier than others depending on where they were born, the family, the education they received, etc etc, but if you decide to commit a crime that is on you. Otherwise we should find excuses also for murderers, etc etc. Scamming people is just one easy way to make money, just like stealing, that's it. If you want to earn money the legal way you have plenty of options but of course many choose the quickest and laziest way.
Everyone will have the same opportunity to work hard. However, they cannot compare their results with those of others because they are in accordance with what has been outlined. If there are people who deceive others to get what they want, those are the wrong methods. We can't blame them because they may be having difficulties and are forced to use such methods. But we can advise them not to do such things or cheat others.

Some people can give advice and also provide a way out for people who have often deceived other people. There are people who no longer want to deceive other people because they understand that it is wrong. Deceiving others is a choice made by each person and if they think that deceiving others is wrong, they will not do it again.
What do you mean we can't blame people who deceive others because they may be having difficulties? So you're saying that the law doesn't apply to them? If you're hungry you can stab someone and steal his food? There is no excuse for committing a fraud. I can understand if you go to a supermarket and steal some bread because you're starving, but if you're scamming people online you're just a criminal, that's it.
146  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the number of new investors reduce? on: April 28, 2024, 04:29:25 PM
Whoever decides to enters now is almost safe, and by that I mean that many others paved the road for these new investors: they will never know about the China is banning Bitcoin FUD, they will never know about all the Tether FUD, they will never know about the -90% dumps, they can enjoy the ride at this point. Of course I don't want to say that everything will be flawless, we still have a long way to go but I would say that the worst is behind us now.
I think a bit differently about this. I believe that it is better if the new investors know about all these things, they should know about bans, FUDs, and all other negative news and aspects of Bitcoin and this industry, and if they decide to make investments even after knowing all that, that will be a strong investment and Bitcoin needs that.

We don't want a bunch of newbie investors with no knowledge about the past or the present and are just excited after hearing from a cousin that they can earn money by investing money in Bitcoin, such investors will run right away if they hear anything negative about it or even if they see a correction because they know nothing about the market and its behaviors, and them exiting the market all at once can be a bigger problem.

It's not big deal if we are not getting many new investors, but if we get a lot of new investors and they all panic sell after a while, that will make the market go for towards negativity than it got positive when all those investors entered the market.
Maybe I used the wrong verb: instead of not knowing, I should have said "not experiencing", because keep holding while it looks like that the whole bitcoin world is going to collapse every few weeks, it's not something that everybody can manage. And people who preferred to wait until today probably did the right thong because they would have sold at loss, I'm pretty sure about that. Panic selling will still be a thing of course but it won't be as bad as it used to be simply because the news can't be as bad as they used to.
147  Economy / Speculation / Re: Post halving investing strategy. on: April 28, 2024, 03:26:47 PM
With the halving event come and gone,  we are now left to determine if the market now is going as predicted or not, with the reduction in mining rewards, which makes the supply of BTC low and demand high, investors can take advantages of this and adopt long positions and also invest in other altcoins,
After all the hypes leading to the previous halving event which drastically surge the price of Bitcoin at that time, investors are meant to invest before the halving and then sell after the demand, because demand Wil be high and supply will be low, which will aid the surge in price of BTC, thereby putting BTC in the bull direction, which will in turn affect other altcoins,
So in summary investing in BTC at this point in time should be our priority and other promising altcoins. And also taking Risk management strategies just incase the market becomes unfavourable.
You're making some confusion when you talk about "low supply after the halving": the bitcoin's supply is always the same, what is changing after the halving is the reward for the miners, which is cut in half after every halving so what we are actually experiencing is a lower offer of "new" bitcoins because many miners need to sell part of the bitcoins they receive as reward to cover the mining costs and maintenance.

149  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: April 28, 2024, 03:18:48 PM

Secondo l'accusa, no, è sufficiente che "trasmetta".

151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can a seed phrase on steel or titanium sheet survive this flood? on: April 27, 2024, 09:56:38 PM
So do you remember the terrible earthquake and collapse that happened in Türkiye and do you think there will be any technology advanced enough to know the full extent of mother nature's fury? It seems like you are trying to blame the government for the natural disasters caused by mother nature.

As I understand what the OP is trying to say, the OP is pointing out the disadvantages when we use steel plates to store seed phrase and they are hidden in the house or backyard. That shows that every method has its drawbacks and nothing is absolutely safe.
Your bracelet looks beautiful and quite secretive, but can you guarantee that if you encounter a strong impact it will not fall out of your hand? Don't be too subjective, everything has its risks.
An earthquake is a completely different matter compared to a flood because your house can actually collapse completely. The main difference is where you live because if you have you own private house then you should still be able to find your steel plate; if you live in an apartment complex, maybe a big one, and it collapses then there would be so much debris that it becomes almost impossible to find it. Maybe a solution could be to place it inside some kind of strongbox colored/painted with some very bright color, like they do with plane's black boxes.
152  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should only hold Bitcoin on: April 27, 2024, 05:34:45 PM
What I am ultimately getting at here in the theme of my post is that there is no other coin besides Bitcoin, which you can trust can be held over the long term. What are your thoughts?
If we're talking only about trust, then yes, I totally agree with you. But let's not forget that we also like to money so regarding that, I think there are coins and tokens with more potential growth compared to bitcoin, that already has a very big market cap, so it required a huge amount of money injection in bitcoin to make a 2x or 3x while some altcoins can easily make a 10x.
153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you advise a friend in the same way? on: April 27, 2024, 05:07:28 PM
So let me summarize you had a friend whose dad is old and own a pile of cash in the bank and a company right? Did your friend need advice from you or this is just your initiative. I mean if the business is running well you can use the money in the bank to grow the company without bitcoin. Just tell them there is bitcoin + and - of it and let him decide, if you friend think forward he might consider to buy some bitcoin
I mean, there is nothing wrong with providing advice but it is important to make sure that the person receiving advise understands all the risks and everything involved with the investment suggested. So if a person is suggesting Bitcoin investments to a friend for his company, he needs to tell him both the positive and negative consequences of the investment so that if things so south in the future, he doesn't get blamed for his suggestion.

If I was suggesting something as volatile and unpredictable as Bitcoin to my friend, I would tell him straightaway that I do have some investment advice but I want him to know that there are risks involved in it, and then I would urge him to do some research about it and decide for himself and I won't be responsible for anything negative that might happen if he makes an investment in it because it will be his own decision.
The point is that when you give some kind of financial advise to someone, especially a friend, to really have to stress about one thing: that person needs to do his own research. You need to give a hint, the first suggestion and a brief explanation of the reasons you think behind your choice of investing in bitcoin (or something else) but everyone is different so maybe a good reason for me could be a bad reason for you.
154  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: ETF - Una nuova frontiera per investire nelle cripto on: April 27, 2024, 04:52:15 PM

156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the number of new investors reduce? on: April 27, 2024, 01:38:05 AM
do you think that the number of new investors will reduce for the now until the next halving is close again?
I once watched an interview before the Bitcoin halving occurred, in the interview there was a question that asked exactly the same as you asked.
The crypto expert answered.
On the contrary, more investors will enter the crypto market and the world of digital currency in 2024 than in 2021.
Meaning: in this interview I can draw a conclusion, investors who entered the world of crypto this time, did not dare to take risks, so they only reduced their investment a little, not completely.
Not the same as what investors did in the past, I understand that perhaps investors today have many considerations or other things that make them not dare to take risks, the fact is that there are more investors than there are.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can a seed phrase on steel or titanium sheet survive this flood? on: April 27, 2024, 01:33:20 AM
It is possible that doors and windows and wardrobes were broken. Can steel or titanium sheet survive this? It might probably has been swept away from the house into the ocean.
I really don't see the big deal, at the end of the day is just water, and if we are talking about salt water that could rust and corrode even steel, it would require a lot of time, it doesn't happen in a few days/weeks. I would be more concerned about the sheet being dragged away. If you live in an area that maybe be subject to this type of events you should find a proper place, for sure not a simple closet or drawer.
158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How has Satoshi's identity never been revealed ? on: April 26, 2024, 10:26:28 PM
Hello,

I'm wondering how Satoshi has managed to remain anonymous. Governments and high-level institutions have expressed interest in knowing his identity, and some have even tried to employ significant resources to find him, as evidenced by certain news reports.

However, Satoshi did use an account on this forum, along with an email address. All connections to this forum logged his IP address/user-agent and other digital traces.

His emails also surfaced during Craig Wright's trial. How is it that the email provider does not have IP and other information? Even behind a VPN, I believe that major institutions have the means to request the real IP from the VPN provider.

I don't want his identity to be revealed ! But I'm simply wondering how he has managed to evade the most powerful entities since 2010. Even with current anonymization technologies, the most prominent cybercriminals/activists get caught.

Forgive me if this topic has been covered or if it seems silly to you, but I am amazed by the myth of Satoshi
There are some very strong suspicious about Satoshi's real identity, I remember time ago I read about it on Reddit and, based on what I read, everything was pointing about an American living (and studying? Don't remember) in Belgium. They compared the way he wrote, the hours he was posting on the forum and on his personal Twitter account (of course not about bitcoin), and other things, and to me it all made sense but of course there is no 100% guarantee that it was him.
159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If someone you introduced to BTC says the risks of her funds is on you on: April 26, 2024, 07:58:29 PM
You can imagine that she told me to give her my words that if anything happens to her funds if invested that I will have to refund her. 😏. That was silly and I felt mad at her.
And right then I clearly told her that I am not trying to introduce her to any of the Ponzi schemes so it is her choice to decide but all I can tell you(her) lastly about this is that your funds will be secured as long you (she) would stick to the terms I have explained to her after explaining the Pros and the Cons to her.

Dear fellas, please I needed to know how you would feel if you were in my position basically where she said I would refund her if her funds gets lost becasue you recommended and introduced her to the system.
Does your neighbor have any kind of mental disease? And I'm asking seriously because I have never heard of anyone asking someone like a neighbor, so not even a certified financial advisor, for financial advices and then tell them that if they don't make money they need to pay for their losses. So if she makes money she keeps the gains and if she loses money you need to reimburse her? I don't know what type of relationship you have with this neighbor but if I were you I would absolutely stay away from her, next thing maybe she'll ask you to help her with something and then find an excuse to sue you. Someone who acts like that could be very dangerous.
160  Local / Off-Topic (Italiano) / Re: [OT?]
